I hate playing on this map as survivor and killer but I must say, I don’t know how I feel about the map getting removed. I have a lot of memories on the map. I remember it being the first map I’ve ever gotten mori’d on and it was one of the scarier maps in my opinion when I was new to the game. Please correct me, if I'm wrong, since I don't remember the stream/Q&A where the Devs said this (at least a year ago), but they said that we might see another area of Lery's in the future. So I guess that we might see HNL reworked as a Lery's map with all things which point towards the Upside Down and the show removed. The general layout might stay the same as well. Demo and Nancy or Steve fill the game with our only way to show our love of the chars. Personally when Demo recieved their changes it felt really out of the blue, they weren't a new killer and if you were to make me list the killers in order of how much they need to be changed Demo would be pretty low, he was a solid mid tier killer. Remove the portal room, widen the overall map and pop a stage with a dance floor in the center of the map. Turn the upstairs into a VIP lounge and maybe an office room. I'm confused what this MMR system is actually meant to be doing as I am being put with teammates and killers who are literally new to the game with like 50-100 hours, very regularly. And I have almost 3k hours in the game. I get the occasional match where all my teammates are at the same skill level but usually the killer is still not as good as us. Now that The Stranger Things chapter is soon to be no more, what happens to the characters' teachables? I'm not referring to the people who already own the chapter. The announcement said if you already own the chapter, you're fine. You'll still have access to the characters, perks, and any cosmetics you purchased. There was a period in which DBD had horrible totems. For example, they would spawn in line of sight next to gens. Then the devs made an update where they became much more hidden. It was honestly nice. I've noticed that recently totems seemed to have been reverted to their previous spawn pattern (i.e. totems can spawn next to gens in plain sight). What are your thoughts on the latest test? Me personally I had a pretty good experience my main (blight, demo) characters had a mix of sweaty/casual play I'd say with an average of a 2k-3k. But what I really enjoyed was being able to play killers that I'm not good with (PH,huntress,hag) and actually got a chance to learn and get better with them. Honestly with the removal of the license it all makes sense, remove the map, make the perks available generically and maybe change their icons. However, the big problem is the killer itself. The survivors are just skins, so it really isn't a big deal if people can't get access to the survivors anymore, but the killer has a unique kit. What's stopping people from just making alt steam accounts and family sharing the game to poop on new people? I can already see even a mediocre/bad Nurse, or Twins, or Plague, just absolutely stomping for 4 or 5 games before it catches up. As we all surely know by now all stranger things related content in the game will be removed or repurposed, aside from the 3 characters it launched with. All stranger things perks will become general perks and Nancy, Steve, and demo will become exclusive to people who have purchased the DLC before November.
