The grind for leveling up both killers and survivors is daunting enough, especially for new players. It's only getting more absurd with every new character released. One way to help reduce this grind could be to have both killers and survivors start with their 3 unique perks at level 3. So, Dwight would have Bond, Prove Thyself, and Leader at level 3 from the start and Trapper would have level10 comments 181 views last activity

On PC, obviously. It's year 4 of Dead by Daylight, and content keeps on coming. It's a great thing. I've recently gotten a few friends into the game, and overwhelmingly they all agree that there's far too much content locked behind DLC, or excessively long grinds. wraith is my favorite stealth killer but man playing him feels like a torture vs good survivors . The Doctor was originally designed by devs to counter pallet looping. He was supposed to be the poster child of counter looping and the devs praised The Doctor design and openly admitted of how proud they were of their creation.. With the amount of safe pallets and windows on most maps, I think it's pretty obvious that this game is balanced around lower ranks. If I had to put a number on it, I'd say it's balanced around rank 10 (late season). What separates low rank survivors from high rank survivors is that low rank survivors do not conserve pallets. Stop crying about NOED. Cleanse totems. I cleanse every totem I see; I Hunt totems every game. I cleanse NOED before it is even there so often and then you have just faced a two perk killer. So many times I have got to Exit and seen NOED in their build and you feel like a damn survivor god. NOED counters adren and gen rushing. Doctor - Add Mouldy Electrode into his base kit. If needed adjust his add-ons to compensate. Trapper - Make the traps spawn next to generators. It’s been 2 years now. I’ve grown attached to some of the survivors. Its getting us down this endless cycle of bonfire, trial, bonfire, trial, bonfire, trial. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could eventually escape. Then you get a little cut-scene of your character returning to their former life. Only no time has passed at all. Hatch escape points for some reason go to Objectives category. Just finished game when I escaped through hatch and my Objective points were already maxed out. 2k points from hatch escape were wasted. While I do understand that this perk needed to be rebalanced due to it being more or less a get out of jail free card, in its current state it seems almost impossible for it to actually take into affect. As it is right now you have to get 3 protection hit scoring events and you being in the injured state in order for you to take advantage of the perk which is totally fine, but it almost seems imp8 comments 321 views last activity

One thing I noticed while playing Deathgarden is they do not link to a players profiles and they also do not show up in Steams recently played versus info. I wonder if this something the devs have in mind for DBD when the servers go live? @not_Queen @Peanits Any Idea if this is something they are considering? This really only works for Trapper, Hag, and from the sound of it the new (and hopefully improved) Freddy. A huge downside to these killers is that they have to place their traps around and waste time while survivors get started on gens. These killers should be allowed to get a slight headstart of some sort to begin trap placement. It would make them a little more viable in the long run. If t17 comments 301 views last activity
