I'm unsure if this falls into bugs category so I apologize if this post is miscategorized but I cannot get into the game. The start screen goes as far as RTM before it gives me an error (connection error: could not connect to RTM server) this has been doing this since yesterday. I've played 4 killer games so far with each a different killer, I'm sick of playing on Autohaven for what I'm sure when I hit play will be the fifth time. I don't want to play Autohaven for the 100th time today. I'm about as sick of it as I am hearing Wesker's stupid voicelines because it seems it's Wesker by Daylight rather than Dead by Daylight. I read the patch notes and while I could comment about the other stuff, I want to go over Pain Res and tunneling which is the subject of this post / suggestion / feedback. As everyone knows and as the devs are well aware, tunneling is a major issue amongst the community and one source of frustrations on the survivor side. How do we feel about map offerings? Personally I dislike map offerings of any kind, preferring to let the cards fall where they lie. Even as survivor I prefer my teammates don't burn map offerings - I find when there's a map offering to a survivor sided map, the killer plays in the most unfun way for survivors because why wouldn't they? Twice it has happened now where Bubba's chainsaw noises aren't audible in game and I just got my team killed in basement the last game I played because I didn't know it was a Bubba. There was 0 indication it was Bubba throughout the match when he was chasing people. No chainsaw noises. Another game, he was revving behind me and I didn't even hear it, his chainsaw was silent so?? There's been countless people who have noticed and rightfully complained about Trapper on the new map. Specifically how he is essentially an only M1 killer who might as well not even have a power such as his bear traps. His traps are considerably easy to spot on this map. A question for killers and survivors alike. Although I guess for killers: have you had a good roll then this boon perk wrecked your snowball? I can only imagine this perk would only really get value from slug heavy killers such as Oni, Plague, Twins. My friend and I were playing and we were held hostage in the game for almost an hour. Our two "teammates" we discovered were the hackers and there was no killer it seemed. Map wide terror radius, invisible hatches they kept downing each other with and doing the infamous insta pick up and heals. Ruin you couldn't cleanse, all the totems were hexes. I was thinking of ways to maybe buff the perk so it'd be used more in games. Maybe it'd stack with a minimum of 3 tokens aka 3 pebbles at a time so no spamming would happen as I could imagine that'd be a great nuisance as killer or would you rework it completely or do you think the perk is fine? Since BHVR turned off the DC penalty during the RE chapter and then here recently, people are still dc'ing on first down even though the penalty is back on. Highly annoying when you're at 5 gens, survivor is caught and downed first then dcs. Had games today where the whole team besides me dc'd or two dc. This is happening literally every game, why? I've finally managed to be able to play with it - around five games or so and here's what I've learned about it: you literally cannot hide from Spirit. At all. The killer instinct even goes off when a survivor is in a locker. I had a match where I was chasing this Mikaela and this Yun Jin tried to body block for her so I injured Yun Jin who then got sandbagged by Mikaela. This is the first time I've saved my completed dailies for BP for an upcoming new character and I logged in and they're gone with no BP gained from them? It started me with three new fresh dailies. Would a charm shop be a thing people would be interested in? I was thinking since there's so many charms, many of which people can't obtain due to not playing when the rift the charm came from debuted, there could be a little shop for charms. Is it ever possible for Legendary skins to get new cosmetics? How often do you use the perk and how much success do you have with it? I've begin using it and surprisingly I've noticed it can really make a difference between a survivor living or dying. I ran into a toxic streamer. Was playing survivor, they were one of my teammates. We four did well, pumped out all 5 gens. I was doing gens, healing my teammates, unhooking, etc. The issue I think came to EGC. I had intended to 99 the door but unintentionally opened it. Is anyone having issues with their camera? Mine keeps automatically turning without me touching it. It's been making it very hard to do a gen because I like to keep the camera angles to every possible entry point the killer can come from.
