There are ones that show her face but her eyes are covered.
Raggedy Ann dolls can be freaky. That's the actual doll Annabelle is based off of. From personal experience one time on the way to my brother's house we passed by trailer park in the woods and someone had hung a raggedy Ann doll from a tree by a noose so that freaked me out so anytime I see something about raggedy Ann I think of that time - although I know it has less to do with the doll and more what someone did with it.
Nurse could have raggedy Ann cosmetic where she has sack over her head with raggedy Ann face drawn on.
Oh my God, how old were you when you saw that?
-
@ThatOneDemoPlayer said:
I don't think there's a single Nurse skin that has a visible face, so I don't think this would fit Nurse
I think she can. Raggedy Ann is made from cloth (that initial example looks like a porcelain doll painted with Raggedy-Ann features). Nurse could have sewn buttons for her eyes and a painted nose. The yarn hair could even drip blood. Or maybe instead of yarn, it's thin strips of bandages soaked in blood.

I think you will find some at mid mmr. Dredge is not quite user friendly and it is easy to mindgame his husk tp if you lack experience. But if used by someone experienced he is the god of map pressure. So on low mmr you won't be seeing one of those and on high killers are usually blights and nurses.
Also, why would you want to see Maurice's murderer?
(Inner mobster coming out).
He and I can have some words about that.
If you look closely at the photo, maybe something else . . .
But I didn't say anything. Any guess you make as to my meaning is merely an inference of my intention. And I will neither confirm nor deny the veracity of your conclusion.
Edit:
I have faced a lot of Nurses and Blights lately, more than usual. Have you faced a lot of them lately, too?

We have 29 killers in game at the moment. So most of killers will feel very rare to see. Ofcourse couple of them will be meta and more popular. But for the rest, you will not see them so much.
That said, i don't think Dredge is rare like Hag or Twins. I am seeing him time to time.
I wish we had the same experience. I've gone against the Twins and Hag a couple of times the past two weeks. Zero Dredges.

I've come to the realization that with this game, and every single match I play in this game, I have to manage my expectations.
When I would go into a match expecting teammates to be on the same level skill wise, or expect decent map spawns, or for everyone to play fairly, or for anything to be balanced, I'd be frustrated when it wasn't.
So I just prepare myself each match thinking that everything's probably going to be bad/go wrong, and to expect it.
Teammates leave me to die on first hook at 5 gens? Meh kinda expected. Killer camping me? Already saw that coming so not that big of a deal. I'm playing trapper and got a full swf with flashlights and game map offerings? Figured that would probably happen.
I've noticed that when I manage my expectations for this game and lower what I expect from it, I'm much more calm and easy going when it does happen.
I switched from caring about winning, or getting a certain amount of hooks/kills, or my grade, and started focusing on just random fun stuff. Like being as random and sporadic as possible at loops, and then counting how many survivors mind game themselves into me.
Also I found that if you want to have fun, you can't play this game all day everyday. Or any game for that matter. Eventually you'll start nit picking every little thing wrong with it until you hate it. Take breaks, it's okay
Well said. I agree.

Asians DC less often, probably because they value getting better over raging, unlike the majority of the community.
I made a joke that he must not like flashlights, and the Streamer responded, "he has a weak mind ha ha." So yes, I think there is some shame associated with that. A sense of weakness/immaturity that perhaps people here don't feel as much.

@Seraphor said:
Probably a bit of all of the above.
I know from some other games Japanese and Korean players tend to play with a lot more... discipline. If DCing is looked down on there, it'd be much less common.
We have the same mindset then. I respect that play style a lot and wish more people had that.

yeah, but the gameplay with hex perks shouldn't become "defend the hex totems or defend the generators, but you can only choose one". Mea while, the survivors can turn their boon hex on over and over again...
Hexes and Boons are not the same. Boons are instantly snuffed out by a Killer. Survivors have to take time to cleanse Hexes, and that time can even be extended. Boons' effects are limited to a geographic region, whereas a Hex can be omnipresent. Boons also have to be found and created by a Survivor, Hexes do not have to be created by a Killer.
And you're right, the gameplay shouldn't be "defend the hex or the gen." That's a risk and decision the Killer chooses to make--either wisely or unwisely depending on their own skill and the way the game is going.
Every role gets a maximum of four perks to equip, but you are not obligated to play with 4. You could play with 2 or even none. So if your Hex, (which by design has a high risk of not activating to its fullest potential, or at all), doesn't activate, then you are in essence playing with 3 perks. If your personal gameplay prioritizes defending an active Hex so you have four perks, then that is your choice. But you do not need four to play the game or win the game. You don't even need any perks.
How you choose to mitigate the high-risk nature of a Hex is your call, but when they're equipped, it should be understood that there is a risk the perk will only partially activate--or never activate at all. That balance of high risk for high reward must be kept.

I didnβt say the last survivor. I said they tunnel me and give the other survivor hatch knowing where both of us are. And I canβt ask because itβs always computer players. Iβm on console.
I recently played as Kate against Pyramid Head. He tunneled me the entire game (to the point the others--in solo queue, no less--physically blocked him to try to take aggro). He refused to go after them and killed me. I did nothing to him. Nothing.
I spectated. Wanna know what he did after that? He started farming with the others. I got next to nothing in points and they all got a ton. Why? No clue.
Another time, I played with someone who was convinced I was someone I wasn't. He was toxic to me as a result and refused to accept that he was mistaken.
Sometimes, people do things that aren't fair or make no logical sense to us.
-
This has happened to me many times. I main Kate, Claud, and Feng. I know some Killers do this because they have a policy of giving the hatch to the last Survivor (I know because I asked them after the game why they gave the hatch to that person). If you appear to be a strong player, the Killer might try to get you out of the game as quickly as possible. Who's left when that happens? The one who was hidden. The one who avoided interactions. The one who didn't do much. My advice, ask the person. Would you want someone to assume your intentions or ask you to clarify?
-
By design, they are high risk, high reward. The risk must be high. If someone says, "Well sometimes they spawn in an obvious spot," yes, that's true. But that's part of the risk. Sometimes they also spawn in areas so well hidden that they will not be found at all. Could individual hexes be reworked? Sure. Maybe some deserve an adjustment, but the high-risk factor mechanic is an indelible part of their design. And sometimes, they're obvious, but they're in the center of the map so it's much easier for a Killer to defend. That happened to me yesterday on Garden of Joy. Blight had a Hex along the road and he was able to defend it until practically end game and have most of us on death hook.

Sometimes it's just not worth the trouble, plus with the people who just write posts to get reactions, it's not worth the effort. I lurk on the forums and some posts it's just too much to correct or someone too biased.
I like trying to be neutral and bring logic and have people realize that being so emotional is blinding them, but sometimes it's just not worth the effort trying to talk to a wall.
I do like trying to post on posts that you can tell the user is new to the game or just naive because they haven't played both sides yet, since I do like to teach others and help spread knowledge and understanding.
You're right, and trying to have a conversation with someone who is trolling is just not possible. My only comfort is that someone who isn't trolling is also reading it. And they get to see a different viewpoint. Maybe they won't say anything, but at least they got to see it. Those are the times that make me think, "Maybe I should've said something."

Same! Don't get me wrong, in-person conversations can be a little tricky sometimes, but online ones are a different animal. You can't see the person's face or hear their tone, and most of the time, you don't know the person at all so you have no foundational relationship to understand them (and vice versa).

Iβm a killer main and I agree that STBFL is probably overtuned now, thereβs a reason it shot up in popularity. They could hypothetically tweak it so it caps out at the same fastest net recovery speed it had pre-patch and it would be just as good a perk as it was (which was a good perk, I used it quite a lot pre-patch. Now itβs verging on being a little too fast at 8 tokens.)
Thanks for sharing your perspective as a Killer main. It makes having a productive conversation easier.

The forum website for this game is also buggy. Certain features don't work well on certain browsers. What browser are you using? If it's Safari, switch to Chrome and see if it works that way.

I am. There was something nice about seeing yourself score higher than a Survivor/Killer who had a better rank. It was a little personal victory.
Was it perfect? God no. We all know that. There were times when I think most of us saw the ranks and thought, "What the . . . ?" Sometimes, you played against someone who didn't play like they belonged in red rank. Other times, you played against someone who clearly did, but for some reason, their rank was 16.
It wasn't perfect, but I liked it. And it was motivating. "Can I get to red rank?" "Can I get to red rank without my favorite perks?" "Can I get to red rank with NO perks?" "How many escapes can I achieve in a row?"
It was imperfect, but it was fun. And I do miss it.
