I for one don't blame them for being tight lipped about updates. If they give a date and fail to meet it they are met with torches and pitchforks if they don't give a set date so an not to disappoint people they are met with torches and pitchforks. It's a no win situation for them either way. I don't understand why people can't just take things as they come and enjoy what they already have.

There's only a handful of killers I think would be better than a FNaF killer. Maybe like Jason or Chucky (even though he most likely won't come). I'm just thinking in terms of videogame killers with a legacy. Yeah, there are more scary options, but I didn't see people going around talking about those options in 2014.
Pinhead, Candman, Pyramid Head, and The Tall Man would all be top choices for me but I'm a little old school I see a lot of threads asking for Ghostface from scream and The Creeper from Jeepers Creepers even though we know he won't be getting added. So there are still quite a few they could add before going that route.

Just not a fan of the overly cartoony look of FNAF and feel it would take away from the overall vibe of the game. If they are gonna add more licensed killers and survivor I could think of a lot that would be much more deserving of the honor.

Don't most games that start out on PC work this way? I use to play Marvel Heroes Omega and a few others where everything was tested on PC before making it's way to console. Not sure why it's made to be such a big deal when it comes to DBD.

I'm just amused over the fact that THIS is the game they are complaining about, Not GTA where you can bang hookers and then kill them or DOA volleyball where it seems to be the whole selling point of the game. Not to mention the countless others where this would seem to be a much more prominent issue.

I for one don't disable them simply for the rare occasion that a mature player sends a GG after a competitive match. I also don't tunnel or camp so it's fun to see what excuses people come up with to be upset, " You pay to win" currently being my favorite.

Seriously the only repercussion is I might as well start the game back up and find a new match. Has for the survivors. Whenever killer rage quits out of dead by Daylight by going back to dashboard we get no blood points.
We have seriously guess you fixed or get a better report system for this game.
Also the same thing goes for survivors. That's right I'm not playing favorites here both sides should be punished for leaving the match especially since most matches have an average of at least 10 to 15 minutes. So you're telling me that you can't keep your sanity for that long
stop playing swf.This does not only happen playing SWF i have played many solo survivor matches and have had killers dc after one gen gets completed or their Hex totem is broken or from a killers perspective as soon as survivor gets hooked or downed.. Can't stand that even legit complaints are always turned into survivor main vs killer main bullshit or SWF is toxic bullshit. Everyone trying to twist things to fit the agenda of whatever they decide to main is probably a large part of the reason things that legitimately effect the game fall through the cracks.

Not to burst your bubble bud but their have been countless threads about this in the last few weeks that have gone unanswered. The report system is there simply to make you think somewhere, someone is taking action against people ruining the game for everyone but the truth is nothing is happening to them. People have gone as far as dc'ing on purpose 50 times in a row to see if anything would happen and it didn't.

This is usually the case with any game that is released on PC before consoles doubt it will change anytime soon.

See it more and more every day from both survivors and killers, reporting in this game seems completely pointless and just there to make you think action will be taken. I've stated before that between this and frame rate on consoles half the time I just turn the game off. New Costumes, killers and survivors are pointless until these things are addressed and remedied.

I might be in the minority here but I'm more excited about new cosmetics and a new map than I am about a new killer and survivor.

They are talking to the licensed people about getting permission to make cosmetics. However I don't know what licensed killer that it will be tho.
They said in the stream they were talking to one of the license holders my guess would be Myers considering the new movie coming out in October. I doubt we will see it for all licensed killers and survivors however but one is a good start.

Pay to win seems to be the new go to when the killer can't be accused of camping or tunneling, seeing and hearing this a lot more these days. Was accused of paying to win for using the clown the other day.

I agree the frame rate is a mess as well as disconnecting. I'm on ps4 and see and experience all of this in droves. This topic and thread was about devs playing which turned in to something else about balance.
I guess it is kind of my fault I went into the stream thinking that while they were playing they would at least address gameplay issues. Unfortunately it seems like more and more games are going the route of focusing more on transactions and less on actually making the game an enjoyable experience. Ever since Friday the 13th has been dead in the water it feels like Behaviour is just costing a long instead of bettering their overall product. It's really disappointing and everyday it gets a little bit harder for me to even wanna turn on the game.

How about addressing actual issues and major complaints in regards to the game next time? The whole stream felt like it was thrown together last minute and done simply because they said they were gonna do one which made the whole company look piss poor in my opinion.

If you would give your baby everything it cries for.....As others have pointed out it was already nerfed from being a regular perk to a totem why would they go back to something that they already changed because they didn't think it was working right?

The lack of licensed killer skins don't really bother me. Would they be a nice addition? Absolutely! However I don't wanna see them stop adding licensed killers just because they can't make other costumes for them, at least until they add Pinhead.

I don't think it should be made into a regular perk just because the amount of rage survivors already have when it comes to NOED. I run it on Myers most of the time and am constantly being sent hate messages over it. I can't imagine how much worse it would be if it wasn't something that could be dealt with by simply destroying a totem.

I got the game on ps4 a couple months before it became free to download. I recently started looking at the mash it up videos on youtube and have seen similar things occur to PC players. While the glitches aren't fun when they happen to you, some of them do make for pretty comical moments.

They stated in a previous thread that they were mistaken when they were sticking up for killers and it was before they really played survivor or something along those lines.

As others have pointed out I think this would be too much on console and cause a lot of issues with disconnects the frame rates and lag spikes are bad as is. Kudos for thinking of ways to improve him though, he deserves to be in a better place than he currently is.

This info about the director has been known for quite some time yet only 4 months ago they were hinting at The Creeper being added in a dev stream so if you're going to get upset over people suggesting it being a possibility you should be mad at the guys who put in their heads to begin with.

He would work well until it came to putting survivors on a hook. I would hate to encounter him on the swamp map or in one of the cornfields.

Pinhead simply because he is my favorite horror character, though aside from hell on earth I don't recall him ever chasing people so I'm not sure how they would go about making him. A close second would be Pyramid Head from Silent Hill.

I love when that happens and you're staring at the survivor and hit evil within 3 and down them as they are T-bagging because they aren't as close to the exit as they thought and it's off to the hook they go.
