So everyone knows about the trick to getting past Trapper's traps just by dead harding over them. Not only is this unfair, it literally makes no logical sense. It is unfair because a survivor basically can completely ignore a trap & extend the chase they were just in. People are on a debate whether or not self-care is worth running. It's kind of a meta and, at least for me, a really good perk. I use it for 2 reasons; I hate relying on medkits and my team. Medkits have limited charges and it lasts for two-three heals. I just got stuck in an over 12 minute game as killer and spent the entirety of the game being bullied, and then harrassed in post game chat. I'm talking consistently being blinded by a flashlight by a whole team of survivors for at least a minute, being body blocked and shoved around, or actually trapped. Best part? I was thinking of ways to make Ruin better. The current problem is that it still gets cleansed early. You don't get good value from it. So, how about this. We keep the base Hex effect the same, all gens regress at 200% when Survivors aren't working on them. The new part is this: When the Hex is broken, you can still apply the effect. Been playing the game for about a year now, maybe a little more. I've always found both roles to be pretty enjoyable, but I tended to play killer more when I wanted to feel more engaged with the game's mechanics. Every DLC that has come out? I've purchased. Killers were so distraught when ruin got nerfed and act like gens get completely done 100% of the time they get into the match without old ruin. Survivors usually don't escape, let's face it. I don't like tunneling as killer, but is there any time when doing so is ok? Like example, if there is a survivor that gets unhooked and you go to the hook but only find the unhooked survivor, is it ok to go after them too, or should you leave them? Always played "fair" but today I facecamped for the first time ever, and then I did it again and again and again. What if the ruin rework was an attempt to revive the Legion? All we know some months ago Legion get nerfed hard but now they put better gen pressure than Billy with the new combo Ruin-Surveillance + the obvious Tanatophobia. Prologue I been playing a lot of doctor since he's able to ignore loops if he times his power correctly and can immediately begin chases with other survivors. This makes him very strong because he's dangerous to be in a chase against and can quickly find his next target. No Mither is the ultimate meme perk, but maybe it should be useful once in a while. The problem with No Mither is that its existence contradicts its purpose. It allows you to pick yourself up INFINITE TIMES, making it infinitely stronger than Unbreakable. But it has many issues. I'm a rank 16 killer and I consistently face survivors who are way better than me. Often the only time I see survivors is at the end of the game where they stand in the exit, doing their teabagging thing. I should really play at lower ranks, but the game doesn't let me derank to 17 or lower. I can't find any survivors of my own playing level. Someone please. Explain how I'm supposed to get this achievement now. It requires you to grab someone after blinking 3 times.. ok.. well the only way you can get 3 blinks now is with an Iri add on.. that blocks where you can blink. Fantastic. I've been bouncing between rank 7 and 5 as survivor and usually this is where I start to get decent mates who actually have experience and are capable of running the killer around. But latley everybody seams to suck, they literally play like rank 18's. But when I look at their rank at the end of the round they're around my rank most of the time.
