My idea is a perk that is original for killers and isn't a rehash of old ideas, something completely new. The Perk could work 2 different ways either as a token perk or as a x amount of time x amount of uses. I know i will get heat for this, as survivor mains hate Legion as much as many Killers hate Freddy, but i believe both Killers don't need as much attention as he does. Freddy is decent in the right hands, Legion can be countered by splitting up, and moonwalking takes longer than many Killers can take you down the old fashioned way (still cheap but not overwhelmingly OP). Add light bulbs to survivors that can be turned on or off. A maniac give the opportunity to break these switches completely de-energized. (With the toolbox, the survivor can repair it) In addition to the darkness, the survivors and the maniac see very poorly. Has the idea of an unranked mode ever been discussed by the devs in a stream or forum post? I think an unranked mode for killer and survivor would be a great way of mitigating match making wait times. I'm a nerd about stuff like this, and it was really a treat to overlook these things. I thought it was very interesting and I geeked out. I wanted more and more. And was sad to see it was only a few things. With the perk %s being shown, you'd think you guys would tune that a bit more. Ruin is way too reliant... as is Adrenaline and Self care. I was thinking about the statistics the devs dropped a few days ago and the one with the % of people solo and in groups got me thinking. Since 4-mans are the goto boogeyman for killers in that players will actively try to avoid them if at all possible AND 4-mans are the smallest % of groups made in dbd, why don't they just cap SWF groups at 3 people? I main killer - and my queues have been absolutely awful. It's double bloodpoints at the moment, and it's taking 20 and even sometimes 30 minutes to queue for a single match. Pings are great (60 - 80) when I can actually find one, so idk. Is is a requirement for new killers to be entirely human/once human? Or can a killer have human-like movements/models and still be in the game if it's not human and has never been human? RBTs only become active whenever a generator is completed. Inactive RBTs will no longer trigger when attempting to leave via an exit gate. *NOTE: Initiating the End Game Collapse will not complete generators, but will block them. So I came across a duo that's been harrassing survivors by farming them. The killer downs his survivor friend, who gives them the location of the other survivors, and also by using bond perk. They then farm the other survivors by hooking, rescuing and instantly downing them. When everyone is dead, they continue farming bloodpoints via chase and repairing gens. Mulder as a Survivor in DbD they could put in a Grey Alien in or any of the weird creeps Mulder & Scully face off against. Ellen or Amanda Ripley with the Xenomorph and either on the Nostromo or Sevastopol for the map. My wish is simply, when you are getting camped by a killer, face camping full on not leaving you. I was playing a game and I got hooked and the other survivor was hooked as well. Hi Devs, ever thought about a way for killers who don't like to face survs on the rank they play at to derank on purpose without having to dc or staying idle? It actually makes me sick to play on rank one as a killer. I play for almost two years but can't play any of the top tier killers. Just an idea I came up with while thinking of what characters could be part of DBD. Height: Tall Terror radius: 24m - every second a survivor in a 24m vicinity is looking at the killer, terror radius increases by 1m(if 4 survivors are looking at the killer, terror radius increases by 4m every second). So is the sound suppose to be this way? I played 1 match and I don't hear footsteps groaning or breathing. It feels like it's way to quiet or it just turns off. Also I'm constantly hearing survivor breathing on my neck but no one is there literally ghost breathing which just throws me off even more. Is it sort of universally accepted this weekend that ppl can play loose and silly for bp? I can do a 2k marathon as LF or let ppl escape no worries? So just so you know what I'm talking about when a generator is done or someone is killed on a hook a black circle with show on your screen to notify you, however this is extremely annoying when you are chasing someone or trying to look at a gen that is behind or in front of this black circle.
