This is merely a question, but just for this OPs instance, would bodyblocking him like this have been any more special from the usual miserable things that killers do to secure kills?
I'm just giving this Mikey the benefit of the doubt here, but from his POV all the survivors had to do was open the door, and depending on how far this survivor was from the Gate, they'd just kill them normally or wait out the EGC. And any normal group of survivors would open the gate once they realized the killer has secured the 1K. This killer just happened to try this strat against a team of poor sports.

It's goodfor any killer really, except setup killers.
Even slow, cumbersome killers can make great use of it because it means that slow, chonky killer is going to waddle with CEETAINTY. A lot of people blow off just how useful certainty can be in such an uncertain game as Dead by Daylight.

As much as I'd love Docs TR to be bigger by default, I think things are better this way.
Docs TR directly related to Docs power, and despite what people may think of Doc, he theoretically counters both stealth AND looping...his kit is in a similar spot as Dark Theory imo; it would not take much to break so it's probably best to not mess with it a whole lot.
I think Wesker having a larger TR is an attempt to balance his kit which I'm sure will devour potato survivors. Hindered is no joke

Maybe dbd should just be a 3v1 game, because obviously the maps arent getting any better.

if Adrenaline countered Terminus, the whole point of the perk would be pointless. It'd be DoA.
Adrenaline countering Freddy is cool though.

there was one test that I felt pretty happy about the matchmaking after the initial clown fiesta. when the games werent blatantly lopsided, they felt pretty even even if one side was clearly winning that round.
Pretty sure the reason I've never seen that version ever again is because the matchmaking logic prioritizes queue speed over queue quality.

I appreciate info. I guess that's why I had put so much time into Legion, Demo, Plague and Nemesis. I've also been on the Lethal Pursuer+BBQ train since, like, ever.
Even though Legions power wasn't good before, I didn't mind playing a completely basic killer because I have info that survivors cannot fool, even if said info usually just tells me to use my Frenzy to bodyblock the first survivor I hit.

I preferthe Blitzcrank approach personally; oppress people with just the threat that you'll use your power. This has saved me many times because if survivors saw me use my Power, or heaven forbid realize that I'm on console, it wouldn'tend well for me xD

If I get way too high I will usually just play Nemmy or Legion. I enjoy just going where the game tells me to. I play a lot of people and like to switch it up
Pinhead is fun, I enjoy working in conjunction with the box. If you work with your power, your power will work for you. But playing him ages me I swear, so I can only take him in small doses.

His kit seems designed around bringing Ebony Mori and just tunnel and camp with zero repercussions.
Obviously he is more than that, but that seems to be the main appeal unfortunately

Bt, Guardian, NOLB, WGLF and FTP are all viable options for endgame plays. Noed changes make hanging around more tempting.
I'm liking NOLB in particular.

I used to have it on max but even at max sens we are at a disadvantage so eh, I have it around 80.
I thought 100 sensewould be mandatory for Trickster but I just wasnt feeling it.

I'm really not having too much of a problem against the super sweats.
Had a squad of 4 people all over P30 (top one was P47) and I still managed a 2K on Cowshed. Granted, I was playing Nemesis, not Freddy but still. I had a game where they took me to The Game as Legion and I did well against the top 3 people in Escapes on Xbox.
How do they know those stats?

I queue with on average 1 or 2 people and my games are....aboutthe same.
We get more 5 gen blowouts but eh, that seems to be more level dependent. It seems nothing gets done in the Garden of Joy.

Call of Duty:WaW was made in 2008 and that game let you link your game account to the forums and it tracked all your stats including kills, deaths, accuracy, heatmaps, favorite weapons etc. And this was a 360/ps3 era game

How would this even work? Rpd is almost 1:1 in scale, right? Like, a few doors are blocked and I think theres a 3rd level besides the Library, but how would you divide East and West and make them full on maps?
Just barricading the middle sounds like a killers wer dream and a survivors nightmare; survivors already DC enough whenever somebody brings a badge

Slugging is fine, but slugging for the 4k is kind of annoying because its wasting everybody's time.
I only go out of my way to slug for the 4k if I really hate that last survivor, and I'll always givethe poor 3rd guy hatch for his time but that's it.

thanks for acknowledging this issue. A lot of killer play styles I enjoy are locked behind addons, and I was worried that this new prestige system was going to make me lose some interest in killer as a result.
