It's the killers' spine chill: decent but very overrated.
-
Next time play less optimal, if you see you can close the match, just don't. You should rather be stupid, hooking the survivor instead of slugging when you see the last survivor.
-
If you want good people at red ranks then get rid of 5 gen hatch.
-
Once again, otz, praised for his unusual and off-meta builds, shows that the only way a killer can fight the gen rush is tunneling.

Pls dont encourage more baby spirits using stridor... :C Thats just braindead on her and really anoying.
If sounds wouldn't been bugged there wouldn't be any reason to run stridor.
-
I mean, today I had a discussion with a person on how the report page was kinda outdated, then the post randomly disappeared.
-
Well, I don't think that load out is right for a green rank.
-
Gideon's, safe pallets everywhere.
-
it's always been the only counter to gen rush. It's impossible for a killer to win 12 chases before 5 gens.
-
Too weak in early game. A decent amount of survivors can easily loop a pure M1 killer, denying you any hit.
-
Yeah, i guess
-
If you want to be stealthy all you need are spine chill and iron will, maybe also sprint burst, which I wouldn't call bad perks.
Being stealthy or immersed are not the same thing. Hell, try playing huntress on a big ass map like temple of purgation with everyone playing stealthy, you will most likely ragequit, since you hardly will find anyone.
also, people can choose how to play, ya know?
-
There's no solution. With devs openly admitting that they expect killers to lose 2 gens early game, they are basically accepting the major flaws of the game, hence probably not gonna do something about it in the near future.
-
They promised something they couldn't do in time (just like a teenager with his essay) and that they didn't know how to do. To save their "credibility" they released testing servers as ready-to-work servers.
-
Definitely slower I think.
-
You get the behind prison bars avatar after your second rules infraction.
-
The only broken one here is adrenaline, all the others are either fine (even tho sprint burst is pretty strong) or just trash (already nerfed balanced landing or lithe).
-
Considering current meta it's a bad build.
-
The answer is not related to balance at all.
I openly asked about this (and other issues) on a thread (you can click on my profile and check the thread), and the answer directly from peanits was basically "I don't know". Now, we could talk for hours on how this is not an answer you should expect from a developer, but basically it was removed because whoever change maps decided to remove it.

Mhm... why only when they DC? To check if it was accidental?
To see why
-
Only if they DCed.
-
Yeah, playing survivor is so unfair, smh.
-
I don't know, I still haven't played Lery's after yesterday hot fix. If that super strong window and pallet set-up at the corner is still there than is pretty unbalanced. Also the old super safe is back so :/

Most peole dont know that. Especially potatoes.
It's not the killer's fault if survivors are idiot. Even if these screams are added, nothing will change. Smart people rush gens no matter what, stupid people roam around the hook even with kindred.
-
Low quality bait, plague being OP is a much more realistic rant.
-
Blinding at a pallet break is much stupid, it's not as useful as it used to be, since survivors aren't super strong like before and instablinds have been nerfed. Maybe only blinding as the killer is stunned by the pallet might be decent.
-
If that's the tile introduced with Ormond, then yes. Pretty strong tile for survivors, with a guaranteed fast vault anyways. Rather than remove it I'd like to nerf it a bit.
-
It was increased up to 5 seconds when enduring used to counter it. Then for no good reason, after the enduring nerf they left the same stun timer (I actually asked a dev about why the stun timer was never reverted, and he pretty much threw a bunch of excuses on how (for whatever reason) reverting the stun timer was never planned).

Except the traps ARE NOT RNG.
A key is placed when a trap goes on. They have to pick. It's not RNG, its luck.
Can you say its inconsistent because people can get lucky? Or guess right? Yes. But s key IS in a SPECIFIC box. Thata not RNG removal. Its RNG key allocation at best.
Yeah, that's what I meant. Calm down, no need to caps lock.
-
Maybe if they made more killer challenges, lobbies wouldn't take aeons to start.

Noed, rancor, stbfl, deerstalker, nurse's calling, devour hope
noed can be cleansed even before it activates, same goes for devour hope, deerstalker hasn't a great impact over the game, it just shows you downed survivors aura, at best with deerstalker you might figure out where the downed survivors are crawling (their team mates), nurse's calling doesn't help you in chases, rancor is trash (boi in a thread you literally said that), stbfl is decent but nothing comparable.
-

Survivor perks are definitely much weaker than killer perks. Besides, perks aren't the reason people buy killers.
tell me a killer perk that can have the same impact of adrenaline, decisive strike, dead hard or unbreakable.

Trapper: Ending chases fast
Clown: Ending chases fast
GF: Ending chases fast (and believe me, he does that REALLY good)
Myers: EW is just a massive tool of map pressure by itself, once you reach Tier III you will have survivors biting their nails off
Leatherface: Ending chases fast
Pig: Ending chases fast, plus, RBT helps slow the game down a tad.
Trapper: needs already stetted traps before
clown: no, what he does is getting pallets dropped earlier
gf: I believe you
Myers: having tier 3 doesn't mean survivors won't touch gens
Leatherface: only if you're out of position, otherwise needs a correct zoning before
pig: rbt are completely rng hence inconsistent, also, pig's dash doesn't help her so much, all you have to do is leave the loop as soon as she crouch

BHVR will learn something from this matchmaking situation, that low rank killers tend to drop the game sooner if they go against high rank survivors.
-
No reason to play nice. If you want to win, you have to do it.
-
Rather than pay to win, I'd say that they're trying to sell dlc characters with auric cells.
but at least they made the shrine perfect to use the perks for the challenge (finally making clear that shrine is not rng).
-
if you don't have a problem, then there's no problem at all, seems legit.
-
They tried to nerf ruin pop, which was basically the strongest gen slowing combo a normal killer(excluding plague with dying light and thana or forever Freddy) could run.
-
Because ruin is still a hex, that's why.
-
No. It's not an end game perk, it's a hex, it's not supposed to last long.
and if you consider hex perks end game perks, then old ruin was better anyways, since it granted passive gen slowdown, rather than active like new ruin.
-
Nobody plays Adam or Jeff. They made skins for kate, nea or meg, the most used characters.
-
Eh, at least we have to super exclusive event skin, which are even worse than reskins, just a lame graphic over the weapon/clothes.
-
Hmh, they told us they would removed exclusive, tho they made these event limited skin, which can be easily obtain by just logging in. So we have limited skins, with no effort at all, LUL.
-
Tunneling a trapped survivor as pig is more hindering for the killer than for the survivor.
-
They already reduced the difference between perk tiers (like noed or devour level 1, months ago didn't grant the oneshot), considering also the blood web change, the tier removal is (in this particular moment) an overkill.
As for buying blood points, it's a really bad idea, one of the few good things this game has, it's not being p2w. Unless you could purchase blood points only with shards, this could be acceptable.
-
Got my emulator full of retro games.
-
Bot would be worthless. In whatever online game, the only way to have useful bots is to make them unfair.
When devs will make playing killer somewhat less stressful or enjoyable, then queues time will decrease.
-
Clearly an exploit, just like the hook tech, both use unintended inconsistency frames.
-
The worst it's ever been is probably after the demogorgon was released, when, due to spaghetti code, red rank swfs would always fight rank 20 killers. What we are experimenting since a month now, it's basically bad matchmaking but also few killers remaining.
