nah its working its just you 20% faster only shaves off 2.8 seconds of the total 14 meaning you cleanse it in 11.2 seconds instead of 14
Not quite.
It doesn't reduce the time to cleanse a totem by 20%, it increases your cleansing speed by 20%.
You start out with a 20% speed boost, which results in a 11.6 second cleanse, and finish with a 100% speed boost, resulting in a 7 second cleanse.

Yes and they don't care because they see bugfixing nurse as being just as abusrd as buffing nurse.

are you forgetting that the top rated killers are the ones that deny loops (Spirit/Nurse)
thats literally what Nemesis is, denial of looping. His power demands for Deadhard and he has the power to completely deny loops or vaults.
So what?
He gives the survivors eight extra health states to work with.
Survivors can just hold W away from him and he won't kill them in time.
-
There is no reason not to have an FOV slider.
Low FOV can cause some players to get motion sick or have headaches.
It is literally an accessibility setting.
-
BBQ is easy to stack, it multiplies a larger BP total, and the actual effect is strong as hell.
WGLF is hard to stack (and you compete for stacks), only multiplies a small amount of BP, and has a niche gameplay effect.

Just learn to play him. You can’t just be lazy and demand buffs on already op killers. That is why you see so many red rank killers without skill. They never had to improve or practice. It’s a huge issue in dbd now, as you can see on this forum.
Yes because clearly a killer with no mobility that needs to get three hits to down people for their first eight chases is overpowered.
What is wrong with you people?
-
Not anything meaningful.
She's not hard to beat, but that's just a matter of gen times being absurdly low.
-
In an awkward spot.
She's strong in the right hands, but only because nobody quite knows how to play against her.
If somebody knows how to harass Hag and destroy her traps without getting hit, she's not hard to beat at all, it's just that it's a slow and painful process.
-
Not usually, no.
Then again, there's no reason to play Trickster in general, so ######### it.
Main Event is good on the rare occasion when it triggers and you know you can laser down multiple survivors. Basically, if they unhook in your face or run into the basement.
Keep in mind that it's virtually impossible to aim perfectly in Main Event, since the high throw rate paired with recoil and the alternating throw-side offset is a nightmare.
It can also be good on specific tiles where you know there are holes you can throw through, but it would normally waste too much ammo to try.

these seem like giant nerfs and adjusting according to inept survivors' requests
i do not agree at all
...what?
Buffs
- You can use your power near hooks now
- Victor can parkour
- Victor can chain back to back pounces the same way he used to
- Their best add-on is now base
- You can micromanage Charlotte while playing Victor
- Getting Victor killed in chase doesn't mean the end of the chase because Charlotte can follow you
- Hiding in lockers is now meaningless
- You can reunite the Twins to move together
- TONS of add-on buffs
Nerfs
- If you miss a pounce you will probably get kicked (not much different from now)
- If you ######### up and let victor get kicked you lose him for a little bit longer
...what are you smoking and where can I get some?
-
Well we got our answer.
Yes: they just nerfed him.
-
He's an A-tier killer late game, but getting there is borderline impossible if the survivors are good.
He has to land three hits per chase for a down in his first two chases on each survivor. That isn't okay.
He's C tier at best.

Those settings don’t reset themselves though.
They do.
I set my sensitivities to 100 and 80 every time I log in. They both reset to 50 every time.
I turn off beginner tooltips every time I log on. They then turn themselves back on
I shrink my menu HUD every time I log on. It resets itself to 100 every time I log in.
Some settings are saved (menu music volume, hotkeys) but not all of them are.
-
He should be an A-tier killer, but his contamination mechanic holds him back.
Why the hell does he need to get 8 more hits than any other killer needs to in order to have the same result?
Because of that, he's no stronger than a high C.
-
@TheClownIsKing said:
Vaccines do NOT heal survivors. They remove Contamination. Nothing more. Contamination is a TRACKING tool, allowing you to audibly track where even HEALTHY survivors are. Contamination also makes survivors more prone to being heard by nearby Zombies.
If they inject, you need to hit them one more time for a down. This is a hit that requires you to get close, requires you to make an outplay, and gives them a speed boost afterwards.
Even if not in name, that is a heal. Contamination is a third health state.
-
@Bluebird said:
Honestly they need to rework his entire kit and implement some sort of mobility. Nerf the zombies or even his tentacle, but give him his dash. Put it on a 60 second cooldown with a 2.5 second wind-up time like Doctor's Static Blast.
They wouldn't even have to do that.
The Zombies are already pretty garbage, and even the tier 3 tentacle isn't that good.
I say they give T3 Nemesis something like Blood Fury, where he becomes crazy mobile for a little while but then regresses to mutation 2.

It has? When? Remind me I don't recall it getting reworked but granted there's been no changes that's likely why.
2.1.0
It used to reduce killer aura reading ranges by a percentage based on the number of dead survivors.
Now is blocks aura reading against you specifically within a certain range of the killer.

I'd imagine Sole Survivor gets changed in the future. It's the only perk in her kit that hasn't been reworked yet.
It has, actually.
Didn't work.

@Predated said:
Ah yes, because an A tier killer needs S tier addons. Preferably, D tier killers need S tier addons where S tier killers need D tier addons. This is fine
By that argument you could justify making every Nurse add-on description read "-1 maximum blink charge" with no secondary effects.
A good base power doesn't justify bad add-ons.
Freddy even more so, because his base power isn't even THAT good, it's just boring and easy.
-
Somebody's an idiot.
If you think new Pumpkin is anything less than A or S tier, you have no idea what you're talking about.
The ability to ENDLESSLY RECYCLE YOUR SPARE PORTAL to teleport across the map every ten seconds from any departure point without dedicating anything is godly.
-
@glitchboi said:
I wonder, do Jump Rope and Stridor stack?
Stridor and Nurse spoon does, so it should.
It's neat, and if you're against an Ash you feel omnipotent, but aside from that it's just not that great.

This should just be something he has by default.

The teleport CD addons have really low numbers though, 2% and 3% per person in dream isn't much, you already get a 15% CD reduction per survivor by default.
Black Box isn't much but it punishes 99ing gates and can synergize well with Blood Warden, also would work well if you don't have snares and you are in a patrolling exit gates situation with the last survivor.
Lastly, Paint Brush is a pretty good addon since it lets you get your teleport much faster at the start and it passively helps keep survivors sleeping for you to use your abilities more.
Paint Brush is garbo now that survivors get immunity to Hit-sleep from clocks.
They spawn, rush to a clock, and then the first survivor you find won't get hit by your snares in the first chase.
-
Facial structure and skin color is improved... less weird blue/grey.
I don't like the increased burn intensity, but I just prefer cleaner looking killers.
-
A couple things suck (Twins change is better than PTB, still #########).
A lot of things are incredible (new Demogorgon, Obsession every match, Lucky Break adjusted after PTB, OoO gutted)
-
After trying it out I can confirm this ######### is busted as hell.
You can literally use portals mid chase with Pumpkin, like Freddy's gen teleport.
Crazy good.
-
Good thing it got nerfed.
Perk is still probably overpowered since you all but guarantee that you escape your first chase, but at least it's now just that first chase and then a little more, and not 2-3 chases.
-
@Zozzy said:
still won't do anything if nobody ever runs the perk.
No this is huge.
Half the power of DS is the threat.

None of the lore "matters", yet people only seem to complain about it when it's LGBT people asking for equal treatment. Curious.
They're saving it for the dating sim.
-
I'd imagine something like this.
Trickster, what is your sexual orientation?
"Knife."
No, who do you like?
"Victims."
No, like what turns you on?
"Screaming."

Yep, that pallet bug and survivors never being able to stun killers and constantly getting hit through pallets sure was dealt with immediately...oh wait.
What about all those Spirit complaints? The Devs definitely took their side and immediately nerfed her into the ground...wait, they didn't do that either did they? Darn.
Ooh! I know one! Remember how people have been complaining about Deathslinger for a year? He's had so many nerfs that he's unplayab- wait nope that didn't happen either.
They did nerf Spirit.
- Prayer Beads reworked
- Removed collision in Phase

Likely a hacker, but if something like the Hag Cannon popped up again it could happen unintentionally.

You can't abuse keys. You not liking something doesn't mean it's being abused.
Right now you absolutely ######### can.
Key spawn rates are bugged to be the same at base as when you're running Plunderers.
If you're searching chests, you will find keys at absurd rates right now.

Reduce Legion's bleedout timer to 5 seconds.
Nerf Frank's Mixtape to compensate.
You should not have enough time to open an exit gate or cleanse a totem while Deep Wounded.

Just to clarify your saying that those survivors are abusing keys by doing 5 gens and hatch escaping instead of exit gate right?
Surely your not saying that ita after killing one or more survivors that a survivor is using a key, becuaee that would mean your over powered survivors are dieing to even use the key and such an overpowered character wouldn't have to worry about dieing right?
I'm saying that anyone who says survivors are weak is either a complete idiot or is lying to your face.
-
@wxnickxw said:

Can you just repeat 3verythung you said with keys?
Survivors are weak and keys are a legitimate way to escape
Killers shouldn't expect to get 4 kills etc
No, you can't, because saying survivors are weak would just be a massive ######### lie lol.
-
SWF aren't psychic.
They have to communicate and explain things with words, which inevitably takes longer than just seeing it.
If somebody goes down against Third Seal and wants to get pallet/flashlight saved, it takes their teammates long enough to communicate where they are that the opportunity to save is gone.
If somebody is getting slugged, "I'm downed at the junk tile in the middle of Blood Lodge" is hardly a precise set of directions.
-
Third Seal, Undying, Trail of Torment, Franklins on Hag.
Hide the ToT highlight for mega sneaks.
Prevent people from destroying traps with impunity by hiding when you pick up the survivor.
Blindness slugging snowball.

Eh, I don't like the idea of Victor teleporting a survivor to Charlotte on down. It'd be really easy to get people into the basement that way. The other way around sounds a little better.
You would initially think that, sure, but that's a pretty awful playstyle.
Victor can't down people that Charlotte doesn't injure, so having Charlotte sitting at the basement instead of being active on the map tenderizing people for Victor means you'll never get anybody down in the first place.

Full blindness is great, but let's be real, it's a hex. It's not going to stay up for that long.

I’m really not sure if your changes would make the Twins better or worse. But it would make them less unique and more similar to other Killers because it would minimize the whole “two Killers” mechanic they have going that allows you to be in two places at once. If Victor self destructs all the time and Charlotte becomes the main Killer with Victor being a more traditional Killer power.
Also, the “teleportation” animation would be nearly impossible for the Devs to create considering it took them over a month to create a “holding the locker closed” animation. And the Twins aren’t one of the “magical” Killers with lots of supernatural powers so teleportation wouldn’t really make sense anyway.
You can be very, very lazy with this kind of animation.
Just recycle blood spurts from other animations to cover up survivors being instantly teleported.

Can't counter distence... unless you're playing Huntress or Deathslinger or Trickster Or maybe Executioner.
Trickster and Pyramid cannot deal with distances.

@Axe said:
he also said Pig is D tier....
Yeah, she is.
- Zero mobility
- Mediocre chase
- Unreliable debuffs
If she gets lucky as hell, and survivors are dumb enough to let her get 1-2 downs before a gen gets down, she's might be able to go as high as C tier, but you can't rely on that.
If she's unlucky, or survivors know how to loop an M1 killer for more than 60 seconds, she's dogshit.
-
Honestly, I like the idea of an Overheat mechanic.
It's a tried and true way of giving a character resource management and risk-reward.
The problem is that they forgot to give Billy the "Reward" part.
Keep Overheat, but increase his charge speed and lower the CD based on how hot the saw is.
