I was just thinking poor survivors get cut, stabbed, impaled, shocked, chainsaw...etc...round after round. Even if they escape they were probably chopped at least once. Where Killer sometimes has a pallet fall on them, or see a bright light (Oh my!) Even if the Entity is displeased at Killer, the Killers are just like 'k?' They still get cake.... After playing Identity V for a bit, I feel like playing dbd is almost intolerable. There are definitely issues with it, but honestly, its overall just more engaging and the characters (both survivor and killer) have unique abilities. The fact that there is an unranked game mode makes it feel a lot more enjoyable and less toxic. And you actually get rewarded for playing. i load up the game, hit space, select my killer and press ready. about 10-20 seconds after that it says that i need connection to use this feature. i get booted to the title screen, press space, says the same thing. i have to alt + tab out of DBD and close it in steam, which is saying im disconnected and the steam community page is down. is steam having a moment, or are the dbd servers being wier2 comments 61 views last activity

It'll fix the constant complaints. In a week, we'll get constant complaints about how hard it is to win against survivors/killers and a new can of complaining is going to pop up. Ive seen a few Perk Tier Lists, and I know that some of my perks are viewed as, Meh? But I dont see a lot of people doing what I do so I think it’s worth pointing out. I run Small Game, Spine Chill, Inner Strength, and Wake Up. these may seem odd but they work great for what I do, I go around, and I hunt Totems; there is no greater pleasure I feel playing DbD than when a Killer with NOED goes t0 comments 21 views last activity

Regardless of how the MMR system is supposed to work, this can't happen. I just had survivors complaining that they're facing a rank 1 killer and they're still trying to figure out how to run. It's disingenuous to pretend rank/experience doesn't matter at a certain point. I can take out a lobby of 200 hour survivors without blinking as Nurse. If you've been pre-calibrating, it didn't work. Overwhelming Presence isn't a very strong perk. At least I think it isn't, I have literally never seen a Killer running it. It's also very difficult to see if it is even doing anything for you AS the Killer. It is also very easy to avoid, as you can just stop using your item the moment you see OP is being used. I played killer for like the third time since I've had dead by daylight today. Didn't realize this new update happened, I saw a flash of it at the main menu but didn't really pay attention. So last month I just started the game and I was enjoying it. I ended up ranking 10 and playing against survivors and killers around that rank. I got the reset for this month and it put me at I believe 13 maybe 12. However, this month I have been going against scattered levels of survivors. When players' MMR score settles (giving a month or so), will there be enough killers with high enough MMR scores to give a good match for survivors with high MMR scores? Or will killers with mediocre MMR scores have to step in as substitutes, basically forced into the role of being the good survivors' entertainment to make up for the lack of good killers?
