I have purchased resident evil chapter but it isn’t installed. I can’t play with leon and nemesis are still locked. Why?

    Which platform? I think you can actiate/deactivate your DLCs on some/all platforms so check if it’s activated.

    is this your first/only chapter you bought?

    It may take a while to process. Restarting your device/store may also help. Does for me, anyway.

    Playstation 4 And yeah this is the first time I bought new chapter
