Steam Charts revealed the reduction of 9000 players over the last 30 days. Dead by Daylight has literally never seen such a dramatic change so far. Obviously, this site does not give us information about the entire playrbase. We don't know how many players are from PS, XBOX, etc and did they undergo the changes as well. Today I've had either really bad survivor teammates or really bad killers. The poor killers have absolutely no idea what they're doing wondering around hopelessly searching for survivors, whilst survivors don't look behind them in chases and die within seconds once found. Specifically, i'm talking about why the survivor one can be used after the event is over but the killer one can only be used during the event. I'm not sure on the numbers increase but i'd imagine it would suck if survivors could stockpile this addon so they get a free speed boosts for the next 6 months. Okay okay! I am on ps4 and like first of all the frame rate when I start the game, it is soooo jerky! also what happened to the start sound? it just went "poof!" no sound there. So Clown and Adam have lore-related cosmetic outfits and charms as part of the rift but no unlockable lore. They are also not "featured" as part of Tome V; only Hillbilly, Blight, and Nea are. I'm just curious about the decision behind this. Were they intended to have lore that was scrapped last minute to make room for the Halloween event? Trying out most killers with the new event addon has led me to realize that a lot more characters become viable if given a strong approach or follow up option, and giving killers a universal one has made every killer more viable is great design. How did all the MacMillan maps get a graphical update, yet no change whatsoever to the tiles of Shelter Woods? You even took the time to add breakable walls to Ironworks of Misery. I just noticed that the "Cumulative Healing Speed bonuses cannot exceed 100%" line was taken away from the description. Does that mean We'll make it got potentially buffed and will now stack with botany/desperate measures? Or even 2 we'll make it's on the same surv? I saw many complaint about the new update for console from ps4 to Switch, I do not know if you really think you can keep the updates up with console compared to Pc, do you know what optimization is? The new cross progression BHVR / steam linking was broken upon release. Once linked the friends list is removed from your account. unlinking the accounts grants you access to your friends list once again however you then lose all currency (auric, iri, BP) not to mention game progression. I am very grateful that bhvr has yet again managed to make playing on ps4 an absolutely horrible experience. It's awesome that I can't even play the game without feeling like I'm watching a slideshow. Isn't it great to play on less than 30 fps every trial? The new addon for killer is basically a blight rush that increases your speed to 9.2 m/s according to wiki. I tried out in a few matches and I think this new addon should be a base kit mechanic for all killers, here's why: High mobility killers like Blight, Spirit, Hillbilly etc. will not take advantage for it since it's better to use their power instead of this addon. It's strange, today I see DBD patch is out. I start DL it on steam. Size is 8 Gigas. I've DL 200 Mo. I needed to make a pause. When I restarted the DL, the size of the patch was now 3 Gigas. And When the 3 Gigas were downloaded entirely, then I saw DBD need another update. So I start the DL, and then I saw the size is 21 Gigas !!! So I started playing this year. I have only been in one event and that was the anniversary. I thought that this event would be similar to that but I dont really understand what I need to do. I see survivors searching for this event gen. They just run around until they find it but I dont understand why this one gen is all the event is. The more I can see why stuff like BT, DS, UB, SG, and what not are used every game. The constant Ruin + Undying is old and all the camping, tunneling is very annoying. As you can tell by my profile picture, I main Jake when I play survivor. Jake is one of the original four survivors. He's one of the most played characters in the game, he's one of the few survivors that has a Legacy skin, and a lot of DBD content creators have Jake as their main. If you check any tier list based on how good a killer is you will 99% of the time see Nurse in S+ She was the first killer that forced survivors to think outside the box. Ignoring any defense survivors could use to make distance, Her blink would also allow her to travel across the map creating amazing gen pressure. I don't know about every one else but I've realized A LOT more people quitting the game/taking breaks because of how stale its become, and to be honest I can't really blame them. The game at its core has stayed the same for 4 years now. I need some advice because for the last two weeks... I have been tunneled to oblivion. The killer has 3 hex perks on for insta downs and broken addons for more insta downs or a guaranteed execution, then you literally only get to play for 2 minutes because they HAVE to tunnel you in order to win.
