Will Pig finally get a unique TR as well? Great changes looking forward to it.

Interesting, I was wondering how the more wild looking hits post vault came to be, this explains a lot actually. I guess ping is to blame for the super off looking ones where the survivor is already what feels like halfway around the tile and gets tagged by the auto-hit anyways.

Ok, so Wesker won't manage to hit on either window/pallet, but in like 60% of our attempts survivors got pushed to side and injured/downed, even with key it wasn't really something reliable, so kinda gamble to get out of bad situation...
Kaneki also can't and he didn't seem to injure/down survivors even next to him, so vaulting pallet back was not that hard, window is more difficult.
Issue with Kaneki, if he pulls on you while you are standing directly next to pallet (you just dropped it), this can't be done, because if you don't run away far enough it will down you anywhere around him (I will make post on it soon).I see, so its a bit more iffy than I thought but it does shut down the vault entirely if pulled off. I am not sure how I feel about that even if it's somewhat unreliable as you said, I am probably still against it being a thing since there is no interaction for the killer when it comes to this, if the survivor pulls it off it essentially just makes the vault not do anything.
Thanks for taking the time to test this, I'll look out for your post on the Kaneki stuff. -

I will test it today and let you know how it went.
Would it really be too strong if that actually worked and you couldn't vault back?
Wesker's wouldn't be that busted, because it's way slower than Kaneki's. Wesker pull his power slower, dash slower and vault slower… So his vault is really just very safe pallets and even then need to be often part of mind game. I am fine with that, when it's part of mind game and not something you always use as a killer.
If it's easy to do and regularly get hits, then that's old Chucky situation again at that point.I agree that they shouldn't be reliable options, just niche chase tools that can be used in certain tiles. I basically just don't want them to be useless if you know how to vault back into them.
Thanks in advance for testing, curious to see if I was just doing something wrong. -

I can test it to be sure, but I think even if survivors vault back, if you do 180 and swing asap you will connect.
Which would make it 50/50.
Thing is pallet vault in killer's kit should never work 100%, that's just busted. So if survivor reacts to it fast enough and manage to vault back, I think it's fine.
Basically you would use vault only if survivor wants to hold W away and you don't want to wait breaking it and might catch them on god pallets.I never managed to hit them even when instantly turning and spamming m1. since they phase through you while you're still in fatigue from the vault. If you can actually somehow hit them then I guess I just had a skill issue, which; fair enough.
The thing is that they wouldn't work 100%. The problem with using it to catch w-keying on god pallets is that unless they giga pre-run I feel they still have quite some time to run back and vault.
I am going to use Wesker's vault as an example since it's supposed to auto-hit you if you run into him: Would it really be too strong if that actually worked and you couldn't vault back? I feel like it would still be a niche option. -

Not really, wesker is around for a while and it's very rare to see.
I also don't see it as an issue. I am defender of many exploits on both sides as long it's not easy / broken.
Window tech (which is basically same as this) is around for a while, it's not easy and it has counterplay, you are not without chance to hit that survivor, but it's kinda 50/50 if they do it, or just mess with your FOV.
It's definetly easiest against Legion, because he won't injure you by default if you are next to him and vaults further away compare to other killers.
I personally don't understand, why Kaneki even can vault pallets and he has it even stronger than any other killer…Well, you kinda said it yourself, window tech has counterplay its more akin to a niche 50/50 a survivor can attempt. Running into a killer post pallet vault and just vaulting back without them being able to do anything about it just makes the that aspect of their kit useless.
Most of the pallet vaults would be fairly unimpressive even without this being a thing. Kaneki is actually an exception to this, though in theory he needs to hit the survivor with his power to get his super fast vault which I assume is meant to be the balance factor, regardless I don't want this to derail into a Kaneki balance discussion. I only brought him up because he seemingly also started being affected by this.
At the end of the day I just don't like when an aspect of a kit feels useless. -

It's very difficult to do unless you have key/map/clayvorance to lose hitbox.
I don't think difficulty is an excuse for something. Something that may seem difficult will eventually be figured out and be done fairly consistently.

@vol4r said:
No killers should vault the pallet and have a free hit for it.
That's why chucky's scamper was destroyed to the ground. Kaneki's kidnap tech is still too strong.
Where did I say they should get a free hit? Making the vaults do nothing by allowing a vault back which the killer can not stop is basically the same thing but in reverse, now the killer doesn't have an answer and it makes the abilities go from niche to useless. IIRC Chucky's Scamper wasn't even that bonkers due to the vault itself but rather the fact that he could use Slice and Dice right after.
Even if you couldn't just vault back most of the vaults I mentioned except Ghoul in enrage would not even lead to anything close resembling a free hit, simply because all of these killers suffer a fairly long fatigue upon vaulting or canceling power in Legions case. I don't know what kidnap tech is.@ad19970 said:
In my experience Wesker does hit survivors if they are to close to them after he vaults a pallet. Same with Ghoul.
Vecna's is a bit troublesome because he seemingly doesn't have a hitbox anymore when he cancel's his fly ability. If he had an hitbox simply on cancelation of his fly, his ability to vault would also be somewhat decent. I wish they changed that ability to have a hitbox at the end.
I never saw the Wesker one ingame b4 I think, I consistently just have Survivors run through me I feel. For Ghoul I would say until this current patch it worked too well and you would auto-hit people that weren't even close, however since this patch I've seen Survivors who managed to phase through me and simply vault back before I could attack.
Agreed on Vecna. -

It's practically an unused feature. The Dog will never linger in an area for or more than 4 seconds so it will never charge up. But theoretically what it's supposed to do is if a survivor would stay in the search radius for more than 4 seconds they would automatically be pounced. But even with the iri add-on the max linger duration is 3.6 seconds so yeah it will never trigger.
Ah I see, so it really is just something unused. I was really confused about all the numbers the wiki provided about it. Thanks!

Just had this happen twice, it happens consistently when you spam remote hook and the person on your shoulder gets saved by any means. I had it happen with a flashlight save and a pallet save, so I would assume any way to save triggers it.

Is skull merchant weak? According to NightLight she has the higest killrate(tho its just community stats). Speed in any form is very impactful, a year ago during our little cheating epidemic it was basically universally agreed that a cheater giving themselves a tiny bit more speed(3%) was game changing and incredibly strong/dare I say unfair.
Idk why with made for this its all of a sudden okay to be a thing. More importantly this is yet another perk that just punishes the weaker killers in the roster far more so than the stronger ones, this was a problem with DH too(which for some unholy reason can be combo'd with made for this to great effect btw). I understand the desire to want "strong" perks for the side you play more but by creating perks like this the meta suffers by narrowing down killer choices. Playing very m1 centric killers against 4 decent players running something like made for this + dh is miserable.

killer players when a survivor doesnt want to lie on the ground for 3min so they can get their 4k(the survivors are toxic and in a swf)

I just went ahead and tested and this addon still doesn't work. It literally got a rarity change and is still not functional. Entering a drone triggered by a survivor will not provide the killer with any haste.

I never thought I'd see a nerf billy thread in 2022.
The turning addons are only really good for making map traversal that tiny bit easier. If the billy you played against actually instantly pulled a 180 he was cheating or abusing some bug or something as that shouldn't be possible.

Seems pretty alright, her base flickering after manifesting should probably get looked at as well. w/o newspaper its borderline impossible to get any real value out of it.
Regarding addons: A lot of them are honestly really lacking. The aforementioned newspaper should probably just be base kit and then be reworked to do something else. I wouldn't mind seeing the same happen to mother's mirror but that one is more debatable. Outside of those:
Video tape copy: I know this is a meme point farming addon but if plague, legion and demo can have an interesting take on these so can Sadako.
Well stone: Numbers are too lacking for it to be worth running imo, 6 seconds barely ever matter and survivors essentially never turn off tvs anyways.
Clump of hair: would be better if it reduced the lullaby range with it, just a bit lacking.
Well water: Super whatever tbh, even with these buffs i would probably never run it, Sadako is simply too loud of a killer(referring to her manifesting and teleporting sound cues) to make use of lingering undetectable and tvs are usually too spread out to make use of interesting ambush angles.
Mother's comb: really mediocre information tool, generally speaking, if survivors decide to turn a tv off its usually near a gen so if you notice one holding a tape you can just check which gen doesn't have a turned on tv next to it. Should be turned into a brown to make room for something more interesting, or just be reworked entirely.
Tape editing deck: I don't think this addon has ever done anything for me. generally survivors just get rid of their tape b4 tvs even turn on, so outside of wasting a tiny bit of time in the early game it just feels pointless.
Distorted photo: This feels like it should be a green or yellow meme addon but somehow its a purple. outside of very niche scenarios to find someone this is also essentially pointless.
Remote Control: its leprose lichen but bad.
-
It's funny how many people call this broken/unhealthy/whatever but you can also just cheese a down by blood lusting at most pallets, which will also waste around 48+ seconds of your time and yield the same result while being equally "interactive".

No for people that join after the 17th November, they will not be able to play Demo :(
Damn, that is incredibly unfortunate. I really hope the developers can come up with some solution to remedy that, It would really suck to not have access to an entire kit with unique mechanics simply because somebody joined too late. Thanks for the quick reply though.

I am aware of that, I mean what about people that join the game after the 17th? Will they be able to play anything with the same power as Demo or will his entire kit be essentially unobtainable? I am more concerned about the idea that an entire power will be completely unobtainable for new players.

I would run it if I could just because of the gen notification.
Though this may sound dumb but I swear his Lullaby isn't a consistent range. I faced a Trickster the other day and I'm pretty certain he had a lower Lullaby range. Weirdly enough he was also running Monitor.
It's because his lullaby works in a very unconventional way, rather than being a constant theme in a certain radius like huntress' does, it functions via a bell curve. He has no lullaby at all while being within 0-8 meters, it's at medium level while being between 8-16, it reaches its peak volume starting at about 24 meters, goes back to medium starting at 30 meters and is gone starting at 40 meters. I am pretty sure these transitions actually fade in/out hence why monitor usually allows him to get a bit more of a jump on people.

I just don't understand why people are calling Spirit 'brain dead' or 'no skill' when survivor doesn't even require any skill or a brain to play, yet Spirit still has to use skill and have a brain to play.
If survivor was so brain dead to play you wouldn't see as many potatoes that go down in like under 20 seconds against just m1s as you do. Is survivor easier than killer, absolutely but it's not nearly as easy as you make it out to be, there are times you have to make reads, understanding how to chain tiles and when to make distance, etc. these are all things that require a certain level of game sense.
I'd argue Spirit is generally easier than survivor assuming you have the basic fundamentals of killer down since you don't have to make any reads ever; as you can just follow sound and environmental cues, which granted is a skill but assuming you have semi decent headphones it's not one that particularly hard to acquire. Neither does she need to aim to hit a potential ranged attack or really do anything that requires a significant amount of thought.
Regarding the title: Spirit is gate kept because she offers incredibly little interaction to the opposing site, I often feel it's less about how strong she is or how easy she is but rather how incredibly mind numbing she is to play against.

Why? Because people get tricked, the trick should be removed?
Ok; Remove Trapper's traps, because people step in them! It's so unfair that we can't see them around corners or in tall grass! It's all mindgames on where he places them! If you guess wrong, he can just pick you up, even if you're Healthy!
And remove Hag's traps! They are nearly impossible to see! It's also a mindgame, and it means we have to waste time crouch-walking! AND she can teleport to them! Her kit is so OP and overloaded!
(And before people say I'm off topic; I'm using the exact same excuses they use to want Spirit nerfed.)
How is that even remotely comparable? Both trapper and hags trap are not only clearly visible once on the ground but you also get numerous visual and audio cues if they set them. The closest thing these 2 can do to spirits high iq standing still mindgame is to fake placing a trap but even then they usually can't just catch up with almost twice the survivors speed and a get a free hit, they usually can just make the survivor leave a potentially strong tile. Also you aren't "tricking" anyone as spirit, tricking implies that you give out some sort of information but you give out none. Its a wild guess in her case and its not even a semi fair 50/50 guess, its more akin to a 90/10.

Ya but there's perks and addons. Especially when his addons can do things like make his terror radius effect the entire map and ignore pallets. Then you can combine those with perks or addons that slow healing and you can combine those perks with that slow gens or with other perks that regress gens while survivors are healing/mending with perks that stop healing so survivors can basicly do nothing. An these 4 killers do it best.
The fact that use the effect of a pink addon to show the character isn't that bad speaks volumes tbh... that being said most perks that affect healing aren't nearly as impactful as you make them out to be, infact the best choice for an anti-healing perk would be sloppy which coincidentally happens to be a pretty bad perk on Legion due to it not applying on frenzy hits as they don't count as basic attacks. Deep wound is a joke, it takes 12 seconds to get rid of it on your own and 8 if you have a buddy nearby, basically Legion's power doesn't waste nearly as much time as you think it does.
On the actual topic: Legion doesn't need a buff or a rework but another overhaul to their power, preferably one that doesn't just neuter it and slaps 115% on the character.

To be fair, in game the lullaby is not nearly as obvious as the sound clip on the wiki implies. I'm able to get close to people with minimal trouble as M&A Trickster.
Considering that it sounds very similar to the first layer of his TR, M&A still throws people off due to it making it sound like you're further away than you actually are... doesn't change however how it's silly it's a mechanic to begin with, not to mention that it's incredibly unnecessary due to Tricksters effective range being somewhat akin to Death Slinger who doesn't have anything like this.

I don't get why so many people here pretend like Legion is even remotely consistent at injuring multiple people. Especially when most better teams split up anyways, on a majority of maps survivors can split up to a point where you're lucky if you get even a single killer instinct highlight to show up let alone you're able to follow up on it in the same frenzy. Like, can you just cancel your frenzy early and so slowly but surely injure everyone? Yeah sure, but at that point the first few guys either healed up again or they just finished 3 gens. Against better teams Legion is simply too slow at both the chase and funnily enough even at doing what they are supposed to be doing to be anything but D tier.
Regarding the actual list, I can agree with most of it tho some things that really stick out to me are:
Hag should be either in S or at the top of A, a good hag is incredibly oppressive to a point where she is seeing actual tournament play and success.
Blight should be at the upper end of A tier, his kit offers incredible map presence and chase power.
I think clown and twins should be in low b, Clowns gimmick hasn't changed that much sure, but his yellow bottles actually allow you to play some dropped pallets you otherwise wouldn't be able to w/o wasting time on getting blood lust, which kicks up his chase game by quite a bit. Twins if played with hard slugging in mind are actually pretty decent at getting kills, like are they incredible? No. But I'd say they are more consistent and difficult to deal with than lets say Myers or GF.

This is probably it, it just existing as some sort of moral booster makes the most sense. Still seems incredibly pointless, just wish they'd let killers see the same hook counter as survivors do or just remove it entirely. The new HUD is already cluttered enough as is, no reason to add even more pointless widgets to it.

I wasn't trying to undermine Stridor there, I was trying to say that most of the time if a Spirit has Stridor healing efficiently is the best strategy against her because most Spirit's who use Stridor can't really use footsteps and such for tracking. If they can they usually don't use Stridor since there are much better perks for Spirit, not because Stridor is weak (it is overpowered), but because it's just overkill when you would be better off by investing on information or gen defense. Her ability on good hands don't need any help from perks.
15 second charge is a good amount. Compare her to Deathslinger in this. Firstly I don't think they are the same tier at all but Deathslinger is a good example on downtimes. A good Deathslinger can basically hit any survivor in around 12 meters in line of sight, but what makes him balanced is the time he wastes reeling in, reloading and patroling generators. Spirit can also suffer from a similar problem, if you make her miss she may need to wait up to 15 seconds for her ability to recharge, 1.5 seconds for her activation and around 2-3 more seconds to catch back up before she gets another chance to hit you. This is why making her waste her ability is a big deal, if she uses it to patrol generators now she has to spend this whole time again to hit you if played unpredictably.
I wasn't trying to say "Just play better", I meant that you will play better against her the more you face or play her. I know this is obvious but people disregard it way too often. I meant that if I and other Spirit players can predict Spirit's reliably, even survivor mains will be able to juke her more the more they face her, and if people decide to take her for a spin for a couple games they will have a much easier time against her. I started with "Don't get faked" because of this, many players stand on pallets or some even vault in to Spirit when they should be focusing on breaking line of sight, this is a very common example and something you learn as you play and play against her.
Regarding Stridor, fair enough. I'd still say its like one of the best perks for her simply because it becomes incredibly oppressive, especially if combo'd with Sloppy.
Yeah but you rarely charge it for the full 15 seconds, if it always was a 15 second CD it'd be a different story but it's not, 9/10 times, especially if the Spirit is good; it's shorter. So if they do use their power to catch up they generally have it up after just 9~ seconds max. 9 seconds during which they could still get a hit in or at least get a pallet drop depending on the loop the survivor is in.
Regarding your final point; Considering how her power has absolutely 0 tells and she can basically use it whenever I feel like that most of the time I "outplay" a Spirit its just them misplaying, I got the same feeling from playing as her, and I did play her for a lot of games due to genuinely wanting to see if peoples complains about her were true such as wanting to see if there are things that do work, and while there are some things you can do, they are generally niche and not applicable in a lot of situations.
Also I should point out that I don't think Spirit is OP, I just find her power to be incredibly oppressive and unenjoyable to go against especially in a soloq scenario.
-
I feel like you already start this out by mentioning one of the biggest problems with Spirit as a whole, having to bring a specific perk every game just for the off-chance you go against her is silly and completely unreasonable. Neither killer nor survivor should have to bring a specific perk every game just because one side could potentially use a certain killer or perk. Regarding the rest of this:
First point is fair enough, like sure you can do that and extend the chase by a fair amount. Is it a lot? I don't think so but for the sake of argument. Sure, this works.
*Starts by saying how hearing injured survivors makes chases extremely easy and borderline unfair, then proceeds to say Stridor isn't that good. I don't know what to tell you here, like I kinda get what you're saying but you also mention yourself how this perk alone basically forces healing, at which point you're probably gonna end up wasting a lot of time especially if the Spirit also runs Sloppy, which a lot of Spirits happen to do, basically putting you into a lose/lose situation, as you'll either end up wasting a lot of time to the point where you just lose due to the amount of time wasted healing or you lose because you're injured against a Stridor Spirit. Also Stridor does something against healthy survivors, their breathing will be louder which should make getting hits even easier.
Regarding your third point, someone else already mentioned it but you generally want to use your power in short bursts at which point the recharge time is generally under 10 seconds and even if you do use your full gauge for some reason, the maximum recharge time is always 15 seconds, 15 seconds during which you can still run after someone and still get a potential hit in. I feel like you heavily blow out of proportion how punishing her power is here.
Last point reads as like "Just play better". Like ok? Let me just play Spirit for 2000 hours so I can achieve understanding of the very frabic of mindgames themselves so I may be able to make a perfect read on when the Spirit uses her power.
-
It's funny how legion has a 4 second stun with vision impairing effects and cant see scratch marks or blood for being able to injure people for "free" and running 15% faster but spirit gets to move 66% faster(without addons) with no stun and no tell that she is using her power. Or nurse who gets to ignore the entire game and has less fatigue duration. Or bubba who gets to run not only faster than legion but also insta down people and break pallets while doing so. But don't worry, you get to apply the epic deep wound status effect and sometimes you can hit multiple people if they don't decide to just hold w.
-
legion is good guys you just have to use their very capable kit to outplay bt, ds, unbreakable and deadhard at the same time, i just did this for the 15th time in a row, its actually very easy, you see: to use feral frenzy you need to be a very good killer, the power is actually very hard to use and has a very big skill ceiling and high skill floor, you see you need to know if you can hit someone or not. you need to know if they are 12 meter away, only after playing for a long time i learned this skill. if you want to outplay bt I'd recommend franks mixtape bc you can lower the bt timer by hitting them again which allows you to down them faster.
for perks I'd recommend using iron maiden for easy insta downs, unrelenting bc it makes your cooldown after missing shorter which allows you to outplay dead hard, noed for the come back at the end and discordance to easily find groups of people tho for me it never triggers bc the survivors just split up for some reason; I think this perk might be broken bc i never saw it trigger.
after applying all of these strategies i finally got rank 15 on killer.
-
I didn't play much DBD the past years and i've been a huge alpha and beta fan of this game but i noticed that they have been made really drastic changes...
DS is hardly counter-able and i lost every time playing against it, match making is really bad and the toxicity of the community is getting worse... the survivors genrush in the majority of matches and there is a low chance to kill unless someone plays the game excessively... pallets everywhere i go and this game doesn't seem very inviting i must say. Will there be any map updates? Because the maps are usually really bad in lay out from a game design perspective and the gen spread is usually just a stressor because of the frequent loops there will be always be loops around the generator to run so except for newbie survivors you will never catch anyone.
Will there be any bigger updates regarding the wounds of the game or will the developers just ignore everything like they did in the past year or so?

Personally I feel like Legion IS just a bad killer, arguably bottom 3 if not the worst in the game. But to address your actual concerns: you basically summed it up really well when it comes to chases with Legion, they have literally nothing in chase and are a pure m1 killer. There are some very niche things you can do like using a flashlight blind to instantly end your power and get a cheeky hit in for instance but its so niche and comes into play so rarely that like I said they basically have nothing.
If this lack of chase tools is what ruins your fun the most and you REALLY want to play this character I'd advice just running a bunch of chase perks. Stuff like Spirit Fury + Enduring, Nemesis + Play With Your Food, Bamboozle, Brutal, etc. are all good choices. Blood Echo just in general is also a great perk on them that can help you deal with exhaustion perks and force people into healing a bit more often at times.

Yes anymore. Go watch Otz win 50+ games in a row with Legion and tell me he's the worst killer in the game.
People dreadfully underrate Legion.
Ah yes, and because Scott Jund won 32 games with Speed Limiter Leatherface that means that Leatherface and especially Speed Limiter are clearly amazing and very underrated right? I am honestly tired of people using "but x streamer/youtuber won x games so it's fine!!" as an argument especially while ranking/matchmaking is as inaccurate as it currently is.

Gonna agree with the masses here and say Darkness Among Us.
Ormond is one of the least enjoyable maps to play on, Legion(while they were fun to play as on release and while I do like their general design and lore) is to this very day an absolute mess of a character, most perks that came with this chapter are also just underwhelming with the exception of Discordance and maybe Distortion.
Jeff is pretty neat though and I wish more people would play him.

I made some possible reworks for legion and posted them on the forums.
I just pointed this flaw out, there are lost of others. Here's a list I made a few months ago that tells everything that is bad with the power.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/97737/just-a-cool-list-about-feral-frenzy
I do think I've read some of your reworks and actually enjoyed them as a whole.
Regarding the list, I can only say I agree with everything. I think Legion is beyond bad and like someone else in this thread already mentioned, it just feels like the devs just had a knee-jerk reaction(despite them saying that they would never knee-jerk nerf a character again when talking about freddy b4 his rework) and just put every nerf ever suggested onto the character in exchange for a measly 5% extra base ms(hurray?).
In the end we can only hope they'll give them a proper power update some time in the near future.

I think about that 180 that you talked about. Of course it was brainless to keep missing and getting no penalty but coming from no penalty to EXTREME penalty is really never a good idea.
I am trying now to use feral frenzy even if all survivors are injured just to put them mending and here's a tip: don't do it. I did it to prove a point and i was right- by the time that you hit the 2nd survivor the other one is finished mending so you basically do nothing with it.
I have the philosophy that you only get profit from FF if you hit at least 2 survivors and 1 of them is healthy. Otherwise they are a pure m1 killer.
Another 180 that comes to my mind is the fact that the most lethal and 2nd most flexible power in the game became the one with the 2nd most cooldown, is only worth in very specific scenarios and is ALWAYS non-lethal.
Playing on PS4 must be really rough.

This. I loved how flexible frenzy used to be and how there were always so many choices one could make with the right one usually rewarding the player with multiple injures and a fairly quick down (or just a quicker down if you are actively trying to run someone down). It was a mobility tool, a chase tool, an information tool, a juggling tool and a stalling tool. One could basically flex the power to fit whatever their current situation needed at the time.
With new Legion the power just feels incredibly restrictive. It's good for one thing and one thing only which is injuring a group of people IF they all happen to be close enough together and aren't actively trying to make distance. Like the power has only one purpose and it's not even amazing at it.
In regards to the actual topic: I 100% agree, but I think the character needs much more to be actually decent, specifically they need some sort of chase tool again as I personally believe that a non-stealth killer without any chase tools will never be good.

True but as I just stated as you wrote this, He knows more than we do because he is on the inside. If he sees nothing in the foreseeable future then that means it was discussed and denied I assume. Community Management or not, he does work there.
Fair point but even if there were changes planned he wouldn't be allowed to say anything about them, he could still think the character is fine despite something comming up. But that is probably just me being overly hopeful and you're probably more than spot on and there will be nothing actually impactful for like another year.

Sorry. Peanits said he likes Legion where he currently is. No rework and no buffs for the foreseeable future.
Pretty sure that Peanits is just a community manager which means he has no impact on development itself, him thinking they are fine is just an opinion doesn't mean the devs feel the same.
Regarding the actual topic, i'd agree that they need a proper power update. It's honestly crazy to me how some people think that a pure m1 killer in chase is in any way shape or form justifiable.

ehh I didn't know sloppy didn't work with legion, but I can still apply lots of pressure with him, I have no idea why people can't.
Maybe and I don't want sound rude but maybe it's because not everyone has the fortune of consistently playing against mediocre at best survivors or on incredibly favorable maps. Like I get it the power feels fine against most survivors as most people, and you can disagree with me here, are honestly not very good at the game/just play casually but Legions power is honestly bad and I dont get why people think otherwise, especially if you compare it to like any other power in the game you can see its heavy shortcommings and honestly ridiculous restrictions.
