"Unnecessary buff" LOL.
Gonna enjoy Making people DC against my Legion only because they refuse to use Bottany Knowledge and a Medkit.
-
You go first
-
You just got laid or what?
-
Not gonna waste my time, hook and move to the next game.
-
Do you want some special formula or something?
Play around what your opponents do, there is no secret tactic on how to get consistent 3-4k, if you are good you get them, if you are not you dont, simple as that.
Also I dont see the problem with slugging, it helps to keep preassure and can win you the game.
-
It depends on which lvl you are.
Im at lvl 72 and it takes 10-15 min to finish a match, each match grants you 1/4 parts of a lvl if you play good.
So it's something around 40-50 mins to lvl up if you are above lvl 50. Each time you lvl up you get 300 shards (if you are above lvl 50)
9000/300=30 times to lvl up
30lvls•45min each lvl=1350mins
1350min/60min= 22'5 hours
It'll take you around 20 something hours to get 9000 shards assuming you are lvl 50, you get at least 1/4 parts of a lvl with each game that lasts about 10-15mins and you start from scratch.
Edit:
In other words, if you play like 4h day every day you'd get It around a week or something like that.

Check this guy:
https://youtu.be/SWBDMoIX8foHe's got some other guides as well. Pig, Huntress, Freddy, which is specially really good and it helps a lot.
Hope this helps :)

You want them because you like to see people playing him or because you'd like to learn Billy?

bnp isn’t even a thing anymore and they don’t do anything serious at all period, that was soo long ago. I’m talking about now issues.
flashlights at this point are just annoying Bc 98% of the time they don’t work and can be avoided by simply looking up or to the side. I play killer also so I know. I’m a survivor main but that doesn’t mean I don’t play killer and know how incredibly weak flashlights are now.
They can nerf insta heals idrc I only use them very very rarely for lulz on myself to just get rid of them.
Adrenaline=noed in my book they are two sides of the same coin.
exhaustion perks are to help with chases killers have plenty of 1 hit perks and addons and I feel like they cancel each other out as far as balance.
I’m talking about busted billy.
And Im talking about all the BS that killers have to face until this game is balanced.
BNP = Half a gen done, equip 4 of those and your are done in less than 4 min.
Adrenaline is definitely not the same as NOED, NOED can be stopped from happening. Adrenaline cant be stopped unless you know a survivor is using it and you tunnel him until he is dead.
Some exhaustion perks like SB, Dead Hard pretty much demolish some killer's powers so I dont see how that's balanced.
Busted Billy is the only way to counter all that BS and I love him for that. How about we buff all killers to his level instead of nerfing the only viable killer that can bury SWF groups?
If all killers would be at his Tier Level we wouldnt see so many people running the same perks and stealth would become meta as it once was. Those people who have a problem with Billy or any other killer besides Nurse dont know how to play the game. Let me tell you that I also play as survivor and I know what survivors are capable of because I play SWF and I know how broken they can be. If you are playing solo survivor you should already know that the killer is not the problem, rank system is.

Is this pallet buff how it was in the old days?
I dont think the double Jungle Gym (or any double pallet) is a direct buff, it might be a bug. However, the number of pallets has been buffed.

You assume I'm incompetent? Or illiterate? Yes I know they COULD all be changed just as EVERY single perk could be. Just because theyve made a change to one map doesnt mean they will, or that this is a game ending change. It's on one map. If it works well, they MAY look at other maps. But it does not dictate that they will.
Have you played/seen the ptb?
There are Jungle Gyms with double pallets in a lot of maps now thanks to the reduced minimum distance, I cant believe how broken this will be on maps like Asylum where the infinite is already full of pallets...
Some maps like The Swamp needed this change but maps like Coldwind or Autohaven are gonna go back to pre-chapter 10.

Because one single map was adjusted? Out of the what, 20 we have?
LOL [+1] 😆
I dont think you realize that if 1 map is changed, several can be as well. Give it time and you'll see how many of them are changed.

I still have nightmares with P3 Claudettes 360ing my ass on Corn Town. Would be nice if optimization arrived soon.

Can you screen shot the perk for me? I don't know how the perk changed
Each time you hit a survivor all of them gain a 6% debuff until they are healed.
1 survivor = 6%
2 survivors = 12%
3 survivors = 18%
4 survivors = 24%
-
Even if survivors cry about it, It wont get changed.
It'll be just like people complaining about Doctor, NOED and stuff like that. There is already many counters to Tanatophobia like Bottany, empathy, medkits, we'll make It, etc.

According to the patch notes shelter woods is the only map to receive a change in minimum distance between pallets.
Which is why I was confused when I saw a jungle jym with two pallets in one of true's videos in azarov's resting place, which already should have way more than 8 pallets.
That's exactly why I made this post.
Either if it's a bug or a feature doesnt matter, it cant make it to live servers.

I literally copy and pasted the patch notes into my post. Which state minimum distance between pallets was reduced on Shelter Woods. Show me where it says otherwise.
Nowhere, that's exactly why I responded to you, dont belive everything you read. Check other maps and you'll see how Shelter Woods is not the only map that got changed.

I'm not sure why you're replying specifically to me as I was only mentioning the changes and nothing about double pallets? I honestly haven't seen a double pallet since last year, though that doesn't mean it doesn't happen. RNG is going to play a role in what tiles spawn.
Because you said the minimum distance was only changed on Shelter Woods, that is not the case
-
@Naiad said:
- Increased the minimum number of pallets to 8 (global).
- Distances between spawnable objects(generators, hooks, pallets etc) are now scaled based on a vertical factor(in addition to the baseline horizontal distance).
- Minimum distance between pallets was reduced for the Shelter Woods map.
Is basically the ptb pallet changes. So minimum distance was only changed on Shelter Woods and honestly there were huge dead spots on that map. I think the second point is meant to address maps like The Game?
Double pallet Jungle Gyms on Autohaven and Swamp are a thing as well...
-
Bye bye Ruin, I dont need you anymore.
Love the change 😍

Dwight wasn't injured, and being "healed" could be being "fixed" from the "broken" state.
My biggest concern is how often/ how many "vomit" can "The Plague" use? is it like the hag how it's 14 with a re-use (because you can infect pallets and stuff) or is like the pig/nurse, how you have a certain amount and can add more with add-ons?
@Gorgonia said:
Dwight wasn’t injured. If you check the part where Jake is hit and he got TR transferred onto him, you will see that before The Plague hits him he was already having difficulty moving around from the disease.
He was injured.
Here we see him sick and drinking:
Here we see him after he is done drinking:
Therefore he was injured+sick

I was playing with another friend and I got facecamped by a Bubba on the basament.
After a week or so I found this Bubba playing as survivor and I was playing with 2 friends and I told them what he did. When he got hooked we started pointing at him until he died... Killer was like "#########"

Probably more perks will be changed, Freddy's rework I guess and they confirmed something about totems

They confirmed it on Twitter. There's a comment with the link to it in my thread containing all the information gleamed from the stream.
Thanks :)

@AntiJelly said:
Let's just assume the stream video was an old build.
If you're infected 100%, it makes you broken, so you use then fountain and heal.
If you aren't infected, you can't use the fountain.
How you know it makes you broken? Did devs say that?
-
I hope it gives them a reduced repairing speed, otherwise they wont do anything to cure themselves

You can create a fun and strong killer, but it's too hard due to the few mechanics the game has.
If we had more objectives, game modes or stuff like that Im sure the devs would come out with killer powers that'd be fun and strong.

We can all agree that she is terrible on Ps4
-
And this is another reason to fix Rank System
-
115% movement speed Legion... Please :'/
-
Maybe it's already in the game but it's bugged, just like crouch to stop someone healing you. Devs said it was a thing but because "nobody used it" they never realized it was bugged, maybe pallet break suffers from the same, I mean... The animations are the same as when you break a gen, but you can cancel those...
-
That's why every game tells you to not close it when it's loading/saving, it happened to me twice on Ps4. I guess the game's data saves get corrupt and they cant be loaded again or something like that

just like why killer hate DS
both perk give you free win without any work
Killers no longer hate DS because it will have counters when it's rework hits live servers. Yet survivors hate NOED despite being countarable since it was made a hex totem...

@Aven_Fallen said:
Not complaining about NOED, but about some players using it. Like, if a Nurse, Billy or Spirit is using NOED; they are bad players. Those are by far the best Killers in the game and when they need NOED, it seems to be the player who is not good enough.
NOED itself is simply bad gamedesign. It is a bad designed End Game-Perk. An example of a good designed End Game Perk would be Rancor, it gives some form of Benefit to the Obsession while making it "guaranteed" (if this person is catched) to get a Kill.
Small Game is not a good counter vs NOED. I cleanse every Totem I find (except when the last Gen is almost done and I sit right next to the Totem, so I might cleanse it if it lits up), but there is no guarantee my Teammates are doing the same (even if I dont know why, because Totems give a good amount of points in a short time...).
Small Game would simply take me out of the Game until the Totems are cleansed, making it a 3v1. This means, I cannot do Gens, I cannot unhook someone, I cannot go on chases to distract the Killer. And I still would need to check Totem Spots, if I did not find all 5 Totems on my own, to see if I missed some Totems or if they were already cleansed.
But sadly, NOED will not go, Killer Mains are asking for more and more. Even with the DS-Nerf some even want the Perk to be removed... But well. It is how it is.
What to know what bad game design is? The speed at which survivors can complete their objective.
-
@MegsAreEvil said:
Yeah if i am about to equip all the perks needed to counter broken mechanics, i would need double the number of perk slots. So not thats just not even abpout to be an argument. But its possible to balance broken perks like NOED. Just do this DEVs!
How many of those "broken mechanics" are in the game? Pls tell me cuz I dont seem to find them...
Oh wait, yh I know what you are talking about... DS, Adrenaline, Sprint Burst, Insta-heals, infinite loops, Toolboxes with Brand New Parts, etc...

All Killers can be good when played a lot and correctly, like Freddy! It takes time and dedication to make a Killer ‘good’ towards that player. Nurse wasn’t the way you see her today when she first came out, no, she was practically identified as the Freddy variant compared to the other 3 Killers when she came out! But with time and dedication, players learned to play her well. I’m sure if you took time to learn someone like Wraith, you could be excellent as him! Just keep practicing and you can make any killer viable. 😄
Some killers are just not good enough.

Stop sweet talking yourself, you need the onehit kill to even utilize the RBT then.
What Im trying to say is: If survivors actually cared about cleansing totems I wouldnt run NOED, because I would have time to find them and kill them. Im not sweet talking to myself lmao, it's the truth.
-
@twistedmonkey said:
You know what will happen if survivors did run those perks and cleansed totems with NOED then being always destroyed.
There would be lots of posts about how NOED is now useless and it needs a buff, it's a never ending cycle.
I don't know if you remember all the posts in the past about camping, there used to be 10 times what they are now and the response was do gens to punish it.
A couple of months later and it's gen rush is getting out of hand, devs do something about it, be careful what you wish for.
I dont really need the one hit kill, I need time to kill all survivors. I only use NOED when I play as Piggy because survivors dont even worry about the RBT, they just Gen Rush. So I use NOED and save RBT for the end game.

The hype is strong with this one
