I'm not the biggest fan of the man, however, he made a video about the greatest (face) camper and to my surprise... He actually listed as a great contender to Bubba the one killer I've been saying is an great camper next to Bubba and prominent too.
Trickster.
And here people said (off forums ofc) I was basically bonkers for saying Trickster is a more than decent face camper.
Which has me curious, who do YOU think is the greatest camper or can compete with Bubba for the throne? Or, which killer do you come across that camps more than other killers?
For me, it's Trickster and sometimes Doc. Idk why Doc of all killers need to camp but... I've seen 'em as a decent #3 for campers. Huntress for #4. #5 is a toss up of Spirit or Pyramid Head.

Doc used to be a very good camper because of a small trick you could do back when he had 2 different modes.
But now...I would say Bubba is still the king.
I think PH is a decent camper. If you get the timing right, you can damage both survivors at the same time, the unhooked and the unhooker.
I wasn't playing yet when Doc had these two modes, what were they that made his camping so strong?
If you stayed in treatment mode and constantly tapped m2 against the back of a rescuer, you could instantly interrupt and grab an unhook attempt, even if they canceled immediately.
Basically, The Doctor was the first Killer to have had two different stances, Punishment Mode for regular attacks and Treatment Mode to use his Power .Treatment Mode allowed The Doctor to perform grabs, but prohibited any attacks with his primary weapon.Since Treatment grabs were virtually guaranteed to succeed, it made it extremely dangerous to go for an unhook against a Treatment mode Doctor in attack range.

https://youtu.be/x2wTRfWzz1Y?t=94Hag, doc, clown can interrupt the unhook making them ok face camper, Myers with tombstone and maybe infinite tier 3 is decent, pyramid head is nice, bubba is god, never played the twins but victor by himself is good lol, oni is good if his power is available, nemesis if all survivors are infected and zombies were breathing down the hooked survivor neck blocking the unhooker.
Myers with 99% stalk is really good. With StbfL it would be almost impossible to rescue, but its too much preparation.
Trickster's definitely a good camper, but I don't think he can beat Bubba. Realistically, Trickster can't pressure people while camping - he'll run low on blades with his reduced knife count if he does that and reloading will be a free rescue, not to mention laceration decay making it useless. If somebody runs up to him and unhooks in his face, yeah, he'll down that survivor and probably the unhooked survivor in about 20 seconds depending on the map and assuming he still has most of his blades. If multiple people go for the unhook... what then? Unlike Bubba, Trickster can't effectively spread injuries on multiple people so all it would take is some good coordination to get a survivor off the hook with only one guy downed.
Bubba, meanwhile, requires no setup. No thought. No reload. All you do is stand in front of the hook - when somebody gets too close, rev your chainsaw and down them. It's as simple as that. Multiple survivors just means multiple easy downs. I don't think anything besides a well-timed flashbang can beat a Bubba who's determined to facecamp, unlike a Trickster who's held back by only being able to harass one survivor at a time and who has to take into consideration his ammo count.
Main Event is gotten only a few times a game, so saying that propels him to camping god means nothing. It lasts for 30 seconds - by that logic, Myers is a camping god and better than Bubba because he can 99% tier 3 and instantly pop it and down the rescuer. The piercing/explosive add-ons also are iffy, as they've been confirmed to get a nerf soon AND including transformative add-ons like these opens up a whole new world of camping potential. Ever been facecamped by a 99% Tombstone Myers? An Iridescent Head Huntress? Pinky Finger Clown? Ink Lion + Cracked Sakazuki Oni? Rusty Shackles Hag? I'd argue any of these killers are just almost as good at camping as Trickster, if not at his level or beyond in some areas.
To be short, he's good at camping, but not the best. Probably in the top 5, though.

Bubba, Hag, Trickster, Huntress with oak haft, Twins, and one nobody talks about...Plague.
Plague is an incredible camper in either vomit mode. You can't unhook if she's accurate. It's a 1 for 1 at best.
I made a comment on the video as well but if we're going danger level then a ready to go Tombstone Myers is IMO the best. While other killers can do trades or even multiple downs in some situations, Myers is guaranteed to get a kill which I think is better. If the goal is to rescue the hooked person he can even guarantee their death as well by just letting the people unhook.
Individually and probably the scariest Tombstone Myers is the best.
Teamwise for multiple downs Bubba and Trickster are both debatable.
Basement Hag, Trapper and Huntress also have some debates for best.
You can camp with any Killer.
Doctor is pretty poggers. If he keeps spamming his Shock Therapy with Discipline addons it's literally impossible to unhook someone.
