Once a well respected member of his home town till an incident happened down in the mines a methan leak occurred on his watch which resulted in a huge explosion causing the cave to collapse he was the only survivor out of 15 men that day since then his mind has been broken and he never fully recovered from the guilt a few years go by he has returned to the minds his memory still haunted by the event years before upon checking the fuel lines farther in he here's a familiar voice and heads towards it from that day on no one heard from him again

Common-worn boots-design to slightly increase movement speed
Rare-steel toe boots- slightly increases movement speed slightly increases speed when breaking pallets/walls and damaging generators
Rare-sharped edge-inflicts the hemoraged state on a survivor
Very rare (purple color)-serated edge-chance to inflict near death state upon hitting a survivor
Very rare (purple color) - respirator reduces the recoil after a missed attack
