I believe this was a question option in a recent feedback questionnaire. I personally would like more gore, with the violence being more akin to that displayed in Friday 13th The Game. Decapitations, limbs everywhere, characters getting more blood drenched with every blow, splurting, dripping blood as the survivor is hooked...I would personally welcome that. The damn status buffs and debuffs keep freezing the game! I was looping a trapper when i activated dead hard and my game froze for a second and of course i go down when it unfreezes. This is completely game breaking and happens almost every single match on both sides. Do the devs care about console players? Is it something that can't be fixed? I remember first seeing the killer and the red light and thinking 'holy hell' and running like crazy. I legitimately feared the killer. After vaulting a pallet I was about 10 feet down the hallway and went down and look back and the killer is still behind the pallet, cleaning his knife. This happens frequently but not all the time on PS4, any map I don’t know if it the servers or hacking tools. I live in Kazakhstan and my ping is awful because of (I guess) government paranoid traffic checkig, poor network customisation and far territorial location. Best ping I had is 120 but usually is 130-150. That causes survivors be mad at me when I play Huntress because hit still counts when they do manage to hide behind a corner in time. Literally everyday (less as time passes) I ever play this I see others get hit when they shouldn't as well as myself. Simply put I know this has been an issue forever and sometimes it just feels horrible with supposed best ping possible. Playing against long range killers can be ridiculous. So many people are very excited for this upcoming graphic update, but it also worries many people who already have bad performance while playing DBD, or know that their PC wont handle the new graphic assets. This is also my case, my PC tends to heat a lot while playing DBD, even if it is totally smooth. I down a survivor, walk part way out a door and hit Shroud, the downed survivor starts to reveal me. But figured it’d stop as a wall now exists between the survivor and I! I joined a lobby with a player who claimed to know the Killer was Spirit, and so they were gonna leave but the Killer dodged. Then, the player claimed to know the next Killer was Deathslinger (and he ended up being right). Is there some hack to know what Killer it is? Not sure why this bug consistently happens with this game. I love it but this bug almost always returns. Its even worse now because you get offset then you get unhooked and movement is jank until you interact with a gen. Then other times you get unhooked and you can't move from the hook. I've definitely been getting 360d less often since I turn as I hit to compensate. But for some killers, that's not enough. When using Oni's or Demogorgon's or Huntress's power, survivors can pretty much run inside your model and not get hit. It's far harder to hit than with just a normal attack. Hello Im a rank 12 killer and 90% of the time i face survivors from rank 1 to 7. They arent toxic, it just bothers me that i keep wasting my add-ons and offerings. Literally at every end i only say to myself that "that was a huge waste of addons". Iri head in itself is NOT overpowered. The reason iri head is so disgusting is latency and hit boxes. If hit boxes, and latency issues, weren't a problem, iri head would be fine. However, since these things are an issue, iri head is pretty ridiculous. ESPECIALLY if the killer is vpning. Just adds to the problem, but that's just it's own situation. This has bugged me for a long time. Trapper feels so clunky to use his power. Setting traps in exaaaactly the right spot is very time consuming. They should auto-snap locationally to pallets, windows, hooks, gens, totems.. There could be an "Auto mode" setting by default that does the snapping, and a "Manual mode" for those that wanna get tricky that is the old way. Is there anything we can do about it? 3 games in a row I got one. It's so bad that when you throw pallets down and stun them, they still hit you and on top of that, they warped to the other side and don't even have to break the pallet because they are on your side. =/ There is no way of escaping taking a hit unless you throw it down waaay early. I don't play on the test server so I don't get to try out The Executioner Pyramid Head, but I do see videos about him and am aware of his skills, perks and abilities. I've played a lot on both PC and Xbox. Rank doesn't matter, but I've played enough to get to rank 1 on both. These are my thoughts: 1.) There's basically no difference between playing a survivor on console or on PC. The controls are fluid on both. You aren't limited on either platform. 2.) Killer is harder on console.
