When console players will stop asking for dumb changes (like legacies, the PTBs, the chance of changing their name), and start to riot, then maybe, just maybe, things will change.
-
Yes, let's add another in-game mechanic second chance!
-
The saltiest player I've ever found was on ps4. I was playing billy and down him. Put him on the hook, they hook rush him, he tries to bait a borrowed time hit, I wait then down him, I pick him up (since I could afford a ds at the time) he misses, then ragequits. Now, since at the time I had messages blocked, he kept following and unfollowing my account just to try bothering me (because there's a pop up coming out), he did it for 15 minutes.
-
No garbage, just more boring to play as than before. She's also more boring to play against.
-
In case you didn't know, they let fog whisperers try out Ghostface before his ptb, and they didn't find any issues...
-
Matchmaking doesn't work, they keep lying to us about this "6 ranks hard cap", but basically there's a core issue. Since even at green ranks you get matched with brown rank killers.
also the new rank reset worsened everything.
-
They do exist, tho they get matched with yellow/brown ranks killers.
-
Lower ranks you mean around yellow ranks? If yes, don't bring it anyways, it's a trash perk and low level survivor are easy to catch up. If you mean red ranks, then no, nobody sabotage at high levels, except few times when survivors meme.
-
Yeah, the only reason it's worth buying it is basically because you get your auric cells back, is kinda "free".
-
There are many perks and game mechanics to address tunneling and camping.
-
Unless they put the good ol' choke like in F13, otherwise no.
-
Not only camping is a legit strategy with many downfalls, but you didn't point out any punishments for killers, only survivor buffs.
-
"Fake grabs" have be proven bugged and not latency based. Also doc insta grabs are easily counterable, just need one survivor to bodyblock while another does the unhook.
-
You don't know anything about the game. The only way someone could change your mind is by letting you play more, specially at red ranks, learning all the core issues of the game.
-
As killer it makes you lose many games, you're right.
-
What? Never had fps drops issues, and I might show you some of my shots (nothing crazy of course), if you need to change your mind.
-
Trapper has potential to be very strong but his basket hinders him. Michael is a M1 killer with one shot, the skill ceiling is clearly higher with trapper.
-
DiPa is the nickname my friends like to call me, while the Ya comes from when Kanye West was about to drop the album Yandhi, so I did a kinda mash-up.
-
if the map itself is already based around 3 gen, like azarov's resting place, then yes, I keep those 3 gens. Otherwise I just play the game and try to 3 gen only if survivors split the map. Some gens also are in trash position and should always be left (like grim pantry, where completing the gen actually helps the killer).
-
At an unsafe dropped pallet (like the one near ironworks of misery window) waiting on the same side of the pallet, the killer tries to mind game couple times, then reaches me, lands a hit but I dead hard, killer hits the pallet and I vault it.

Add more ranks. I'm tired of being at Rank 1 and not knowing whether I'll be playing against potato's or really good players.
Before adding more ranks I'd rather fix the whole rank system, making it unique for every killer. Also their rank matchmaking it's already pathetic with 5 rank tiers, I can only imagine how much worse could get if they add more ranks.
-
She's probably the most used survivor, along with Nea, she gets many outfits and also has some of the best pieces in the game (the naughty girl short, purple cords and others).
-
I've said it many times: for how the game works, rank rewards would only increase the sweat in the matches (like always SWF or slugging killer), and once you reach rank 1, most people would stop playing to avoid deranking.
-
Sackface for the win.
-
I don't know about this chief. Probably not the fairest thing, and also it would be like cruel limits, RNG based, in a three gen on some maps might be strong (even tho 16m is not that much in this game).
-
Because even if survivors are the stronger role, they still get the strongest perks.
-
heh, I mean it's fine, it still might get buffed without breaking it, but I'm good with it.

Mmm yes me running around forever and not mending is indeed a buff. Especially since I can't do anything until I do mend.
Mmm, yes wraith and Freddy no longer able to counter active borrowed time is indeed a buff.
-
In the meantime borrowed time received its 5th buff in a row, but okay, survivors being nerfed.
-
As somebody once told me, the have hired 6-7 people for balancing the game and bug fixing, and 20 people in skin design.
-
The unbalance of the game and the obnoxious lobby queue are probably the cause of the bore I get while playing the game. I've come to a point where is no longer something funny but rather something I've had to do. Thanks god I'm taking a 2+ weeks pause from this game, like in every love-hate relationship.
-
They removed his insta grab, which was his only good thing.
-
Most of the maps already mentioned, plus Wreckers' Yard. I swear, not only strong loops, shack is in the middle, with the window facing towards a pallet loop (giving you the chance of saving shack pallet). And also, every time (and I've tested it several times) AT LEAST 4 out of 5 totems spawn in LT walls, between the pile of tires.

But only in this case? Adrenaline exists
We're talking about a very niche situation. Otherwise self-care is pretty useless, those 32 seconds could be used to repair a generator. Basically you should heal only if everyone else is injured, if you want to go for a save, if you know the killer is a stealth killer (ghost face, wraith) and you're in a bad position without any repositioning perks (sprint burst or dead hard).
-
The only use I can think of is a last minute heal, in a solo match, during egc, everybody is injured and someone's on the hook.
-
Dead hard can't be countered most of the times, no changes were made since its release (except the QoL exhaustion change). Also PWYF is a trash perk anyways, and you know, you can just drop pallet early. Why people don't just adapt rather than asking for nerfs?
-
Well depends, as a Huntress it's pretty boring facing yellow ranks who don't even look behind, so you basically stop predicting movements and you go for boring pallet throws shots.
-
I reached level 70 before Xmas and since then I stopped playing DBD. This 2+ weeks pause is needed after all the ######### I ate in the last months. I don't even care about the double blood points event, that's how much I enjoyed the rift.

Thatd be interesting if they actually worked i wonder why that was never a thing.
It's way easier for them to stick 5 pictures over the screens, rather than creating 5 actual cameras able to react instantly (also only the two facing the gens would be useful).
-
Pretty much useless. A p3 claudette on McMillans will hardly be seen, with or without the T H I C C fog.
-
Most likely non-DLCs characters, since they cannot force people to buy anything to complete the Tome and expand the lore, even the 9k shards characters. That's imo the biggest limit of the rift.
-
Not only hatch closing helps ending the hatch standoff, but it's also survivor-sided. You wouldn't believe how many 3Ks I did on Lery's because the fourth slugged survivor picked himself up with adrenaline (because adrenaline surely isn't op), then he outplayed me guessing the right door.
-
No, it wouldn't make sense to have 0.5$ worth in-game currency, no game has it. Also, do not mock people just because they disagree with you.
-
When you get BHVR'd so many times in a day, the last one usually leads to a DC.
-
If the survivor is on third hook, yes.
If killer has noed and it's near, yes.
If few seconds remain, yes.
If the killer is F tier or somebody I don't fear, no.
-
*shrug*

You really didn't read well. You invented that. I didn't say that the community asked for a battle royale and their devs did. I say that fortnite looked for the best for the players and made the right choices.
You also invented the "aimbot" part. It's a hack, banable on any game. Maybe you are refering to the aim assist. If you didn't know, DbD has it for killers. Aim assist was made in Fortnite for controllers because it's very difficult to play shooter games with them. Also crossplay is enabled when people from different platforms play together so in their match they will get paired with ither squads with the same conditions making it fair. (you see how good does this soind for a gamer and attractive to play?)
And finally, your point abou that they just get money from the ingame shoo doesn't have a lot of sense, even more, it gives more points to fortnite, because even for being free, people decide to do a little support. DbD is payable on base game and a lot of DLCs plus the ingame store aswell
Aimbot or aim assit, no matter how you call it, it's an unfair advantage for console players. The aim assist of DBD isn't comparable, since it's rather a disadvantage for killers.
I say that fortnite looked for the best for the players and made the right choices
Your definition of looking the best for the players? Many competitive players liked many mechanics which where later removed, in order to help less skilled players, which is exactly like DBD.
And my point about the skins is true, you can easily google it. All the money comes from V-Bucks, in-game currency.

You ASSUMED what I was talking about, which means you didn't actually READ the topic. I suggested that items never even leave the survivor's hand which, again, absolutely nothing to do with the dupe bug
Don't try to act defensive either, by your own admission you (and accullla) didn't even read what my post was about before you started commenting, which lead to an attempt at thread derailing. Accept it. Learn from it. Move on.
AHAHAH, no. Even the ######### mod misunderstood you, tell me how someone should have understood what you meant from these two lines, tell me please:
"OMG more survivor buffs" No, this is how the offering should work. Even keep the damage applied to the item, but this rare addon is entirely worthless if the killer decides to bring franklin's.
You don't make any mention on how the counter should work.

That and collision boxes
Yeah, maybe one day I'll post a thread of huntress' hatchets inconsistency.
