A killer should definitely view a game where the survivor gets the hatch as a win. To me a better questions is whether you prevent the survivors from finishing the gens or not.
To me it really depends a lot on what I bring to the game vs the opponents. If I hit a squad with purple items that throws up multiple CoH and is doing flashlight saves: if I get one, a win. If I hit a team that didn't bring any gear and I'm running high level addons, I better get them before the last gen is done.
"A killer should definitely view a game where the survivor gets the hatch as a win. To me a better questions is whether you prevent the survivors from finishing the gens or not."
Yeah, this is my stance as well.
I dont care if a Survivor escapes via Hatch, they did not win. They got lucky that they found it first and that I did not slug for the 4K (which I very rarely do). They did not complete all Gens, so I won.
I also dont really feel that I really won when I get a 4K with all Gens done or even Gates open. Like, if I camp in Endgame and they all die because they try to save this one person, this is not really a win because I played well, it is a 4K because they played badly.

Many players in this game are not really good. And for some reason, the DBD-Community as a whole is not able to accept own mistakes. This goes for both sides - most of the time it is something else why they lost. As Survivor this is pretty easy, you can just blame your teammates.
As Killer, you dont have teammates to blame. So you blame SWF, it is the scapegoat for the Killer losing. Some big content creators do it as well, most of them really killer-sided. In some Chats the Word "SWF" is always brought up with "toxic", like, there is "toxic SWF" and nothing more.
And for those players, content creator or not, SWF is the reason why they lost. You know, you just went against a 4 man-SWF as Huntress. You made some bad calls. Missed half of your Hatchets. All of them escape. But it cannot be your own mistakes, it cannot be all the Hatchets missed, it was the SWF why you lost.
It is honestly a big shitshow that players in DBD cannot accept their own mistakes. But yet here we are.

If you have internet issues and cannot provide a stable connection, dont play onlinegames.
If you really keep on trying and got to the 48 hours-penalty, you were DCing way more than once or twice. If I remember correctly, it takes 5 DCs to get to one hour, so even more to get to 48 hours...
The other 4 players in your game also dont care if you DC because you ragequit or if you DC because your have bad internet and still try to play onlinegames. Their match is ruined (or over, if you were the Killer).

Look at the game Hens played. He didn't refuse to kill anyone.
Stalling is not letting the game progress. If you actively go for chases and actually injure people and then rush back to generators - that's not stalling.
"there is 0 difference between a Doctor keeping everyone in Madness 3 without any attempt of downing them"
Using the Hens game as an example. He was getting downs and hits. He was not refusing to attack - which would be stalling.
I dont care about the game Hens showcased. This was not the topic and there is 0 point in bringing that up.
You just dont have any arguments, this is why you bring up something which was unrelated to the topic.
Killers who refuse to try to kill Survivors and just protect their Gens without any intention to commit to a chase to get a down are holding the game hostage. And now I am just waiting for your proof of what some Mod said on this Forum. Everything else will be ignored, because you bring up unrelated things because you cannot proof your "point".
(Or, alternative - you can now write something and since you had the last word, you can think that you won this argument :) )

But I am very sure that you find something why it is not "holding the game hostage". Maybe some cherrypicking that Doctor was mentioned or that they mentioned griefing.
But there is 0 difference between a Doctor keeping everyone in Madness 3 without any attempt of downing them and a Killer kicking his 3 Gens with his Gen Regression-Perks without any attempt of downing a Survivor.
There is also not a difference between Survivors not working on Gens because they fear they would die and a Killer not commiting to any chases because they fear they might lose the last Gen.
But as I said, there will be some mental gymnastics why Killers are allowed to do that but Survivors are not.

Do your own research. In the end you will find I am correct.
So you dont have any proof. Thank you.
This Forum is so funny - Killer is holding the game hostage by refusing to progress the game, but since this Forum needs to pamper Killers, the people here cannot just accept that it is completely BS that Killers prolong the game to the maximum time limit by refusing to chase Survivors.

According to you maybe - but the moderators have said otherwise.

This is a failure of the afk bird system which is far too lenient.

Holding the game hostage almost always requires the killer body blocking.
Defending part of the map is fair game. You are not forced to chase anyone as killer. Killers need three gen play because things like : SWF and Shift W exist
"Holding the game hostage almost always requires the killer body blocking."
lol, no. This is just so wrong.
Survivors refusing to do Gens is also holding the game hostage, even if no bodyblocking is involved.
Refusing to going for chases and just protecting a 3 gen is also holding the game hostage. Again, no bodyblocking involved.

I agree this is holding the game hostage but the trouble is how do BHVR police that?
But you identify the very issue I and many others are facing in that the killer will not allow the game to progress, they will not commit to any chases that take them outside of the 3 gen they identify at the start of the match.
You cant even rush a middle gen before that as survivor as the killer has the advantage of seeing gen auras from the start
Yeah, I have had this happen two times in the past days. One time against a Wraith on Haddonfield and one time against a Pinhead on RPD. The Pinhead went for the 3-Gen right from the start (2 Gens in Main Hall plus one nearby).
How BHVR can handle this - well, first of all, the same like Survivors taking the game hostage. Recording and reporting if it happens for a long time.
In the long-term, I dont really know. Personally, I would guess that they would be able to add more Gens to the Trial, so that you dont have to do 5 out of 7, but 5 out of 10 or so. This would eliminate 3-Gens. And they did this solution before with the PIg-Boxes where adding one extra Box removed the "camping one Box"-playstyle of her.
But it would be a quite extreme measure.
The other would be to obliterate the Gen Kicking-Meta.
Solution 1 would mean that strategic, but not extreme 3-Gens would not be possible anymore, but anyone who does not want to go for them would still have their Perks (even tho, Eruption still needs to be changed).
Solution 2 would allow 3-Gens, but ruin the Perks for everyone who does not play like this.
Hard decision, but I hope BHVR finds some solution. From what I read online it looks like more and more people are playing like this and this will really hurt the game in the longrun.

"there's a reason why BHVR threatens to ban people over doc camping a 3 gen and just inducing madness"
Let's be clear on this: I am NOT defending players who use the NWTH / Call of brine / Eruption / Overcharge build on the knight (or any killer for that matter) to camp a 3-gen from the start of the game without ever taking a chase.
I'm just wondering about what you just said: what elements could BHVR bring forward to issue this kind of ban?
Because from the killer's point of view, he was just applying an optimal defense strategy.
I agree that this kind of game is more than annoying to live, but how to define the limit between the voluntarily abusive and the valid strategy? At what point can we consider that the player is abusing?
And at what point does a player who protects a zone go from being allowed to being forbidden? How can we define these aspects?
Suppose a survivor wants to chase the killer to a location, and the killer stops following him because he sees that the survivor is trying to chase him away from the generators: does this become punishable behavior? Does this make dropping chase a prohibited behavior?
Again, I am NOT defending the 3-gen knight build's camping at all, I was just wondering.
It is holding the game hostage. At some point the game needs to progress. Survivors have to do Gens and try to finish them, even if that means that they might die in the process. And if Survivors are doing that, the Killer has to commit to a chase at some point, because otherwise, THEY are not progressing the game. And yes, even if this means that they might lose the last Gen.
The Objective for the Killer is to kill all Survivors. And prolonging the game to the Time LImit to achieve this is not the way to go.
So yeah, a Killer refusing to try to kill the Survivors to just regress 3 Gens all the time is holding the game hostage, completely regardless if they decide to do that later or plan it from the start. The same like Suvivors are holding the game hostage if they dont try to do Gens.
At some point, both sides have to risk losing in order to progress the game.

Where did they say that?
I only know the players calling him like that. Since 2017... Quite clear that he is not the "most balanced Killer" anymore a few years after that, if Killer became so much easier over time.
@Topic:
Yeah, this is true. Billy is really fun to play and play against, if they are decent. Would still be nice to not have to use Shadowborn on him to have an enjoyable experience tho..
-
From what you write, messing around with the Snowmen, not even attempting to go for Downs, does sound more like you dont want to actually play the game.
And at this point, if the Killer does not want to play the game, I will also just rush Gens to get to the next game, which will hopefully be an actual game.

I know I won’t use them. But they literally are trash? Why make them A CHRISTMAS EVENT ITEM. When they are a default outfit with a blue eye, what is Christmas about that. Have to do 6 challenges just for a default blue eyed skin? Ridiculous.
Nope, you dont have to do 6 Challenges. You are free to decide to not want to do any challenges if you dislike the Rewards.
But if you know that you dont like the Rewards and you do the Challenges anyway, dont complain afterwards that you "had" to do them.
-
You dont have to use them.
Furthermore, they are more a tradition than anything else. Killers just get frosty eyes because they got them before. I can assure you, if BHVR would scrap the Frosty Eyes, we would have a lot of Threads of people asking about them and blaming BHVR for making the game worse.
Personally, I dont mind them, but I also dont use them. Maybe I use them on Knight, because they look cool and until I have the Prestige Head, I wont have any other Cosmetics for him anyway.
-
Yeah, I am not really running Slowdowns as Killer. I dont need them, but I also would not feel right when I complain about mass-stacking of Slowdowns and do it myself. I also dont run Perks I highly dislike, so I dont run Eruption.
As Killer, I dont have any problem with any Survivor Perk. The strong ones I dont use is just because of personal taste, e.g. not running DH, because again, I think I dont need it. Or not running CoH, because I feel that the Perk is too much of a timewaster.

The breakable wall on shack was suppose to be in the middle between window and shack pallet in the PTB. Its suppose to make the god pallet, not a god pallet but due to survivor entitlement, The breakable was moved to the doorway because survivor complained that pallet became too weak for survivor. Now the breakable wall makes the window useless on both left side and right side if killer breaks the breakable wall. They weakened the window instead of weakening the problematic pallet.
Funny enough, Killer thought that these breakable walls were going to be put to balance unfair pallets but instead they just added them to create god window loops which forces killer to break the wall or face a bloodlust 3 infinity window loop.
The breakable Wall next to the Pallet was just BS. I mean, you can make a Tile less safe, but not completely useless, which would have been the case with the PTB-Wall. Now the window becomes really weak, but at least it is somewhat useable (it is just bad, but not as bad as the Pallet with the PTB-Wall).
Personally, I think Shack should not have any breakable Walls and I am glad they did not add it to other Shacks. Killers should learn how to run Tiles and not make them weak by breaking a Wall.
Regarding the Pallets which were added to certain Main Buildings - those are fine IMO. After they nerfed the Main Buildings (like Ironworks Main Building or Torment Creek Main Building), those Buildings did have nothing going for them. With the breakable Wall you can at least use it once as Survivor.
And in the end, no Killer will lose a game because they need to break a Wall in Chase once per Trial on one of those Maps.

I'm not defending a hostage situation, I'm doubting the retelling of events and trying to explain what can be causing their misunderstanding of them. They claimed that two people were on death hook and that the killer suddenly changed strategies entirely when it got down to the 3 gen scenario, which tells me they weren't actively camping it from the start and adapted their strategy. This doesn't sound like one of those pinhead standing on the box memes or anything like that. Save your concern.
Oh, you can believe me that this totally happens. In the two examples in my post, this was the case:
Wraith on Haddonfield-->1 Survivor dead, 3 Survivors alive with 2 on Death Hook. Still refused to chase anyone further than a few meters away.
Pinhead on RPD-->Started camping his 3-Gen right at the start, did not do anything else than kicking the 3 Gens and the occasional chase.
You cannot really say that either of them is just defending Gens. While in both cases the Killers planned the 3-Gen from the start (which the Wraith was also doing, but I did not notice it right away. On RPD I noticed it because I always check the Main Hall due to the majority of games spawning two Gens in it), even if the Killer is changing their strategy to protect a 3-Gen, if they are still not trying to progress the game, they are holding it hostage.

The killer's objective is to kill as many as possible, not to kill one to knowingly let the other 3 escape. You say it was impossible to get one gen past 50%, but ignore the fact that the base time for that other 50% is 45 seconds, which would be reduced even further with multiple people piling on said gen since all 4 were alive still (which would leave 3 to commit while the killer commits to the chase/down/hook/return trip) You're severely underestimating how much time waste is involved in the act of getting a person out, even in that scenario.
You keep claiming they refused to commit to a chase, yet you yourself refused to commit to a gen, even though you apparently hadn't been hooked whatsoever. You're asking the killer to throw to "participate in gameplay" while being unwilling to do so yourself.
You must be 3 meters tall with the amount of stretching you are doing.
Defending a hostage situation (which is clearly happening if the Killer is refusing to progress the game if the Survivors are trying to do so) is pretty concerning.

@StarLost said:
Are you sure they weren't just playing defensive?
That said - yes, it sucks. I've had a rash of survivors going AFK and somehow using snowmen to avoid getting crows, stalling the game out for ages. I wish this sort of thing didn't happen on either end.
There is a big difference between playing defensive and not going for Downs anymore. Latter would be to not do the Objective anymore.
It is widely known and accepted that Survivors who dont repair Gens anymore are holding the game hostage. But a Killer who is not trying to down and hook Survivors anymore is also holding the game hostage if the only thing they are doing is to protect their 3-gen.
I had this happen two times in the last few days - first a Wraith on Haddonfield (Gen inside the Strode House, Gen in front of the Strode House and Gen in the playground next to the Strode House). Second was a Pinhead on RPD (two Gens in the Main Hall (which is still BS and really needs to be changed) and at least one Gen right next to it).
And if the Killer is only protecting their 3-Gen and refuse to chase Survivors, which are only a little bit away from the 3 Gens, they are holding the game hostage. Because at this point, the Survivors try to do their Objective to progress the game and it is the job of the Killer to progress the game as well. The Survivors have to risk to die to do their Objective to not hold the game hostage and the Killer has to risk to lose the last Gen to not hold the game hostage.
And yet there are people saying that the Killer is only doing their Objective - no, they dont. Their objective is to kill the Survivors. And they are refusing to do it. That the Objective can be fulfilled after 1 hour (which is the time the Trial will end) does not even count, it is unrealistic to expect players to stay in the game for at least 45 minutes when nothing is happening (I just assumed that in a very slow game it takes 15 minutes to reach the stage where only one Gen needs to be completed).
Furthermore, I guess someone will come up with "But it is the Survivors fault that there is a 3-Gen"...No. Any semi-competent Killer can see 3 Gens which can be protected right from the start. Especially if Maps make it super easy to get a 3-Gen (my two examples, Resting Place, Suffocation Pit). Sure, you can 99 another Gen and try to get those in the 3-Gen done, but this does not really change anything, because the game can still not progress.
Last but not least - since a Content Creator has made this known, I really hope that not more people try to play like that.
-

I mean, yeah. Sure, it was BS with some Killer-Powers, but why should anyone make themselves an easy target when you lose a Health State anyway?
The only time I did it was to get the Archive-Challenge done. And even this has the risk of Killers NOT hitting the Snowmen to deny this Archive-Challenge.
IMO the Snowmen not working like last year made the event really lackluster already.

Ruin was nerfed due to survivor frustration. I didn't think so even during the red skill check. It could have been disabled just by breaking the bones.
And now Eruption is in vogue as an alternative. I do not like to play against it. I can understand the frustration this time.
I think it should be tweaked. But do you want a big big nerf?
I am worried about which PERK nerf call will happen next after nerfing it. No, everyone knows it will happen.
The first Ruin-Rework was done due to multiple aspects. Free pressure at the start of the game, Ruin being inconsistent (you can get multiple Skillchecks or none at all), Ruin being very effective vs. inexperienced Survivors but not really effective against experienced Survivors, present in every Build.
And the Rework itself did not really make Ruin a bad Perk, in fact, it was more annoying to go against IMO. And still a very strong Perk. It only really became oppressive with old Undying, because cleansing Ruin up to 5 times was simply too much.
But after Undying got nerfed, you never really saw complaints about Ruin itself. The only thing which was complained about was Ruin/Undying/Tinkerer, but this could have been solved with the Tinkerer-Nerf they eventually did.
However, the most recent Nerf to Ruin was not due to its strength, it was to remove it from the Meta. This happened to some Perks so that they can they they "changed" the Meta - make Perks unuseable so people run other Perks (e.g. Ruin, PGTW, Self Care, Iron Will).
Like, Ruin did not even need that Nerf and if it should get a Nerf, just disabling it when a Survivor is dead would have been enough. This rarely happens anyway that a Survivor dies before Ruin was cleansed and even if it happens, the Killer is most likely in a very, very good spot at this point. But the regression-Nerf just was to kill the Perk.
And the current Slowdown-Meta is at least on the same Level as OLD Ruin/Undying/Tinkerer, so with multiple Ruin-cleanses and Tinkerer progging all the time. However, unlike nowadays, you were able to counter it by cleansing Ruin (even if it took some time) AND not every Killer was really able to use this combo as effective.
However, the current Meta on top of 3-Genning right from the start can be used by basically any Killer. Just dont chase someone, just protect your 3 Gens. And this is very unhealthy and probably the most boring Meta it has ever been. And IMO just protecting a 3 Gen without any intention to actually do the Objective should be a bannable offense. It is just taking the game hostage, nothing else.
But better idea would be if BHVR would realize that the current Gen-Kicking Meta is not healthy for the game and does changes. Sadly, I think yesterday was the last Patch for a while, since it is Christmas soon so we will probably stick with this Meta for a few months.

Can you people stop with the us vs them it is so annoying. Killers adapt to fast gens by stacking slowdown survivors adapt to the stacked slowdown by doing gens more. It isn't something that is happening because the oppressive killers are doing it, it's just dumb meta things. There are survivors who rush gens against the trapper with all aura reading, then they start stacking slowdowns because it helps more than aura reading perks. Because why would the trapper run an aura reading perk when it doesn't actually help them whatsoever? The people on both sides adapt to what they go against it isn't something only one side faces.
Yeah, but you dont need 4 Slowdowns on any Killer.
And you certainly dont need 4 Slowdowns on any Killer which is at least A-Tier (or probably even high B-Tier).

Literally my last game was a Spirit just camping a 3-gen since the start of the game, they refused to take chases if people left the generators. 28 minute match.
Fun.
Im just disappointed that something like this is in the game. Im not mad at the players, Im mad at the devs.
Yeah, this is basically taking the game hostage at this point. If a Killer refuses to chase Survivors and just prolongs the game to protect their 3-Gen, there is nothing else that can be said.
But people here argue that the Killer is just doing their objective, which is not even true. Because the Objective is to kill all Survivors and not to prolong the game until eternity.
I had two Killers like that recently. A Wraith who had a 3-Gen on Haddonfield (Strode House inside, Strode House in front, Gen next to the Playground right beside the Strode House). And a Pinhead who had a 3-Gen right from the start on RPD (2 Gens in the Main Hall, one Gen very close to it). In both games I just suicided at some point, because there is nothing you can do as Survivor if the Killer refuses to play the game.
But I should not have to suicide to get out of a game because the Killer does not want to do their Objective.

Surely if we suck at the game we bring 4 slowdown perks. I think we suck for not wanting to have 5 minutes games in row.
I get 5 minute games using my normal build aftwards I switched to 4 slowdown perks it was just like a normal game on average 10 minutes.
And holy cow, your reply is hostile.
If you get 5 minute games you seem to want to improve as Killer. And you wont improve if you stack Slowdown to prolong the game until the Survivors dont have any ressources left.
If I can do fine without much Slowdown, other players who call themselves "Killer Mains" will also be able to do fine. And personally, using different Perks than Slowdown-Perks is more fun as well (at least for me).
And nope, my answer was not meant to be hostile. It is just that stacking Slowdown is the easiest way to play this game. Even if some funny Content Creators are claiming that Killer is so skillful when they play with stacked Slowdown themselves.

@[Deleted User] said:
Killers are bringing the hardest guns because of how the games evolved.
Have you asked yourself a question of why most new games are full of slowdown rather than diversity of perks? Survivors push the gens like nothing matters so the Killers are slowing it down.
We're back to the state before the mid-chapter that was supposed to overhaul the game, we're back to hard meta.
If you nerf the killer meta, you are buffing survivors as a whole... aka make the game even more stressful which will result in a huge queue problem. You must understand why killers are in need of so much slowdown before you end up tweaking stuff.
Killers use mass-slowdown because it is the easiest way to play Killer. You can also play 0 or maximum 1 Slowdown and you will do fine as Killer. You just need to not suck at the game. However, if you suck at the game, you take 4 Slowdowns and prolong the game to a point where basically everyone can win.
Survivors focussing more on Generators is more the point of the oppressive Slowdown-Meta. What else should I do when playing Surviovr? Gens need to be done, so there is no time to do any different. Especially not when I play with at least two Randoms, where I dont know what they are actually doing and how fast they burn through the Pallets.

Are you 100% sure that you did not have any penalty?
The first penalty seems to be 1 minute now, so if you spend around 1 minute to figure out what happened, your penalty was already gone.

Guards kicking gens has the least impact. Kicking gens with guards doesn't activate your gen perks like eruption COB etc. That was the weakest place to buff him and the buff itself was minuscule.
The guards suck in chase, take too long to activate and their auras are tiny. Not to mention like I said above they can also see where you're going to place the guard in the first place.
He has to be one of the worst killers in this game outside camping. It's his only strong suit
I said that it was an easy thing to do and has some impact. Nothing more.
Kicks by Guards should not be affected by Gen-Perks. Stupid idea, really.

Sure, which perks are you wanting to compare.
I dont mind, you seem to have something in mind, so just go ahead. Want to see all those strong pesky Survivor Perks which are so much better than Eruption.

Not my standard. Objectively.
You can literally look at the numbers for each perk and calculate their impact compared to the rest.
I want to have a good laugh, so please calculate.

"It even has a cooldown"... Yeah, which is barely more than the incapacitated effect.
What can Killers do during the Cooldown?
- Chase other Survivors
- kick more Gens (even without the benefit of Eruption, since it is never only Eruption)
- Hook Survivors
Just as examples.
What can Survivors do while being incapacitated?
- Unhook other Survivors
Thats it.
And well, as I said, the problem is not only Eruption. The problem is Eruption paired with other Perks which have way too much synergy. On top of tunneling still being easier than before since all Anti-Tunnel Perks which are somewhat useful (aka not DS anymore) resolve around Endurance.

Gens feel faster because Survivors are more focused on Gens due to the oppressive Slowdown-Meta run by Killers. Basically, the first thing a Killer does is not go into the chase, but to kick the Gen and then you already know that they have at least Call of Brine and Eruption. And Survivors adapt (which they always get told by Killer Mains) and do more Gens.
Not cool for either side, but it is what it is I guess. Killers want their 4 Slowdown-Builds because it is the easiest way to play Killer, but since many Killers apparently STILL struggle nowadays, it will also stay like this for a long time I guess.
But hey, we have people here who think that 4 Slowdowns mean that there is more variety. Because you will never encounter a Nurse or Blight with Eruption, Call of Brine, Overcharge, lel.

majority of the player base is casual?
in what world exactly?
and every weak killer is "fun" to play against because they can't do anything about your broken perks or addons
Yes, the majority of players is very casual. If you want to treat DBD like an e-sports, you can do so. Or find a game which is actually more capable of being played like an e-sports game.
Furthermore, fun or unfun is not determined by the strength. Cant believe people still think that "weak killer = fun" and "strong killer = unfun" is true. LIke, playing against Wesker is fun. Playing against Freddy is now. So Wesker is weak and Freddy is strong?

Well we got bots now. And knight uses ai too. Maybe things have improved since then. Perhaps they could make more zombies work now.
Still, with Bots you have only 5 "entities" in the Trial (7 if playing Nemesis). So no increase. Knight has AI, but also only one at a time.
-
Nope. It is also important how many Hooks you got and if you camped or not. If you killed the Survivors super-fast and got a 4K with only 4 Hooks in total, this will not be a double pip.
Basically, for the Pip-System, each side has to hope that the other side is somewhat competent, otherwise they wont pip (which is fine IMO, since it is not really a challenge to beat some Baby Survivors or a Baby Killer).
-
More Zombies will not happen. They tried when implementing him, but some systems had problems to deal with 5 players + more than 2 AI-Zombies.
IMO the only Buff I would give to Nemesis is that Infection done by Zombies does not grant a Speedboost. Because sometimes the Nemesis-Player is not using the tentacle on purpose and the Survivor can get a speedboost by running into a Zombie.
But other than that, he is fine. People who complain about the Speedboost on Infection like to ignore how easy it is to break Pallets or get Hits with the M2.

From what I have seen so far, the purpose of Potential Energy is to ######### over your team.
Have yet to see it used in a somewhat smart way. But whenever I see a Survivor using Potential Energy (which, thank God, is rare), I already know that this game is probably lost.

That is a very incorrect opinion.
Sadako doesn't have an overwhelming ability, like Nurse, but she has her power and is damn well capable of holding her own against Survivor teams.
All it takes are a few matches to learn.
"All it takes are a few matches to learn."
This is the important part IMO.
I always have a good time when playing Sadako and decent results. And I think it is totally fine that her power is more on the simple side, not every Killer needs an overcomplicated Power.
Obviously, it cannot be expected that she is as strong as Blight or Wesker, who are both more complicated to play, but I think this is fine for a power which is easy to pick up.

Tell that to all the people who play her and all the survivors from her killrate
People like to pretend she's bad because they treat this game like esports and lost to a couple of SWFs with her - but the truth is, she's fun to play and very good against most casuals (which is a majority of the survivor playerbase)
^ this.
Sadako is not even bad. Whenever I play her, I have a good result AND have a lot of fun playing her. And in general, every Killer can win against the majority of Survivors.

This Thread has to be a Joke.
First of all, you bring 5 points. Which are actually 3 points, since 1 and 3 are the same and 2 and 5 are the same as well. And Point 4 would be a speculation, because currently, Survivor Queue Times are faster.
Second, your points would only make sense if that means that:
- People who play Killers like Nurse or Blight would not run 3-4 Slowdown-Perks and
- People who play Killers like Nurse or Blight dont tunnel and camp
I dont face Wraiths with 4 Slowdowns, just because they can play easier with that. I also dont face Nurses who play no Slowdowns or 1 maximum. The oppressive Killers also play oppressive Builds AND do unfun playstyles.
The current Killer Meta is so boring and makes the game really stale. The first thing a Killer does is not to go into a chase, nope, kicking the Gen with Eruption and Call of Brine to get the Slowdown going. And the Survivors try to do Gens as fast as possible to not end up in a 20 minute game which the Killer will win just because they prolonged it so much that even they can win.
-
People who say that Hag is weak really dont know how to play her. She is one of the strongest Killers in this game, easily A-Tier, probably Top 5-Killer.
And while Dredge is certainly a decent Killer, he is nowhere near Hag when it comes to strength. I mean, I am happy that she is not popular to play because of her playstyle, but she is not weak at all.
-
And another day where the DBD-Community shows their hate against streamers.
I dont even know why you have to mention that this person was a TTV. There are Survivors out there who manage to get their team killed all the time.
-
Yeah, its not like it is a big deal to be honest. None of those Killers is ruined, and I can understand the thought process behind this to be honest. Wesker is the second Killer who is able to vault Windows via an ability (after Legion) and so they probably thought that they want to get rid of this in combination with Bamboozle so that they are more free in Design and dont have to balance Killer Powers around the possibility of the Killer having Bamboozle or not.
