He's got no speed, no slow down, no information, no pressure potential, only bottles somewhat slowing Survivors and making them caughing for a brief period.
I just can play Freddy and have not only very similar ability to slow Survivors' speed, but also have map pressure with teleports and some surprise element with his lullaby.

Only if they lower down the overall sound; I'll probably become deaf soon due to this game ,so I should start to learn sign languange for my health
Better full silent scream than cut scream. I agree.

You should get abandoned points if someone suicides 2 or 3 minutes into a match
Survivors can suicide not only in first minuts.

imo plague and demo both were unique, oni and gf are just hybrids of already existing killers
There are still at least five Killers needing buffs or even reworks.
Clown, Doctor, Pig, Myers, Bubba.
Are devs gonna spend the whole 2020 to buff these Killers? Devs can buff them quickly, but they just don’t wanna do this.

Its pretty hard to make a completely original killer
We have such a big roster for the killers that making an original killer would be pretty hard, and then again balancing one that isn't original would be harder
Maybe then it’s time to stop making killers with no originality?

Ace.
The quitest Survivor in the game and just a handsome charimng gambler with awesome voice.

That pretty much nullifies Thrill of the hunt... annoyed by killers protecting their totem or what? Just make the perk "Hex totems in 16m range instantly explode"
EDIT first read entirely and consciously, then comment. XD *donk*
This perk doesn’t make you cleanse Hex totems faster, you have to find Dull Totems to make Thrill significantly weaker. And it still be very hard to cleanse 2 hexes if it is an annoying Sniper Doctor build.
And this perk is kinda worthless if the Killer doesn’t run any hex.
-
Maybe Red Stain shouldn't fade completely (by 50% or something like this), no Red Stain while crouched, and make some Green/Purple Add-on remove the whole Red Stain.
-
I find Open Handed actually a strong perk in combo with Kindred and any other Aura perk (Better Together, Bond, Windows of Opportunity).
I don’t think it needs some look now.
-
@Rattman being in the Void means the Survivors or Killers completely or nearly completely (like the Alchemist) lost their souls.
Killers are just scared of becoming the empty shells and pray for some powers to be protected.

Also the bug currently removing her post phase lunge speed. I didn't see anyone complaining about her speed add-ons. Collision seemed to be biggest complaint, but at least she wasn't nursed.
Also sounds are broken
again, you cannot hear Iron WIll Survivors with Stridor, you cannot hear them at all - no grunts, no foot steps. -
4 Prove Thyself's - 4 Survivors pop the gen in 12 seconds.

I think iron grasp should make it where you're immune to pallet stuns while carrying a survivor.
Get rid of It's current effect. Agitation does better at what iron grasp tries to do anyway.
Pallet stun rescuing a Survivor is already too rare thing, it will be bad making Iron Grasp doing this.

Okay? If he isn't meant to be lethal in any way then how are they supposed to be the killer? Notice that I said they are not lethal directly or indirectly
Legion's m1 game is not bad. They are silent and their height is the lowest (exception - pig and gf crouching), you actually can catch people, midgame them.
-
@Kabu said:
They move fast but still have the 4 second stun.
You caught up to the survivor. Now what? They run away while you look at your hands and scream. Their power is directly and indirectly non-lethal. You can't down with it nor can you use it to help down someone.
If there was any doubt about Legion being the worst.... Well he most definitely is now.
Legion is not about lethality, he is about pressure and information, and he is good in these things.
4 second stun? It feels very bad and I wrote that devs should increase reduction on add-ons to old numbers (0.35/0.5/0.75 seconds were, now 0.2/0.4/0.6 reduction is awful.)

What happens if they find the “original” hex totem. Will this extinguish all the cursed ones immediately?
There are no original Hex Totem. Ruin becomes active after you activate a Dull totem.
Cleansing one Hex totem related to Ruin weakens the Curse, but doesn't purge it completely.
-
@Venoxxie said:
Just need clarification on one part where you say the following:
"You see Auras of all Dull Totems on the map in white. Complete "Spell" action on a Dull Totem which takes 1 second to fill it with the Ruin Curse and turn it into a Hex Totem.
Each Hex Totem keeping the Ruin Curse increases the regression on the Generator caused by succeeding a Good Skill Check by 4/4.5/5%."
Does this mean you can have more than one totem hexed? That seems too op if all totems could end up having Ruin.
Yep, more than 1 totem may held Ruin Curse.
It will not be OP, Survivors have many tools to find totems, either even without it people easily can find the majority of totems.

Nope, default chase musics are perfect, atmospheric and unobstrusive.
Custom chase musics for Demo and Oni are meh, very repeatitive, especially Oni's.
-
Like, why would he steal a sword from the altar when he already used different one?
-
Only as Killer. As a Survivor it’s just frustrating and boring.
I am done with getting slugged for killers purpose to achieve useless 2 pips, I am done with campers and tunnelers, I am done with ridiculously dumb ranking system which is based on playing for a long time, not on skill.
I am now clearly a Killer main, killers are actually fun and their gameplay is much more various, survivors suck.
-
@SaintDenisSlasher said:
You're in low ranks with dumb killers, just do gens and leave and you won't have campers and tunnlers every game because that's just going to get you gen rushed. It still happens in higher ranks but only when the killer is feeling salty. You also don't need meta perks because you got 3 teammates who aren't potatoes...sometimes. Like you said rank is stupid
The only real thing i whole heartily agree with is its boring, a lot easier to win but boring. I think that's why there's so many try hards, if your idea of fun is just "winning" get good, get meta, and get SWF and congrats. Ez
BTW im only in green ranks as survivor but I don't use any meta perk builds, i mostly use the 3 teachables and spine chill and do just fine. It also adds to the variety because every character becomes unique instead of just a skin.
I mean honestly i wish the game was like that by default, no teachables and only 1 of each survivor can be in the game at once. I doubt it ever happen but if it did they could buff the perks to be a lot stronger since they cant combo and could also be predictable by the killer
Its a bit difficult to do gens when your teammates constantly go down. Yes, they are potatoes.

@White_Owl said:
Not to be that guy, but currently BT and DS are getting used a lot against killers who don't camp nor tunnel.
I disagree with pretty much everything, except a bit about the ranking system. At red ranks I don't feel like I'm playing with good survivors at all.
I agreed with DS. The perk is not just an anti tunnel, it can punish killers for doing their job too well. Though, it’s still the best tool to fight campers.

@HatCreature said:
I thought this was a joke at first but you're serious.
I do wish Survivors had more to do than just Gens and get chased or save friends. We've been asking for 2nd Objectives for a while and they gave that to us in the form of The Archives.......yay, exactly what everyone asked for...
Archives are very good, more blood points, skins, charms, challenges at which you can adapt your build or creat a new one!

My thoughts exactly, honestly. If you're getting tunneled, it's usually because you're an easy target. Either put some time into learning how to loop, or learn how to stealth so you don't have to loop.
But what if you are getting tunneled by Spirit, Hag, Billy, Freddy? You cannot loop them for a long time, especially the Spirit. What people have to do vs people chose the tunneling strategy as these killers? I pretty often encounter players like these.

Not going to lie, you had me in the first half. Then....
Dumb one, totally rng perk, can be destroyed in the very beginning. And Killer barely need to do something to make this perk useful so he can camp survivors to death.
How does any of this correlate? If a killer is camping a survivor to death..... does it not stand to reason that his hex totem is unguarded and ripe for cleansing?
You're right. Ruin is a dumb perk. Nobody. NOBODY likes the RNG-based totem system. But Ruin is used because it's the best we have. On the other perks the raw numbers are either too low (Dying Light, Thanatophobia), require just as much luck (did I down this survivor next to a generator that has more than 5% done or am I going to have to waste time and walk half-way across the map to find a generator that may or may not be done by the time I use PGTW?), or are kept back by arbitrary and unnecessary restrictions (cooldown and radius on Surge, cooldown and duration on Thrilling Tremors).
Sloppy Butcher is just OK. It's situational and the amount of time added to healing isn't particularly high. But god forbid you Sloppy Butcher against a good team of survivors who don't heal much anyways and just generator rush instead when they see SB.
Sometimes it happens and Ruin spawns in so good place that survivors cannot find it and all die vs camper, though I agree, it’s very rare to be common.

I play both equally, but for me, I think killer is much more stressful than solo que survivor.
Personally, survivors gameplay is much more stressful.
As a Survivor there are much more aspects you cannot control: allies suiciding/dc'ing, or they just are newbies, killers playing unfun strategies (camping, tunneling), stupid rng (10000 hex skill checks per second, ruin in very good spot and it standed for the whole game).
-
Legion's power is much more unique, they are not so weak, but now ghost face is better bcs he is simply more powerful and actually more fun to play (without stalking).
-
Styptic and Syringe no longer reduce charges, so additional nerf was necessary imo. Maybe I will even use it more bcs before -25% and -50% charges rebuff were huge and weren’t good with other add-ons.
-
Her basekit is perfectly balanced, only some add-ons need changes:
Mother-Daughter Ring - cannot see scratch marks immediately after starting charging a phase walk.
Prayer Beads Bracelet - base movement speed is 4.2 m/s.
Dried Cherry Blossom - Injured Survivors cannot hear you (doesn’t work with sound emission of using ability) and cannot see your red stain.
Juniper Bonsai - moderately increased passive phasing frequency and slightly passive phasing duration.
-
Where are “Disturbed Ward” and both of Red Forest maps? The most huge maps in the game.
-
Maybe “Fragile” will be nice.

I've wondered about using toolboxes to reinforce pallets, either make them increase the stun time or increase break time.
O my god, every of these changes will make life of m1 killers too painful to be honest.

I've always had this funny idea that Deja Vu could be an anti Pop perk. Like, it works as it does now with highlighting generators but also had another effect.
"When you repair a regressed generator you repair it 20/25/30% faster until you reach the point it started regressing"
That'd make it useful so that new players can locate new generators but also make it a somewhat counter to Pop Goes the Weasel that more experienced players can use. Wouldn't make the perk meta at all, cause of how situnational it is, but certainly a bit stronger.
Interesting idea, I like it!

- Increase movement speed in ff back to 5.28 m/s. With 5 m/s movement speed he is too vulnerable to “sprint burst”-like perks bcs they increase time required to hit survivors by 6 seconds (base ff duration is 10 seconds), it’s too huge.
- Decrease vault durations in ff back to 0.9 seconds (now 1.1 through windows and 1.35 through pallets. Terrible change, I don’t know why devs did it.

Nurse. She is strong but very stressful

Dead Hard is fine because it's incredibly easy too bait out, and if done wrong always results in a survivor being hooked. Dead hard has nothing too do with what I said though. Back too the original discussion, it simply seems you don't know how too not panic drop pallets, and how too mindgame. Adding a bad perk won't fix the issue.
In some situations when you confused and don't know where is the killer - its better to stay near to pallet imo.
And I said maybe it will be good buff for already existing perk - Premonition.

Getting hit through a pallet means you simply didn't drop it in time. If you think your gonna get hit, just dont drop it and use the boost of speed too get distance. A common mistake is dropping it too late and wasting both a pallet and the speed gain. I can't see any reason a perk should be made simply because you made a mistake in the chase.
Mm, do you mean Dead Hard also shouldn't exist? Its a perk allowing Survivor to do mistake hopefully without getting punished.
-
@BunnyTheHutt said:
Why not just look behind you? There is no real reason too hear the lunge unless you have Dead Hard, and even then you can still look behind while moving in a proper direction. Adding it too a perk or making it a standalone perk would not change anything, and would fall too the wasteside.
Its important to hear lunge sound when Killer hides his red stain. It will hopefully give me more chances to avoid stupid hits through pallets..
