  • BOTS!!! Bots secretly showing up in matches???? I LOVE IT!!!! I legit 100 percent super LOVE this idea. Oh my god, this is what I need in this game. That plus an actual bot-only mode.

I've never seen a single human being who actually typed "Good game!" instead of just gg or ggs. These capitalizations and exclamation marks make it look fake as hell. If these are not bots, they try as hard as they can to seem like ones. What happens when you try to open their profiles?

Lol I actually find that funny because I've gone so far as to be like "great game everyone, that one was tricky but lots of fun. Good back and forth".

Then again if you've seen half my posts, you've seen that brevity isn't my strong suit...

They literally just made a new map with the last patch, which wasn't that long ago lmfao.

    You guys are never satisfied.

To be fair a lot of people weren't able to access that map for a good long while based on performance issues, disconnects, and its temporary disabling.

To be less fair, a lot of other people don't really count it as a map because "TOO BIG AND SERVIVAR SIDED, MILLIONS O PALLETS AND NOT ENOUGH WIDE OPEN KILL ZONES, PLEASE DELETE".

No, I was referring to the problems that should be addressed, a dedication to the state of the game, the optimization problems on consoles is an example and should be priority before seeing an "icon" is popular or not. I also like Pinhead and Candyman, only that with the leaks everything pointed to Candyman but it fell suddenly with Pinhead being the new killer.

Ah, I see. Yes, that's a valid opinion. I myself would actually like to see a full-fledged single player bot feature (as well as performance optimization, of course) more than anything right now.

If I also see that point and it is very important, it is also good to have Pinhead, it makes the survivors have to expose themselves to him trying to solve the cube to avoid the chains. In addition, everything requires your time. There are better things to see review than to see an icon.

I'm sorry but I don't think I totally understand what you mean at the end of this comment. Are you saying that you understand Pinhead's value but wish that the developers spent more time on lesser-known characters? I got that from your initial post but just wanted to know if I understood this response correctly.

  • I'm fine with Trickster's existence and accept that there are people who like him. I hate virtually everything about him myself, I think that the character would have been a lot cooler if he didn't have the obnoxious K-Pop theme. The concept of the character is very tryhard to me. People say "he's scary because he's just a human being". Well I mean yeah, people like Ted Bundy and Jeffrey Dahmer are scary, but they lured their victims with nothing but charm and good looks. They didn't wear bright cartoon colors, kill for the sake of being edgelords, then turn around and create music augmented with people's screams. To me that jumps way over the line between "scary" and "silly". The Trickster isn't a "regular human being" to me, he's a flashing neon disco ball of a gimmick. I'm not even going to get started on how dull he is to face, that's already been discussed to death this summer.

So no, I don't like the character. I don't like his look, his design, his concept, I don't enjoy facing him, and I have no desire to buy him so that I can play him. I think he's the sore thumb of this roster (and, while this is entirely anecdotal, the people I've shown this roster always point to him and ask why he's in the game as well). That said, again, some people love the character and that's cool too. This game isn't made just for me and my particular sensibilities. Just as I hate when people go on about how much they wish a map would be removed simply because they don't like it, I would never call for Trickster to be removed just because I don't like him.

  • You get what you get man. I understand your disappointment in theory, but you have to accept that the devs can't just deliver everyone that everyone wants, when they want them. These things take time, money, and lots of negotiation.

Try to focus on the fact that this IS a legendary horror icon and that the game is becoming more and more complete in terms of being an all-time showcase of the genre, and that they didn't make a killer based on...I don't know, Dragon Ball or something.

  • I'm fine with this content. Pinhead is pretty major as far as horror icons go, and it seems that over the last couple of months most people have been complaining that there was too MUCH content. People complained about the map, people complained about the perks, people complained about the appearance of the characters, people complained about the Nemesis being too OP, people complained about the Nemesis being weak, people complained about the zombies, people complained about the performance (this last one at least holds universal weight).

Then there was the 5 year anniversary event. People complained about the familiarity of the event, people complained about the lack of survivor cakes, people complained about survivors playing too hard, people complained about the killers playing too hard, people complained about other players disconnecting, people complained about the lack of a disconnect penalty, people complained about the possibility of bringing the disconnect penalty back, people complained about the ranks being messed up, people complained about the need for a better ranking system, people complained that it was too hard to get crowns, people complained that the crowns didn't look different enough, people complained that the crowns couldn't be worn by licensed characters, people complained that the crowns were worthless, people complained that the crown event was an arbitrary predetermined lie, people complained that the bloodhunt event wasn't enough, people complained that the bloodhunt event was too exhausting, people complained that they were being urged to play the game too much, people complained that they needed a break but couldn't take one, people complained that cakes were being hoarded and not shared, people complained that the Saw sale immediately after the event was lame, people complained that the pig mask was stupid, people complained that they were getting the Game map too much. Then came the buildup to today's new content and people complained all month about that, on top of the regular daily complaints about everyone being cheap, unfair, overpowered, and needing nerfs.

I think it's perfectly fine that they cool their jets with the new content a little and take this time to maybe look into other aspects of the game. Isn't that what most people wanted?

  • My understanding is that they haven't, because if they had I'd be jumping all over the room with excitement by now.

You know i appreciate when people discuss in a civil manner and criticize without doing it in a way that is mean. You are a legend my dude.

oh wait i could have just said constructive criticism

Thanks guys. I think a lot of my perspective comes from the fact that I was in the same boat as a lot of people here: I started hearing about FNAF back in the mid to late 2010s and it seemed to never stop, and I grew so sick of it that I just wanted it to go away. I also refused to accept that any of the praise could possibly have been warranted because I only had a surface-level understanding of what it was all about and why people kept talking about it (it didn't help that sequels kept being released like every 8 months).

So finally one day I decided to just see what myself what all the fuss was about. Before playing I really did believe that the game was just a jumpscare simulator, that you had to just sit there and wait for jumpscares to happen and that was the whole point. I couldn't imagine why anyone would think that would be anything other than tedious and stupid. When I realized that it was the reverse - that the goal was to do everything in your limited means to keep up with where the animatronics are and shut them out at the right times to AVOID attack (the jumpscare, signaling failure), I understood that there was actually some gameplay. It was extremely tense, and I respected that it was able to invoke such a strong response. I also respected the sound design and atmosphere. By this time they were on game 2, I believe, so I also enjoyed reading about the lore which at that time were creepy theories. I still didn't like how many younger people wouldn't stop talking about the game (I was in my late 30s by this point and wasn't part of that audience) but I could now understand what made the game effective and how it managed to capture the imagination. I enjoyed it.

I was temp banned for the last month so I couldn't say any of this then and I really wish I could have because I feel that maybe I could have helped some people to feel less annoyed by the subject and also help some of the more aggressive fans to understand that "hey, there are actually some of us here who don't mind or even like the games, but you need to calm down about it and try to organize your thoughts and requests a little better so that you don't keep ostracizing the people you're trying to talk to". I mean I like alien greys, they creep me out. I'd love to see one in the game in the sense that they would make the game more interesting to me, myself. But do I accept that a character like that really wouldn't quite fit, most people wouldn't want it, and that it would be annoying of me to make posts trying to change people's minds? You bet.

It was a vicious cycle: I could see vague reasons why the new chapter could potentially be FNAF, some of the theories were actually pretty interesting. But as excited as those fans got the more they wanted to talk about it, which is understandable, but they were clearly starting to annoy the non-fans to the point that THEY were just getting pissed off. Some users attempted to find a middle ground or at least politely deescalate the situation, but I think that there weren't enough people from either camp who could (or were willing to try to) understand where the other side was coming from. No one's "fault" per se, it's just a bummer that things got taken as far as they did and have probably tainted the discussion forever.

  • I would have proxy camped, gone around the general area and waited to see if the survivors would come back for the save. If the savior didn't have BT there's a chance you could get another hook, possibly turn one kill into two (maybe more, but that's a pretty tricky scenario). When I run BBQ I always go out of my way to get all those first hooks for the BP gains, kills are secondary to me.

Regardless, there's no right or wrong in this situation. You had a choice and you made it, I understand the survivor's frustration but it was the end of the match and he's the one who got caught. It happens.

I hope they add Chatterer for a skin!

He was always my favorite of the Cenobites.

  • Yes. I've been wanting the Demo-hunting outfit for Nancy ever since I saw it, to me it's her iconic outfit. I just didn't want to invest ten dollars in it as I don't play her a lot yet. Additionally I'll buy Jonathan since he'll also be half off (I'm pretty much guaranteed to never pay fifteen dollars for a "legendary" skin - I get that they're essentially entirely new characters but when you can get most new characters for five dollars that's a little ridiculous to me). Lastly I'll throw in a spare for Steve.

50 percent off cosmetic prices is honestly about where I think the prices should be anyway.

That's not quite accurate. Pinhead was played by Stephan Smith Collins & Fred Tatasciore in Revelations (2011), and Paul T. Taylor in Judgement (2018). The last time Doug Bradley played Pinhead was in Hellworld (2005).

Oh really? I wasn't aware of that, I didn't think that anyone else had ever played the character, EVER. I guess you can all ignore what I've been saying then, lol.

Besides Freddy Krueger, but I think that was because of movie rights and the reason why the Freddy in this game looks like the Michael Bay’s version rather than the original. But today people still complain about that and both sides you can understand why.

Yeah I didn't count Freddy because while Robert Englund was basically THE iconic horror star of the last few decades, they went and sullied it with the remake. To be fair I've never seen it, but that's because I've been told by all friends, critics, reviewers, horror fans, people who love movies, and people with eyes never to do so. So basically yeah, Doug is pretty much the only actor we've had playing the same iconic killer for so many years without interruption.

Ah yeah I agree 100%. Kate's was just off. I like the top and skirt but the hair felt like with the front of it that it should've had a ponytail or been longer and lost the bow. The bow had no place in that Rockabilly outfit.

and awe thanks. I always saw Kate as like a coppery-blonde in her original basic hair. Like there is an Auburny warmth to it.

I actually like the bow to be honest but to me it didn't seem to fit with that particular outfit. If it were a different style - maybe a giant pink and black polka-dotted bow or something - then it would have seemed more rockabilly to me.

I think I prefer Kate as a sort of golden blonde as well. Not yellow but sort of a soft orange. Meg will always be my ginger girl but Kate definitely looks best with some auburn in her hair, I agree. I'd love to see her with that style of bangs that you designed as well.

I see what you mean but thats not what im asking. Fnaf lore has the basic stuff that is generally accepted and then it goes way off at some point. OP stated that the 1987 date doesnt work because springtrap comes later, but purple guy aka william afton is the community accepted cause of the entire incident. That is a very largely accepted claim, and takes like one or two google searches to figure out. So its not asking alot at all really

It doesn't seem like a lot because we're already familiar with the details. I think that anyone who's tasked with trying to piece together the FNAF timeline would need a good amount of time to do so. The two different bites, the multiple pizzerias, the sister location, Afton and his son, Henry, Ennard, various versions of the animatronics (a lot of people still seem to think that there's only four or five when in fact there's what...like forty?)

I understand where you're coming from but for the sake of just trying to get a couple of details to weed out what the trailer is referring to I think that the user did fine. FNAF is a pretty deep and needlessly complicated well, you know? I mean just today someone spoke about a mystery box, which is of course integral to Hellraiser, but I found myself thinking "oh man, I forgot that FNAF has a mystery box too. Jeez, there's so much going on that even I can't keep it all straight".

Awe thanks. Yeah I wanted to go with that like general " Vigos " Color-scheme and I also love a VINTAGE style.

and I wanted a Pin-up collection ( and the Rockabilly set missed the mark for me ) So I went with a Bettie Page reference. :)

Since Bettie Page is the QUEEN of pin-ups. >:)

Yeah I think that the only character who wound up looking really good with the Rockabilly set was Jane. Kate rides the line between wholesomeness and sexiness and I think that the dress (and in particular the hair) emphasize those qualities. We have a few different shades of blonde and brown but I'd definitely like to see red hair on Kate. I'm a sucker for redheads. :P

You're welcome. I like the hair, the style of the dress, and the colors of the dress as well. Very Earthy, I like it. And as Kate is a goddess I am fully in favor of seeing more unique styles for her. She and Meg are my girls and I'm always excited when they get new stuff.

It is a worry and means newer players won't have access to these survivors or killers from the chapter.

That's an aspect to this that I don't see enough people talking about (and I'm equally to blame). I understand that this can't be helped but it's not just that we're all losing a map, it's also that any new players who want to join this game from the end of the year onward will apparently never have the option to get characters that other players have. That really sucks. As a Silent Hill fan I know how I'd feel if I got the game this year only to find out that everyone but me was able to play as Pyramid Head.

No. I Feel as though maps should be up to random chance. I know this hurts some builds like scratched mirror myers, but overall i think the good it would do would be staggering. The maps in this game are too one sided for certain killers/survivors and its not particularly fair you can just send yourself to them for an ez win.

I don't feel as strongly about maps being one-sided as most other users do but in general I agree with this, I think that the way to ensure the most fair game for all players is to have them go into each match not having any idea which map they might wind up on. That kind of thing should be unpredictable. No one should be able to "rig" the match in their favor.

Of course I'd also like them to fix the map rotation so that...you know, everyone actually SEES them all, but that's a dream for another time.

Well if you dont know these things then maybe do a little catching up so that your info isnt outdated. Or maybe catch up on some of the most basic fnaf lore out there that blows your 1987 time difference point out of the water

To be fair the FNAF timeline is a mess of retcons and contrivances. I enjoy the lore of the series but even years later there's no universally accepted, ironclad explanation for everything. That's part of the fun, but it's also kind of annoying. Expecting someone who isn't a fan and doesn't really care to be to sit down and try to make sense of the game's full story is kind of asking a lot.

It'd be neat if they'd listen to this, but so far it's just "YOU DISAGREE?11?!/!?!! NANI!?1!"

Yeah I mean it's difficult. I can see both sides. I do think that FNAF (the games themselves) are too readily dismissed as just kids' stuff. That's a fair interpretation given the vast majority of the series' audience (and all the eeeeeeendless content that they splattered all over the internet). I understand why people would think that the series is just jumpscares and its audience just children. I totally get it.

At the same time the game (at least the first one, which is the only one I can vouch for) really is well-designed, creating efficient tension in a very simple, straightfoward manner. My personal belief is that Springtrap IS a very interesting character, as it's basically a stinking, decaying costume that acts as the permanent vessel of the desiccated corpse of a serial child murderer who got impaled in it when he was desperately fleeing the spirits of the kids that he killed. To me that's a pretty creepy, creative concept. A rotting children's entertainment suit made animate by the equally rotten corpse of the child killer physically crammed inside is something I wouldn't want to encounter.

But the things that the FNAF fans don't seem to understand is that not only do many people not know the details of the series, many people don't care. Without proper exposure to the backstory via FNAF gameplay and the series' clues and community theories slow reveals Springtrap is, for all intents and purposes, just a dirty rabbit suit. On top of that, the FNAF fandom is, for better and worse, already massive and populated by many young adults. When a lot of people (even myself, who would defend the series on its technical merits) think of FNAF, they think of crummy fanart drawn by middle-schoolers. The vibe just doesn't feel right for this game. I said basically the same thing when someone suggested that this game should have anime killers. Anime is already its own flavor, its own community, it's own self-sustaining machine. It's an entire culture unto itself, and by bleeding it into DBD it would create a clash of styles and fandoms (my opinion, anyway). Two flavors that work fine on their own but create a sort of dissonance when paired together. FNAF would be the same. It would be like putting Darth Vader in this game: I love Star Wars but Star Wars is not Dead By Daylight. Star Wars is Star Wars.

And of course, lastly, there's the simple fact that people have been spamming the topic to death. This one shouldn't be rocket science. Whether people want FNAF in the game or not is fine, but it's been explained to people time and time again that by constantly bringing it up, it's just annoying people and making them that much more likely to want to become equally aggressive in pushing back.

I don't know. I like FNAF fine and I don't think that it would be a good fit for the game. Even if it were, being so relentless about it isn't the right way to make the idea palatable to non-fans.

  • He is, to my knowledge, the only major horror icon (aside from Leprechaun, and calling him a major horror icon is a pretty big stretch) that's always been played by the same actor. I may be wrong but none of the other major names I can think of went without at least once performance by a different actor. Doug Bradley IS Pinhead.

I'm not 100% sure but if I recall the people who own licenseing for Slenderman are pretty fickle about it. I could be wrong

My personal feelings about Slenderman are that he wouldn't work. He's all about hanging around and messing with children, and he's also incredibly tall. This is my own personal take but I also find popular creepypastas annoying, they're just amateur (and often, though not always, very poor) little horror stories that are basically written these days to become the next big internet meme. I guess you could say that I look at the creepypasta community the same way many look at the FNAF community: It seems too obnoxious to be included in the game. Too unearned.

Again though, that's just my own personal opinion. Though one last thing: I DO think that it would be really weird to give attention and financial compensation to the creator of a charter who - though not at all his fault - led to the real life attempted murder of a young girl. His inclusion would almost seem like a celebration of the character despite that famous aspect of his history which just seems skeevy to me.

  • Hellraiser is rooted in mysticism, excess, and the combination of punishment and pleasure. Pinhead is essentially a demonic wizard with a taste for the machinations of the flesh. It would be very interesting to see how that could be made to work within the practical confines of a game like this. He's definitely capable of having a ranged attack, but more like a Freddy dream world kind of range, not a direct "let me throw this at you" kind of thing.

  • I'm still wishing that we had some kind of BP buyback system. Even if I got half the purchase price of all these stupid fog offerings and flashlight parts I'd still be in the millions. It drives me insane to have to keep wasting the rewards of so many matches just to forge my way through items that I will absolutely 100 percent not use.

A lot of the posts I used to make went completely ignored, no votes or quotes, and it would sometimes be frustrating because I was really trying to add some decent insight to various conversations. But some of you started responding, and always had interesting things to say. I enjoyed talking to you guys. Even so I figured that once I got my temporary ban I'd be quickly forgotten. Obviously we don't know and can't ever know, but I don't think BHVR was aware that this was going to happen. I find it very hard to believe that they made a 2 year deal with Netflix and knew that the license was gonna come to an end and not be renewed after those two years.

Especially since Netflix has just recently come out and said that they're going to branch out into gaming. That almost clearly screams that they don't want any potential competition in regards to their licensed content like DBD and decided on their own not to renew.

Scott's video put it into a good perspective: https://youtu.be/nNVMXsn_l28

No, my guess is that this isn't something that BHVR planned to happen, but that's actually one of the reasons why it concerns me. It would have been nice for them to have worked something out from the getgo that would have avoided this situation. Maybe it wasn't possible, maybe it just wasn't considered. I accept that this is a contractual matter, and I don't personally feel owed the details, but it's a shame that it happened and I just hope that other licenses aren't similarly vulnerable to this type of thing.

Someone mentioned that maybe Netflix is planning their own game. With the next season due pretty soon (I would think?) I do wonder if that played a part in this.

  • No one should be happy about content being removed from this game. Not only is it selfish in the sense that it basically comes down to an argument of "I don't like it so no one else should have it", it's shortsighted in the sense that it tells game developers that this kind of thing is okay. The only reason anyone is giving for encouraging the removal of content from this game is "I don't personally enjoy it so definitely, please, get rid of it". That is so NOT the way people should be approaching this.

I hate the swamp maps. That's not a justifiable reason to request them to be deleted or celebrate their removal. The game will lose one of its unique maps soon. We need more of those, not less. And we, as the players and customers, should not have to worry that things we've come to love about the game can be suddenly yanked away forever. We need less of that, not more.

  • I'm looking forward to Pinhead, though I will laugh out of sheer confused bemusement if it turns out to be FNAF. I mean this forum would come UNGLUED.

I wonder about the timing of these things. I wonder how much of a calculated move it was to slip in the Stranger Things news on the eve of something potentially very positive. Pretty shrewd, I have to admit. So I guess, while I'm still not feeling very happy about THAT development, I'll be just as curious as everyone else to log in tomorrow and see what's next. Gotta move on.

  • No need to hate anyone. It's just business. Though for a lot of us it definitely is very disappointing.

  • @ProfoundEnding said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2435199#Comment_2435199

But it always could have taken place, at any moment. All contracts are temporary, not permanent. BHVR has to renew all of their contracts every year or two or else they lose the rights to that content.

You can be upset that this is happening, but concerned? Again, why be concerned? Why would this indicate that any other license will follow suit? Netflix clearly either asked for too much money or decided on their own not to renew at all because they're branching out into gaming themselves and don't want any of their own content to potentially compete with themselves.

The other licenses are not connected to this issue, in any way, shape or form.

I never said that the other licenses were connected. My point is that this has taken everybody by surprise, which would suggest that no one expected it to happen. Now that it has, it's quickly become a stark reality that it can happen again. If BHVR worked out a deal that allowed for some of the game's content to be removed, it's reasonable to be concerned that more content may be removed in the future due to potentially similar agreements.

Besides which, my point in these discussions has been less about the concern that it can happen again and more about the concern that positive or indifferent reactions could suggest to BHVR that we're okay with this kind of thing. It's my opinion that we should not be. We may not be able to control it, but we shouldn't just shrug our shoulders about it either.

    *things that didn't age well*

As for Modern Killers, we really have zero iconic or truly memorable ones off the top my head.

Horror took on several different forms since the days of the iconic horror characters of yesteryear. In the 90s, horror was about one-shot films and meta / comedy stuff like Scream. For most of the 2000s horror was of the "torture porn" variety. The emphasis was on watching people get killed in creative ways, not about inventing new horror mascots. The closest I think anyone came was Rob Zombie when he came up with Captain Spaulding, Otis, and Baby. And they were essentially in a mere two films (to hell with the unnecessary third film).

In the 2010s horror began seeing a renaissance with better scripts and more intriguing concepts. Don't Breathe, It Follows, A Quiet Place, Hereditary, the Babadook, The Witch, etc. It was horror for adults. Even stuff for the more jumpsacre crowd, such as The Conjuring, was a throwback to the old days of haunted house / poltergeist / exorcism films.

My point is that there aren't really a lot of modern horror characters for this game because horror hasn't really had the same trajectory that it did in the 80s and 90s when recognizable slasher mascots were the standard.

Why should it cause concern? This wasn't BHVR, this was Netflix.

And as far as I'm aware, Netflix does not have the right to any other licensed characters in this game (sarcasm).

First, we aren't privy to the specifics. We don't know exactly how this came to pass.

Second, it should concern people because...well, because it happened, that's why. When something like this happens, we can react happily, we can react with indifference, or we can react with concern. The fact that this is taking place indicates that it can take place again, and that should give people some pause. To just wave this off as if it's not a worrisome development is more cavalier than I'm comfortable being.

  • Thanks, that's what my understanding was but the word "delete" threw me. Just wanted to be sure.

Got similar comments from people I know in real life. Super aggravating because I hate the idea of working from the inside of such a broken system and basically being a "loophole finder."

Eh, lawyers don't get a lot of respect but I think that's because so many American citizens don't like the idea that everyone is entitled to a fair defense. As for prosecutors, I think people just don't like how much of the change they walk away with, lol.

Lawyers are a necessary evil, just like our justice system itself.

It was a blast, very fun movie to watch.

Just think of the reaction if Willy was added in this game lmao FNAF fans would be steaming.

It was definitely a blast. Like Killer Klowns, it was an absurd premise but all the actors (Cage in particular) totally committed to it. Great soundtrack, a few decent kills, and overall a movie that delivered exactly what its trailer promised. I couldn't stop laughing when the turtle was being mercilessly pummeled and his subtitled response was "My god, it hurts!" XD

I think that if, randomly, this property joined the game (and I would LOVE a silent, determined Nic Cage janitor survivor), people would generally be more receptive to it because it's an obscure horror film targeted specifically to adults just wanting to have fun and not the teen crowd that embraced FNAF to the point of obnoxiousness.

  • I have to give BHVR props for this campaign, I honestly do. I never would have imagined that someone could find so many parallels between these two franchises.

Did you not see the hidden frames on the TV static?

Willy's Wonderland is the next chapter.

I just saw that movie yesterday. I got a huge kick out of it. You want to see a stoic Nicolas Cage beating the hell out of evil animatronics in a cursed pizzeria in the most direct FNAF ripoff ever conceived? Boy is this the movie for you.

I am a lawyer actually- this post was a compliment to us :P

I actually seriously considered becoming a lawyer. I was told all my life that I argue like one, lol.

  • Just to clarify: Jonathan will be DELETED, or simply removed from the store to prevent further purchases? I thought it was the latter but I want to make sure I didn't miss anything. I'm not buying Jonathan for any price if he's going to be some of the content that disappears.

  • Why does everyone want to see lawyers dead and buried?

Because deep down, they're not bad guys.

Dont take that personally mate, it's just my opinion saying I dont find enjoyment with the content of this chapter. Nothing more.

Don't worry, I don't. And I appreciate you saying that. I do understand not liking certain characters or maps in this game, I just don't understand being happy about any of it being removed. At bare minimum there are other people who do like those things, and being happy about their removal is basically being happy that other people lose out on something that they love. More importantly though, I just don't want our community to be okay with this kind of thing. We can't prevent it, but we shouldn't be okay with it. If anything, BHVR needs to know that we don't find it acceptable, so they should do what they can to prevent anything like this happening again. NO player should be robbed of their favorite content.

  • I did happen to catch that in another thread but all the same, thank you.

As an animal lover as well these pet cosmetics are my wallets kryptonite ^^" I say keep em coming!

Yeah I saw the combination of "Meg" and "foster cat shirt" and I said "done". Though in all fairness I should probably be spending my money on actual real life animal causes, I need to be better about that. But there's nothing wrong with picking up a cool animal lover's outfit in a game at the same time.

  • I absolutely adore the Meg cat outfit. It made my day. Meg's one of my two mains (the other being Kate) and I was thrilled to see her looking spiffy with a stylish new jacket, beautiful golden hair, and a cute cat shirt. I love cats more than anything in the world (contrary to what my name would suggest, lol).

Speaking of rats, I would go crazy for Nea to have a rat cosmetic as others have said. More pet-themed designs, please. As an animal lover this makes me very happy.
