I just had this happen to me. Ran to the shack window, curved to get the fast vault angle and still got the medium vault causing me to get hit. I thought it was lag then I saw it's a change. Even though I play mostly killer I think that's proper bullshit. Might as well make it so every vault animation kills the survivor automatically via the entity.

Some basic survivor and killer AI already exists judging by the tutorial. The thing is it would probably take away too much of their resources to develop a full AI so we're gonna have to deal with the lobby simulator. Maybe (and hopefully) they're gonna make it happen in a few years, though.

What exactly got nerfed on him?

There are varying degrees of fatness.
Well obviously Bubba is somewhat overweight since he's got a belly if we look at it medically. I'm just saying calling him fat doesn't cut it as he's also got a lot of muscle.

Standards sure have changed. To me, he's fat... along with Jane and Jeff.
Overweight/husky/thick if you want to be nice about it.
So you see no difference between Leatherface and the Clown?
-
Leatherface is built like a powerlifter. Bit of a belly but also massive back, shoulders and arm muscles. Therefore I think calling him just fat isn't right.

Awwww, sad killer want his 4K. Still crying about the hatch :(
Killers can close the hatch, but nope there is still some people complaining about the hatch after 3 f*king years
EDIT: Grow up a little bit and stop being selfish
Guess what I'm gonna do in the future. I'll slug the last 2 survivors and wait for the survivor with less blood to bleed out before hooking the other survivor. No more free escapes in my games unless the survivor with more blood rage quits in which case I'll report them for disconnecting so enjoy waiting 4 minutes before I hook you.

This has probably already been said but if the last 2 were down then you probably should have wandered around to be absolutely sure where the hatch was first before hooking any of them
It was @ 5 gens so the hatch wasn't visible/had not spawned yet till the 3rd survivor's sacrifice and apparently it can spawn right next to the last survivor (who crawled away while I was chasing/downing/sacrificing the 3rd survivor)

Imagine a speeding Clown and his belly with balanced landing.

I used to dodge SWF a while ago as I got tired of the cheeky messages after every game but not anymore. It takes way too long to get a full lobby so I accept pretty much everything at this point.
-
Thanks for the kind reactions and sorry for that useless thread. I guess it just annoyed me because it was a hectic game and just when you think you made it and all your decisions were right you get that slap in your face because the entity likes to bully both sides.
-
I would totally buy that outfit in a heartbeat.

Chainsaw just needs a reasonable cool down is all. If someone can pick up the sticks, spam and kill survivors then yes, it's OP. Anybody can down all 4 survivors as Hillbilly/Cannibal.
Are you trying to say Bubba is op and/or as strong as Hillbilly? @WildDovami
-
@Nick how is Billy a M1 killer? His M2 is literally an attack and most Billies use it more than the basic M1 attack.

I remember a guy threatened to meet me in real life to beat me up. Said he was 5'6" and weighed 245 pounds.
I'm 6'4" and weigh 215. He didn't respond after that lol
Of course he didn't answer because he won the thiccness contest.
-
It's not camping when the survivors are swarming around the hook like mosquitoes. That's defending your hook. Let them talk all they want. If they don't do gens and rather try to aggressively try to unhook behind your back then there's no reason for you to leave. Simple as that.

They nerfed coop gen rush but buffed Prove Thyself...
Really, Devs...really...
They never nerfed "coop gen rush". The red bar that you probably think of merely indicates the lowered repair percentage of survivors if they are working on a generator together which has always been the case but wasn't displayed before.
-
Threads like these make me nervous at times. You kinda expect some invincible god survivors during the event but then I play some games and realize everything is just as easy as always. I've literally 4k'd for the past 25 games and no game lasted longer than 5-8 minutes. Bubba main btw.
-
Cheating = cheating.
Toxic in terms of games = purposely trying to ruin the game experience for others which is subjective and thus contains a wide variety of things such as tbagging, sandbagging, flashlight clicking, facecamping, tunneling etc. even if you personally don't mind those things.
-
I genuinely had no idea what the screenshot was supposed to mean till I read the comments. Prestige means nothing on this game. Hell, even ranks and game hours means nothing. I know multiple people who have THOUSANDS of hours in the game and still play like newbies despite being red rank players.

Yet the forum is full of people stating "as a fact" that Billy requires no skill...
It's a matter of practice: without addons first, then one at a time, then mixing them up and finding your optimal setup.
Mastering Hillbilly (which includes chainsaw flicking around loops and downing survivors doing so) takes a while but the thing about Hillbilly is you can play him like total trash, bump into every wall and still win more often than not. That's why I rarely play Hillbilly these days even though I'm easily better with him than 99% of all those Hillbillies that play on console (judging by the fact I'm the only chainsaw flicker on XBOX 1 who actually hits experienced survivors while flicking around loops and other objects.
If he was difficult to play in general there wouldn't be a million Billy mains at red ranks.

You must be new. Exhaustion perks got nerfed like 1 year ago. The same patch removed pallet vaccuums. Every killer that still struggles is quite simply bad at the game. Simple as that.
-
Every person on this planet can easily win using Billy so the answer should be obvious.
-
How are bad players supposed to get kills without noed?
-
Played 10 games today - enjoyed every single one of them. Only thing I hate at times are salty messages but that's a typical issue with online games not just dbd.

But lets assume you lost pressure . And what you suppose to do? Follow " dont tunnel" rule in order to please survivors?
Of course not. Tunneling is necessary at times but most of the time "gen rushing" happens BECAUSE all the other survivors notice you're after that one single player causing you to lose gens like crazy unless you manage to tunnel your personal object of obsession quickly enough.
-
Personally I think his chilli addons need a rework and his normal chainsaw movement speed should be 100% just like Hillbilly.
Also purple addon is supposed to be game changing yet his award winning chilli does nothing except for the crazy long tantrum.
Make his chilli addons affect his movement speed while revving the chainsaw.
Award winning chilli: +5% movement speed while revving the chainsaw allowing him to slowly catch up to a survivor who's trying to run around objects to avoid the attack.
Normal chilli (yellow): +2% chainsaw movement speed (stackable).
Combined chainsaw movement speed 107% allowing Bubba to be a real beast.
He still wouldn't get the map pressure of Hillbilly BUT he'd become the king of downing the survivor.
Other than that he doesn't need anything in my opinion.
-
Tunneling one person = 3 survivors doing generators.
Snowballing = nobody is doing gens effectively as they need to unhook each other all the time and everyone gets hooked every few seconds.
Result: Snowballing is the most effective way to win but requires considerably more skill and/or isn't easily possible with any killer.
Hillbilly, Spirit, Hag and obviously Nurse got great snowball potential. Therefore tunneling makes no sense when playing them.
-
The biggest "bulls*" hit I've ever gotten was against a Nurse at Lery's. She teleported behind a window, I was on the other side of the window (didn't vault the window during the entire game) and she still hit me from the other side even though there was like a few meters between me and said window.
I will never forget that hit. Still wonder how the hell this could possibly happen. Usually it's the vault animation that causes you to get hit especially if lag comes into play but since I didn't even vault it AND stood a few meters behind that window I can't figure out what happened there.
-
I'd camp my basement in real life
-
Getting to rank 1 was a joke back then. Pallet vaccuums, multiple sprint bursts during chases, brand new parts that repaired complete generators, twice the pallet numbers on some maps etc.
Nowadays there's deadzones in most maps and tons of unsafe pallets, many strong windows got closed or are rng based now etc. which means every survivor that lasts somewhat long in a chase now was one of those guys that you couldn't catch back in the day and all those survivors that go down quickly were those who lasted at least half a minute back then.
-
Only thing it needs is a slight change like:
"There's a maximum of 2 tokens instead of 3 and both tokens grant a 8% speed bonus each (instead of 5%)"
so basically you would gain 1% speed over the current version of PWYF and you would lose less time getting the tokens since it's 2 instead of 3 making the perk actually useful and less of a meme perk.
-
Instructions not clear enough - now stuck in the fridge. On a serious note: I like playing most killers and against most killers except for the killer that takes 0% skills to win with - Hillbilly.
-
Legion moves at 115% so they made the stun longer than Nurse's stun to prevent people from getting easy downs by canceling frenzy behind the survivor.
-
Bubba is a majestic man of great strength who will keep up with a truck even with an injured leg and dance in the sunset wielding his beloved chainsaw.
-
Only a God-Hillbilly (who can break loops by chainsaw flicking effectively) can play and win without ruin. You wouldn't like playing against that kind of Billy either as he usually snowballs like mad.
-
Ironically Doctor can be a stealth killer if you don't use treatment mode.
His normal terror radius is 32m.
Using his calm class 2+3 addons and staying in punishment mode results in a 20m terror radius. Now add his own perk "monitor n abuse" and you get a 12m terror radius in punishment mode allowing you to sneak up on people especially when they're healing if you use nurses calling.
Ninja Doctor: Monitor Abuse, Sloppy Butcher, Nurse's Calling, Ruin
-
I don't play Legion since their change. The new frenzy is a high risk/low reward concept which is utterly useless against decent survivors.
-
Wraith aka BingBong?
-
I think something is wrong with the matchmaking - again. I'm trying to play killer but have to wait like 10 minutes for people to get into my lobby and they always happen to have random ranks (everything from 1 to 20).
-
The devs aren't going to get Jeepers Creepers licenses due to the thing about the director of Jeepers Creepers being a pedo or something like that if I remember correctly.
-
Despite your intentions of stopping toxicity towards the developers you're basically just running against a wall like a rank 20 Meg because people who act disrespectfully do it regardless of wether they get called out for it or not as they're not in control of their manners due to poor socialisation and/or bad personality.
-
If someone disconnects early in the game I kind of go easier on survivors so everyone benefits from the game which means 100% no tunnel/camp/slug. I don't farm, though. Way too boring and takes too long.
-
The emblem system requires you to have a full game. If 3 people disconnect and 1 survivor dies on his first hook - do you think that deserves a pip? I don't even expect a safety pip if the game ends in less than 5 minutes.
-
He never said the character model is supposed to look at ghostface. He said spinning the camera shouldn't work because you're supposed to "stare at him for a second".
If the character model of survivors were supposed to look at him for a second he could stalk survivors while chasing after them and get an instadown every chase.
