I honestly can't believe people are getting mad about this perk. Post after post after post of killers talking about the perk, upset that they don't make it to some hooks, complaining that they can't get to their scourge hooks after leaving them on the ground for too long. You know, I used to be a nice guy. Have you noticed the lovely, unique menu themes that some killers have, despite not having their own chase music? Me too. And it makes me sad. Legion's is a shockingly catchy rock tune i'd expect to hear out of Killing Floor 2, Plague's is suble and haunting, Spirit's doesn't butt into Oni's theme and still manages to sound sufficiently angry, and Ghostface's is just unbelievably ominous.
