Been talking to some friends who do computer animation and we come to the conclusion that the most likely culprit for the performance issues, overheating, console bricking and glitches are badly done particle animations and emission lighting (which especially the new map has a ton of). Why wasn’t Jason Voorhees licensed into the game before the lawsuit started? Why was the trapper made instead? Did the devs ever make any statements about this? The lawsuit started after Dead by Daylight put the Trapper into DBD. The lawsuit was filed in 2016. Dead by Daylight was released June 14, 2016. I keep seeing people say that just because they see a P3 survivor in game that means their toxic or good? Honestly i see a bunch of p3 survivors and some are not good at all lmao so just because your a p3 on any survivor doesnt make you good in my opinion. Really, what is happening now? I played some matches with friends as survivor. And about 6 games in a row the killers start to tunnel and second stage camping and facecamping. I lost 5 pips today. I always say the killers are not op or they have a disadvantage in higher ranks. Bit today was the toxiest day of all time. It was a good strategy back when she was given one corrupted fountain for free, but now it is probably more detrimental depending on the circumstances. The reason is because people did that to prevent her from getting corrupt purge. Am I the only person that has a hard time with Plague? I love her design and backstory, but playing against her actually makes me puke. I wish they would make a replacement, at the very least of the sound. So you could decide to hear a different sound instead of puking. Just had a game as trapper against a swf team, at the end game 2 are dead and 1 guy is down and I use him for blood warden. The last guy(bill) tea bags near the gate, lets me hit him, keeps tbagging and then realises that blood warden is active. The fact the recently Every survivor I've been matched with even though I save them multiple times has left me on my first hook at the end of a match. Killer isn't camping or anything and they just dart out of the gate. So If I am in your game and we are survivor together don't get hooked because I am leaving you up there. Having a hard time surviving against nemisis ? Take some tips and tricks to help you out . Survival: Only use the syringe when needed--- you ever see survivors only cleansing against plague when they are all sick? Keep that in mind against nemisis. I play solo ~95% of the time in red ranks. I’ve noticed that most of the time my random team mates are console survivors. I get I can turn off crossplay, but it’s not a complaint, more of an experience I’d like to share. This is the first rift pass I've ever gotten. I usually do the tome challenges casually for the extra BPs and the extra free stuff in the rift is a nice addition. But once I realized that you could potentially earn back your auric cells if you completed the rift and then just keep unlocking future rift passes I had to try and see if I could do it. Playing as solo survivor, your teammates suicide on the hook, farm BP unhooking in front off the killer without BT, they keep you on dying state while opening some chests... But as Killer, you are facing the most sweaty teams with 4 dead hard, BT, everyone knows to loop, gens go crazy fast. I run NOED, and yes sometimes it can get frustrating but you just need to counter it. Don’t get ballsy and teabag the killer. Just get out. Really, the only reason I run it is so I can get that extra jump on the survivor who does a gen in my face. I also use it to punish the teabagging idiots. Plus sometimes if can be fun. I just came back after like a 2 week break and trying to learn slinger again but the games seem to fly by. I feel I am spending more time in queues than actually practicing slinger. I feel like games used to last a lot longer before my break when I started learning slinger. Has something happened that I don't know about, Every Rank 1 Killer has been camping the hook today, and then instantly tunneling. And because most Survivors are too altruistic, they never know that doing gens counter this then 5 minutes later it's a 4K. I've been following dbd ever since it came out and played it since day 1 on ps4. Sure there were always issues and bugs, etc, but over the years it became more and more each update. I personally think making it a in game chest item only is enough. Don't allow people to bring it basically. Idk if that will solve the blatant rob they can be at times. As long as they keep Keys in the game, they can give that feeling of robbery, but idk if removing them is the right thing to do.
