I've never "farmed" but in the event that I "did/have", it would have been during that triple bloodpoint event. "Allegedly", every match was pretty much farming. The killer just has to be clear that's what they want to do, and every farming killer I've come across as survivor I'm always weary. It'd be really easy to take advantage of trust and just kill them all.
But again, I've never "farmed" and this is all "hypothetical"

the hag for the jumpscares

if the killer is willing to give up a valuable perk slot just to make people drop items, it should make them lose them too. franklin's can be replaced with way better perks, but since it needs to be viable and good, it should trump white ward.
-
honestly I tried to get good with nurse for like a month and made barely any progress, stopped using her for about 2-3 months and then picked her up again, and something clicked. still have a lot to learn and I wouldn't say I'm great with her but I average 2-3 kills per game, and actually have gotten a lot of survivors tell me I'm a good nurse.
I use pocket watch and either fragile wheeze or dark cincture as addons, for the decreased fatigue time and extra blink.
for perks I use BBQ, Nurse's calling, agitation/iron grasp, and noed. If you have Ruin as a teachable I'd say use that in place of agitation/iron grasp.overall though, just keep it up. It will get frustrating as hell but once you start doing well and gaining confidence the satisfaction is worth the pain.

so the house with the basement and on that map the hook locations are atrocious the only ones close to me after hooking a guy was the basement now without agitation as myers i didnt make it so he got out the exit gate scot free as someone was opening it. the other hooks was on the otherside of the [BAD WORD] map. what kind of crap is this? that map needs a hook rework its awful when the hooks are spread out on the wrong side and uneven and one not even close to you.it's all procedurally generated
-
I've found that making sure you get people to tier 3 asap will be a godsend later on, I've seen doctors that shock people once then go for the hook which doesn't help once they're saved

I don’t get killers who complain about pips, and want them buffed. It should be hard as hell to pip as killer, to prevent you going up against the best when you yourself aren’t.I get what you're saying but the fact that it's so easy to pip as a survivor makes me disagree. We want it even. pipping as a survivor is more of a participation reward than anything

It's a shame that they don't do much original killer since their they are pretty good at creating interesting backstory to their character.
And they don't lack design wise either. But "everyone" is beging for more and more licensed killer.
yeah I'd prefer original killers, with the exception of jason, which is basic but still

don't participate in forums if you're just going to report people for disagreeing.

I think the Nurse is the only actually balanced killer, but billy and huntress are pretty close.

nah, we don't need another way for survivors to get away. just use urban evasion to be stealthyYou seem to not have read what he said. He doesn’t want sick sounds for stealth, they can be made as loud as shoes, he just wants them for immersion. The shoe sounds break the immersion for him.
I didn't say use iron will, I said urban evasion. he can just crouch everywhere. if he wants the sound to be different, it'd have to be just as loud as with shoes which kind of defeats the purpose and would be a waste of time and resources for the developers
That’s what I said.

The Pig doesn't need a buff, she needs a nerf to the following. She should NOT be able to see her boxes. All it does is entice her to tunnel a person who's already not working on gens. It's stupid and irritating.
Her lunge (not her dash attack) is a bit too much, it hardly ever actually makes contact and still gets a hit. Something is off with the hitbox.
Her terror radius while crouched should not give her Insideous. Shrink her terror radius, absolutely. Make it completely disappear while also giving her a dash. No, just no.
no way any killer needs a nerf they're already ######### except nurse

you can probably go in the files and just change the color in paint. idk though make sure with a mod that that's ok before you do it i dont want to get you banned for "tampering with game files" or some #########

actually I went from playing ultra flawlessly, to high mostly ok about a month or two ago. I kind of figured I just needed to update a driver or dust out my pc or just do something on my end to fix it and i've been too lazy but maybe this sorta answers your question

back on my old pc, which was drastically worse than my current one, if I tried to have visual settings up, the framerate would cause the skillcheck to buffer and really screw me up. do you have fps drops when playing? or just framerate issues as a whole?

Also, I am struggling to understand why killers perks and addons seem to come at the cost of something else. Why are killers constantly penalized when they use any of these. Especially with addons and Hex perks.Gain X but tremendously increase time to Y.
Do survivors perks and addons come with risk, or at an expense? I've looked at addons and I don't see it.
they do but they're so minor that it doesn't really matter

Sorry to burst the bubble, but- Myers can't die. He just can't. Then also take Freddy. Death doesn't want Freddy. Even when Michael would be able to get him into the real world and kill him there, he'd just come back. So we are at an impasse of these two coming out on top of the rest. It's all fine and dandy that Nurse and Wraith could stay in that spirit world- forgot the exact name- but they would still die in a fight to the death.aww youre no fun lol
-
trapper is fun and I like him but there's really nothing that can be done to make him truly viable, his power limits the possibilities. all of the changes that they could realistically make would just be quality of life changes but he'd still be just as underwhelming

@robin that’s what’s a i was thinking, and with enough skill I think it would come down to the Huntress or Nurse, just because of the Huntress’ ranged attack and the Nurse’s blink. The pig and trapper stand no chance, just because he Pig is an insane person and the trappers traps hardly affect the strongthink of the hand to hand combat though...trapper would stomp everyone except maybe nurse and huntress
-
never facecamp, but closely patrol/camp if you've hooked someone close to the exit gate at end game. you can't just walk away and let them leave
-
trapper is the most physically intimidating, but I think the nurse or huntress would be dark horses, nurse because how do you counter that, and huntress for the range.
-
My favorite is the "respect the 4%" one, where if a survivor manages to escape a hook you have to let them live.
like how can they expect me to just stop playing the game because they got lucky? -
I face that every day. What has kept me going is learning to play nurse, and wanting to prestige my killers so they can be covered in blood. Nurse is a good counter, and the only counter, to pallet looping and if played right, the only nonsense survivors can give you is their hate comments after the match, which 9.999/10 times is hilarious. As for grinding for levels, it keeps me occupied, and as long as I keep my ultimate objective just gaining bloodpoints, I don't get as frustrated if I don't get many kills, or any at all. As long as I got a good chunk of bloodpoints, I'm good. But wanting to just stop playing due to not having a good time is a feeling you'll get in this game no matter who you're playing, whether it's survivor due to it being easy, just running in a circle over and over, or as killer.
-
if you know you're going against SWF then this might be good, but I'd maybe switch enduring for nurse's calling, because SWF tend to just heal real close to the killer
-
the first idea seems cool but maybe OP, but the second idea I don't agree with. maybe instead of that, they can make a perk that makes successful hits while carrying a survivor put back the wiggle progress by 30%, like "the killer becomes excited at the thought of killing multiple survivors at once, and his grip strengthens".
or just use iron grasp i suppose -
I hated her until I got the hang of her the last few days, now I love her.

I'd have called you a bad killer if you hadn't gotten all 3 playing nurse.
been a little rusty today haha yesterday I was on a tear with nurse
-
seems pretty cool, but cut the line seems really similar to pop goes the weasel.
-
reveal paired with make your choice would be a nightmare.
even though you said bbq and lurker can't be played together, they probably wouldn't have a perk that close to an existing perk.
halt seems promising but what you proposed seems op, maybe while someone is hooked, all survivors have a repair and heal penalty of 20%. pair that with thanatophobia and it'd be cool
the killer itself is a neat idea but, like you said, I don't think the AI would be doable -
ruin, bamboozle, nurses, agitation

I don't like this new menu music, but I do appreciate a change from the normal music

survivors tend to be whiny little shits so honestly I'd just say get used to it. it's a shame too, they can just stay an extra 10 seconds and live through the animation, it's really not that big a deal.According to you are survivors "whiny little shits"? Interestingly, most of the time I can only see offended killers who would prefer survivors to use no perks or pallets, and they should only be obliged to die without struggle each match.
When I read this forum, I just feel that this community is damaged beyond repair:-/
they are. every time killers get anything good they complain until it's nerfed to the point it's just not viable. take freddy for example, or bloodlust, or anything. and we don't want survivors not to use perks or pallets, we just want the meta perks nerfed and less pallets. 90% I see people whine about things with no real solid reasoning behind it, it's survivors. and, most killer arguments about imbalance are made with reason.
we want some struggle each match, or it'd be too easy and unfun. but we would like things to be fair for both sides, instead of killers being beaten and taunted every game. how hard is it to wait 10 seconds for the animation to end? -
dead hard 3 with vigil 3 maybe?
-
leatherface is better for newer killers, because he's easier to pick up and learn quickly, but billy is better for more experienced players.
i don't know why I'm giving a serious answer to this because I know it's a meme -
are you concerned they are going to change prices? I doubt they will, they said that the prices match standards for currency packs in games. you should elaborate more, I don't know how exactly to answer
-
leatherface
billy
michael -
no sabotage should be nerfed because i dont like it
its annoying -
how many threads have you made about this lol does it really matter that much

Brutal Strengh was better back in the day now it's still good but I don't know if it's S tier. Deer Stalker is a wasted perk slot cause You really rarely slug and if You slug all 4 You already won and this only makes that You can find survivors who already lost the game. Also really bad perks can be used in certain scenario like play with your food on tombstone myers or franklin's demise on Hag to put a trap on top of the item. Yeah I guess a lot of perks are better then others but it`s always nice to look for the creative use for "bad" perks ^^
Also Insidious Basement Leatherface is an S tier... rooDerp , 70% of the time it works everytime.
I see what you're saying, brutal strength isn't what it used to be. but the amount of pallets you have to break so they aren't abused makes me believe that brutal strength is necessary.
as for the bad perks that can be used, this is really just a general list, every perk can have its certain way to shine.but insidious basement leatherface should be bannable, don't @ me
-
for april fools day they need to completely remove pallets and window vaults
and then accidentally forget to put that back forever -
I definitely see what you're saying, but I still think the bloody outfits look cooler than anything in the store.

I came into this thread about to DEVASTATE you by saying something clever and witty about there already being daily rituals.
but then I read a good idea -

Looping is fun. Please stop getting salty about it
I'll have to disagree, it's just running in a circle until they get too close and dropping a pallet. I didn't even find looping fun when I was a survivor main.
-
as much as I love the trapper, and as much as these may help, I don't see trapper ever being a top tier killer. His power is so limited, as it's really not even a power, it's just putting down traps. I can't think of anything that would really make him a force to be reckoned with, sadly.

Well, it depends.- When it's a 4man swf, it's better not to be focused on the same survivor for too long. Example: you hit the first one, you see another one, you leave and hit him.
- What you can also do, is chasing them, let them drop 3/4 pallets and go chase someone else. That way, they won't know which pallets are down, or broken. This can be really helpful.
- You can also "divide" the map in zones in your mind; chase a survivor and make him drop every pallet in this zone, then hook him and force the others survivors to go in that pallet-free zone.
I do all these things when I play Piggy, and it really, really helps
what he said
