Hooking survivors on the blighted/event hook doesn't count for emblems.

Got out of a game where i got 8 hooks. hooked all 4 survivors 1 time. 3 of the hooks were on the special event ones and i still only got bronze emblem when normally 9 actions gets your iridescent, so i would have expected at least gold.
