Cross Progression
So I have progress on xbox and I have bought most of the DLCs for the game. I have signed onto the same behavior account on both my xbox and my pc but it will not connect. So I am wondering if cross progression is not available yet between xbox and steam?

It is not, and there are no set dates for its release. The only cross progression that exists right now is for stadia users.
