Devs, please answer. What happens to the Stranger Things teachables?
Now that The Stranger Things chapter is soon to be no more, what happens to the characters' teachables?
I'm not referring to the people who already own the chapter. The announcement said if you already own the chapter, you're fine. You'll still have access to the characters, perks, and any cosmetics you purchased. If you don't own it, you won't be able to get it after November 17th, 2021.
What I'm talking about pertains to the people who won't own it (especially new players after November 17th). Once the chapter is no longer able to be purchased, will the teachables for each character cease to be available for new players? Or will they show up in the Shrine of Secrets as teachables, or maybe become default, non-character assigned perks in the Bloodweb (like Hope, Kindred, etc.)?
****EDITED TO INCLUDE ANSWER****
What will happen to the teachable perks?
Teachable perks for Steve, Nancy, and The Demogorgon will remain available to earn on those characters for players who own them, with new versions of these teachables being made available in the Shrine of Secrets to all players. Any player who has already earned a teachable perk will continue to have it available to learn on their other characters.

They become generic shrine perks.
Everything is explained here: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/kb/articles/292
Why were they put onto the shrine only instead of just being generic perks on bloodwebs?
Were they afraid of what would happen if every single player had access to Inner Strength from the start?
Definitely should've.
Thanks for sharing the link.
I assume it was because those perks are teachables, so if you didn't spend the money to get them, it should be harder (and more rare) to have access to them. Plus other players who already own them (spent money on the chapter or got them in the Shrine) would throw a fit if newbies just had easy and instant access to them.
Bill, who was Steam exclusive for like 3.5 years had his perks on console versions, as base perks. Maybe the fact that they were paid is the difference, but it still doesn't make much sense to me.
I’m quite sure it’s like mobile when they didn’t have a nightmare on elm street yet the perks become perks you already have access to
