It'd be nice if they adjusted chase points when running from him but I'm guessing it's tied to the red stain of the killer
-
I'd actually like to see it buffed where it extends stun from wiggling out and/or makes hooks visible while you're on the ground.

TBH that is something that should be in the start screen, or should need a keypress to expand. Otherwise it's going to take up a lot of space.
Yeah depending on how they do it it will take up a lot of space maybe that's why they're hell bent on vertical character list. And before match it could work but if a teammate switches character last second it kind of makes it pointless.
-
Maybe they're working towards showing your teammates perks at least on survivor side.
-
A hex to add to a slug build sounds fun /s

Tip: don't pick the yellow perks. Prioritize getting the green and purple ones because it's one less perk that has a chance of appearing on the bloodweb.
Yeah I've come to realize that as well as much as it sucks getting a 2nd or 3rd tier of a worthless perk it also removes it from continuously appearing in the bloodweb.

If they ever do manage to land a chance to have jason that'll be one hell of a payday.

I do see that being abused tho one dc for the something when they are dead on hook after being destroyed by something then everyone leaves
Can you explain what you said differently I'm not sure what you're saying.

How about instead a struggle phase they incorporate a "give up" option. Struggle phase had screwed people over with framedrops.
The give up option is activated during the struggle phase requires a button hold, it gives a notification to survivors and the survivor giving up is given a countdown of 60-90 seconds. If somebody wants to give up that much they can wait that long. That way it doesn't screw over survivors who are willing to stay.
-
Something small like 5 seconds maybe without the speed boost definitely would need to be tested thoroughly.
-
Survivor: Ash, Felix, Elodie
Killer: I switch around a lot because of rifts but stick to 5 for fun. Pig, Oni, Blight, Ghostface, Deathslinger
-
Okay I had shards for legion or plague but wasn't sure if I should wait thanks guys.
-
I'd rather they have a Vent category on the forums just to bypass all the repetitive posts. I don't understand how people can be nuh uh it's your side that complains, nuh uh your side complains more. Everybody complains get real. Now if there were more actual discussions that'd be nice . Instead it's you're just a salty [insert] main.

My team usually run into the solo queue that'll
1. Kill themselves on first hook
2. Lead the killer to you
3. Hook bomb
4. Let you die on hook
That's honestly the majority we run into if we're running 3. When it's just my wife and I we tend to have better teammates.
-
It's more people's lack of ability to objectively look at the situation and take responsibility/victim mentality.
Playing fighting games helped me with that because it's a 1v1 you only have yourself to blame when you lose, because if you take the time to review your matches you can see your mistakes and if you understand the game mechanics, frame rates, invincibility properties, and hit boxes you can see where you need to improve. (obviously lag/exploit can be an exception.) A 1/9 can seem helpless but that's very rare.
-
Also don't forget to use your power I know some matches I'd get them down so quickly I forgot that I didn't get enough points in the deviousness category (I think that's the right one). With the update I managed to get 5 in one day😄 granted they were green and purple ranks but I don't really care.
Like previously posted you don't have to 3 hook them all, I think you only need 9-10 hooks for iridescent someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

They're not luck based, they're SWF based, BHVR doesn't care about the solo experience.
I think you're taking it the wrong way bhvr is trying to promote friendship.

Trapper's dailies, I'm so bad at him that I gave up trying to do them.
Just got to set up your traps by pallets, windows, and top of stairs then just herd the survivor like cattle.
-
His issue I think is he has too much. Chase potential with traps, map mobility with teleports that add also to gen slowdown which he can bait out unlike Demogorgon.
A power he doesn't have to work for causing a survivor debuff and a reduced terror radius like(16m?) which the only way to remove is to go to the other side of the map or fail a skill check giving your position away and with only 16m it's hard to tell how close he is. So he can sneak up on you like a Deathslinger running Moniter and Abuse.
I would honestly like to have him work for his power you know like the majority of the cast. Give more ways to wake up/extend wake up time. Adjust his teleport so he has to commit to it.

Yep,had a huntress near me throwing an axe at me without her ready up sound cue
That's honestly why I run stakeout because of the audio bugs
-
Yeah in a scenario where the survivors are all together why the hell not but if they just slug and search the map that's a bit different at 4 gens.
-
That purple add on that increases Victor's speed gives him a guaranteed hit and like people have stated being based around camping and slugging is not fun for both parties.
-
Yeah I've had killers win by the skin of their teeth when teammates have dc'd or them using OP add-ons and say gg ez.
-
It's really up to the parents honestly DBD isn't really bad when it comes to it's severity and that it is a fictional setting look at fnaf, killer animatronics with serial killer souls and souls of dead children. Albeit ones gameplay and one isn't but that's a huge hit with kids.
On the case of immaturity on player interaction it has nothing to do with age. Granted it's more noticeable when some squeeky preteen is yelling profanities at you but that's more parents not using soap or hot sauce. I've had 10 yr olds act more mature then some 30yr olds. It's really parents gauging their child's maturity level and sadly most of the time the parents are more like "we don't say no to Johnny because it's negative".
I wouldn't mind less squeekers in my game but if they can play well I really don't care.
-
The hurtbox issues are affecting both sides. The difference is it's more beneficial to killer granted I've been hit by pallets that in no way should have hit me, but it's worse playing as a survivor because your job is to not get hit for as long as possible.

Patches for DBD cannot be pushed out in 2-3 days they need almost a week to get certs from Sony and Microsoft
Exactly, another reason why QA is so important it's not strictly PC where they can throw out a hotfix in 2-3 days
-
Yeah it really depends on the situation I'll do the same if we have 1-2 gen left and the killer isn't camping I'll hold on and they were helpful otherwise I'll hold on for that full duration.

The No scratchmarks would be good with ds since i always wondered why ds didnt remove scratch marks and blood trail when you stun the killer since when they are stunned they will just come right back after you and with new ds thatd be a fairer synergy.
That's a good point funny enough I didn't even think of the synergy with that and decisive strike it could make a strong combo for people who don't want to be tunneled.

Yeah I'm about to get my wife a new computer and she'll be switching over from xbox and she's put in a lot of work To have her re-grind everything is going to suck.

I would agree with that until one Meg I encountered. She was a PC player cause she got that awesome Mask that I so want that is exclusive to her. I saw the killer coming and messed up and failed a skill check. I tried to book it behind her. She stopped bodyblocked me in the doorway and let me get hit then moved and ran. She punished me for an honest mistake even though we would of had to run anyway due to the killer coming.
That's funny I ran into a Meg with a facemask that would constantly lead the killer to you, slammed a pallet in her face she got down I unhooked her and she played nicely afterwards.
-
I really wish there was a way where people gave up could just appear to be struggling but notify teammates that they gave up

Huntress is dlc in console?
It's free dlc though I thought?
-
Yeah filling the rift with blood points and/or shards around be nice.
-
I actually suggested a perk change to off the record in the feedback section but didn't get any responses to it.
-
Funny enough I don't like the map because of how many dead ends there are playing as a survivor. Had a pallet lead to a side with a dead end granted the door probably opens if a generator is finished but still.
-
I think a lot of people agree with this sentiment it's more they moved everything around not actually the additions to the hud. Hook counts, and for some character portraits were all welcomed additions.
-
Been having this happen to me as well I'm trying to get rank 1 and this isn't helping.
-
I don't solo queue because I have friends muahahahahaha.
-
Deathslinger, Oni, Blight, Ghostface, Pig and on occasion Wraith/Meyers. Like the rush of Oni and Blight. The sniping of deathslinger. And the stealth killers.
-
So if I play Ash and Felix 50/50 what does that make me?
-
It's either being altruistic or trolling literally all a survivor can do to protect their teammate is take the hit.
-
I'm glad but also going to dread the survivors that are hell bent on getting a DS that they'll be dead weight until it's over with.

When the hell is LF getting a chainsaw nerf they gave one to Billy and now its time for LF his hot box is all screwed up he can chainsaw through objects and unless there's a vault or cupboard near by you're screwed it's at the point where I just let them kill me because he is horrible to go against when he gets his chainsaw going there's no avoiding it
I doubt he'll ever get nerfed. If I run into a bubba I just find the place with the most windows and stay around there regardless of what's going on in the match.
-
Funny the group I play with always have the opposite effect the solo Q person is nearly always a selfish player. Hook bombs, dropping the killer on you, crouching on the edge of the map not doing gens.
-
Yeah I'd prefer a blood point store over the current bloodweb at least for perks the items and offerings can still be random in the bloodweb. But with how many perks there are it's really a bloodpoint/time sink. If someone were to have the full experience.
-
This is a joke right?
-
They would have a lot of inspiration from hindu gods I'm not sure how that all will intertwine but I thought hindu was a prominent religion in India it's late and my brain doesn't work.
-
Jason had a big thing with throwing people through windows that could be a perk. Extended grab range near windows lol that would be so OP
He could also have a perk that gives him killer instinct near breakable walls
-
It helps me remember which random got hook I always know it's Elodie.
It also makes sure everyone knows I got hooked.
