That is a shame because i like your fundamental idea but i'm not in favor of still allowing a hatch grab. I also think the killer should be able to mori the last survivor without an offering or perk needed it should be a base mechanic. if you knock them down and they are the last person, you shouldn't need to hook them.

What happens to survivors that don't ultimately succumb to the entity or does everyone eventually break?

The whole point of changing the end game for a hatch play would be to eliminate a hatch standoff. If you have a hatch standoff both parties are equally guilty. The killer wants 4k and the survivor wants to escape and get 7k in blood points.

2 players are required for a hatch standoff. If 1 doesn´t want to play the standoff game, then the other one won´t be able to play it aswell. So yes, the killer can still grab the survivor.
See I like the idea. It offers the killer more time to find his last person and may eliminate the need to slug the next to last person down, but as long as it still can result in a standoff it isn't progress. If the option to grab is taken away it forces the killer to look for the survivor and makes the game more exciting. Some will look for the survivor others will sit and wait.

Different Platforms different tiers of killers. PS4 i see a wider variety: The Spirit, Freddy(i know crazy but it works), The Doctor, Hillbilly, Huntress and Nurse. I'm never stuck seeing the same killer in more than 2 consecutive matches unless people got a daily.

Since the killer has to host it is at their discretion to play that lobby or close it for whatever reason. If they don't like the lobby they don't have to play it. Unless we get dedicated servers you couldn't even track it or do anything about it.

I think the save files are more stable now but i would buy it from the store over auric cells. It is cheaper and you get something for buying the whole chapter. Kate's shirt, Dwight's bruised face etc...

I have said before DS should be used only for the obsession. If 3 others have it then they are out of luck and have 3 perks max. If you say hey that is unfair. 4 DS in a game against the killer is also unfair but they dealt with it for going on 2 years.

That is a cool feature on Xbox! So Spirit fury ignored the pallet and let Bubba hunt! Bug or working as intended because i got a swipe through a pallet as Michael with Spirit Fury it still stunned but completed the action.

I liked most of what he said paying for the weekly challenge with bp for bp seems ridiculous. I also don't like the swf idea as it would lead to more dodging. Maybe if the killer can see the ranks they play against(rank 15 killer play two reds 1 purple and 1 rank 20) The loadout screen should be hidden no reason for the killers stuff to be shown. This should have happened a long time ago.

I saw awhile back someone upgraded from ps4 to ps4 pro and said that it was different. I personally can't speak to it but if it is a better built machine with more resources it should in theory run DBD better.
