There was a period in which DBD had horrible totems. For example, they would spawn in line of sight next to gens. Then the devs made an update where they became much more hidden. It was honestly nice. I've noticed that recently totems seemed to have been reverted to their previous spawn pattern (i.e. totems can spawn next to gens in plain sight). Soul Guard I been getting a lot of games where the killer would BM me and I'm assuming it's because I absorb hits from my teammates, you know since I have Endurance. Apparently killers don't don't like this, or something, I don't know but I feel like I'm missing something because I can't see why Soul Guard would aggravate a killer. I can't believe they lost a license for the first time. If I understand this right then as soon as ST chapter leaves then all new players won't be able to get Inner Strength? Since the dbd tweet about Stranger Thing and Hawkins, Im concerned about maps in dbd. Behaviour said with maps graphical rework they cant make new maps as before, one by chapter. Now we know that we can loose maps and I ask the devs : please make map for original characters in the future, no more for licences. For anyone unaware, anything Stranger Things is gonna be either removed from the game or be unavailable for purchase after the 17th of November. Removing a likeness from the game is one thing but what about the gameplay aspect? Will there be a reskinned killer that simply has the same power as the Demogorgon? I like many others absolutely loved this map. It was a great indoor msp and has become integrated into the fabric of the game. Having whole maps dissappear in this game is not only tragic but damaging. Whats next? Which dlc map will just be taken out. What killers will become extinct due to no new players owning them? As the title says, dbd should take stranger things leaving as a chance to improve the overall game by adding an add-on/offering/item shop where you can trade your stuff in for bp, and maybe even specific "on-sale" offerings and items. So i think the stranger things chapter has always been a business thing. It was definitely made to capitalise on the popularity of it, and people loved the characters and demogorgon was pretty scary so it did fit in dbd. But many would argue there are more franchises that have more "horror significance" than these characters from a 2016 netflix show.
