I really like playing Dead by Daylight,usually solo que survivor, and sometimes killer. Lately the games are mostly about camping and tunneling from killers side but well, its part of game. It happens. But my question is, do u meet lately more toxity in the game? If u even report, are some players penalised somehow? Okay, so recently my PS4 Has been overheating A LOT and any time I try to run DBD; It instantly shuts off saying the PS4 is too hot. It feels as big as Mother's Dwelling when you add the 2 floors i swear. It's a nightmare to go from one side to the other to defend a gen when survivors spawn on 2 different sides. And on survivor side you better have kindred or be in swf if you get hooked because nobody will come for the save until second stage. I normally play DBD on console. I downloaded DBD mobile to play DBD when I'm away from home. Every single name I try to enter is flagged as offensive. What's up with that? Did switch cross play get turned off automatically? i was playing earlier today and it was on but i got on a few minutes ago and the world icon with a red x is in the corner saying its disabled and i went to go turn it back on but it won't let me. And does it mention the importance of taking a protection hit sometimes because I'm really getting sick of helping my teammates out and landing in a game where someone thinks this is "every man for themselves" type of game. After dying almost 3 times on my first hook, getting tunneled, facecamped and getting the worst teammates imaginable, I was done with DBD. I left the trail, because I got the worst team you can imagine. The first one got down after 15 seconds in the chase, the second committed suicide and the third one did nothing but fail skill checks and hide in a locker. The recent patch gave Trickster two buffs I am assuming. One of them is increasing his maximum throw speed bonus by 30 percent. What does that mean exactly and is that base kit. I tried using protective gloves for an archive/daily but the hook made a sound when broken and the killer still got the sound notification from long distance. A short question, can I unlock the old Rift cosmetics? Since I missed a rift, it is no longer possible to catch up on it. Or is there a possibility in the future to catch up for missed Rift cosmetics? Like Vigor for example. You can catch up on an expired season there. Since the latest update (5.1.0, I think?), the one where The Greek Legends collection was released, when I try to take a recording on my nintendo switch during gameplay, it states dbd doesn't allow recordings. Up until this point I have always recorded funny moments ect... this isn't a problem with my switch, either. I'm trying to complete the Locked & Found challenge. It says: "Fully deplete 3 key(s)" My question is, does it work with any key? Does it mean I have to open the hatch with it? I've tried both with a broken key and a purple key with some add-ons to read auras, fully depleted those but I'm still 0/3.
