First off, it's the Nurse, so that counters pallet-looping (unless you're bad at Nurse like me, then the whole map is one giant loop).

  • Enduring to help against Decisive Strike and dying survivors at a pallet
  • Lightborn to counter flash lights
  • Iron Grasp to counter body blocking and map-aware survivors avoiding hook proximity (or Agitation, which pairs well with Lightborn for free hits on flash light heroes)
  • Hangman's Trick to counter sabotage, as well as prevent one part of the map from having no hooks which would give map-aware survivors a safe space

    if you know you're going against SWF then this might be good, but I'd maybe switch enduring for nurse's calling, because SWF tend to just heal real close to the killer

    Enduring doesn't work for pallet saves... for whatever reason. You suffer the normal stun duration. Fells quite unfiar to be honest.

    I tried swapping Enduring for Insidious to counter Borrowed Time, but Insidious is bugged on console, taking 7 secs instead of 2.
