He doesn't have a slowdown on his bottle anymore. He did when he was brand new but the devs realized the penalty negated any ground he'd gain with his gas. It was removed ridiculously fast considering how long some fixes take in this game.
He still has the slowdown for actually throwing the bottle.

Maybe if the devs balanced the game more then there would be a lot less DC’s.
First pic is obvious, the killer brings an ebony mori so the SWF bails presumably after the offerings screen. I’d be a bit annoyed too if I wanted to play with friends and the killer brings ebony because they see SWF.
I see survivors DC against killers with notoriously OP add ons. Like prayer beads, extra blinks etc. I’m not condoning DC’ing but I can see why they’d DC. Why stay in a game where you will be slaughtered when you can join another one in less than a min?
Yep, deranking SWF just looking for fun and got all annoyed they found a killer that could bully them back.

EGC is heavily killer-sided... I'm not saying it shouldn't be, but survival rates are below 50% from what I've seen.
with that in mind, stop worrying so much about one little tactic left for survivors to mitigate some of their risk, the ball is still in your court.
EGC means a door is open unless the Killer has already beaten you. Super killer sided.
-
Yep, just totally throw any pressure you had right into the toilet by leaving what you are doing and going to open the door yourself as killer. Pogchamp
-
I'm just going to start slugging people who obviously give up to die on the hook. Play the game through DC baby wannabe.

Did either of them have Plunderer's Instinct?

They’ve never been fair because they give zero indication that she is approaching. It’s just free generator grabbing. Sure Spirit has counters in the form of perks like Iron Will and Spine Chill but you don’t know the killer you are going against.
There is no reason to use them unless you want to run an extremely OP stupid build.
The ONLY time I will equip Prayer Beads is to get the trophy for pulling survivors off of generators or when I specifically hate a team I’ve gone against before (even then I don’t need them, I use them to be an annoyance).
Ugh, having to equip two of the best perks in the game because they work really well against two of the best killers in the game? Life is rough for Survivors.
-
Wow, I read the posts before actually looking at the photos. So I was expecting swearing, injury threats, death threats, unwanted sexual intercourse threats, yeast infection wishes, etc. You know, only SOME of the things I see Survivors throw around in the chat all the time.
He called you guys toxic, swf, losers, and low ranks. Big toxic, much wow.
Edit: Oh excuse me, he called you garbage too. Totally equates to what was mentioned above.
-
The number of people who didn't actually read the OP and just keep parroting the points covered in it is quite telling.
-
But think of all the extra tracking the Nurse would get from a Very Rare add-on that inflicted the Hemorrhage effect!
-
I think they messed up sound occlusion again. Spinning your camera around gets really weird when it hits walls and things that like.

Not ALL R1 Killers are ELITE Nurse players.
Nerf Nurse though.
Honestly, one of the worst parts about this whole thing is the Survivor Main advocates on the forum already openly admitting to being ready to go after Spirit next. For the betterment of the game and the enjoyment of everyone, of course.
-
@KaoMinerva said:
Funny, when it's time to BALANCE around R1, it's making the STRONGEST killer weaker, yet SWF, GEN RUSHING, LOOPING, ETC will have to wait!
#NotAllSurvivors are sweaty SWF. We can't possibly balance around them!
-
After Button and Block add-ons, it wouldn't even surprise me at this point.
-
Ultra Rare: Lethal Blinks inflict Hemorrhage for 60 seconds
Very Rare: Lethal Blinks inflict Blindness for 60 seconds

So WHERE did i mention loops? Ah right, NOWHERE. So whats wrong with you?
So what game mechanics are we talking about being "outplayed" in regards to the Nurse and the Spirit, hmm?
-
@MegsAreEvil said:
So you really want to deny that nerfs for the killers were needed? Sorry, but that only shows low understandings of the whole game balance. Killers who can outplay game mechanics arent well balanced. therefor i will tell you next target will be spirit. and thats totally ok.
So which rule number is "Thou shall be looped." In the Survivors' Rulebook for Killers?
-
I'm probably going to be using Ruin, BBQ, Pop, and MYC. Going to be taking full advantage of the teleport as much as I can.
-
Watch them change something seemingly small and play it off as no big deal(like slightly reduce blink speed or something), but in actuality, it completely destroys Nurse.
-
Not recently, but quite a few times. Usually it's because my eyes and ears work.
-
The devs said in the stream they have no intention of changing Freddy anytime soon.
-
@GrootDude it's 120%
Complaining about the Legion vaulting is such a joke now. They practically snail over.
-
Evil Incarnate.
It's hard enough to catch people after stalking forever and then salty bois DC when you grab them.

@brokedownpalace said:
Don't you ever get sick of complaining?
I'm not complaining. I'm sharing the enlightenment of how great the block add-ons are!
-
Run No Mither. You'll literally never be slugged again.
-
I don't care if they introduce crossplay, but I doubt they get it to balanced. PC players will always have a significant advantage unless they plan to optimize the hell out of console really soon.
-
This is what happens when you cater to crybabies and set a precedent of rewarding bad behavior with Killer nerfs.
-
Did you actually test it to see if the cooldown was removed, or are you referring to a cooldown not being mentioned in the perks description?
Because the cooldown was missing from the description last patch too, but it was still in game.
-
Hey man, it got OG Freddy and Legion nerfed. If it ain't broke...
-
What was the thought process regarding the changes for Freddy's Block add-ons?
-
Pretty good job so far
-
Where else would I get to laugh at hilarious Survivor bias?
-
A Dev has already come out and said that the obsession is picked at random because only Survivors are allowed #CoUnTeRpLaY, not Killers.
-
Legion is in a good place[for Survivors] after their rework.
-
*last second switching intensifies*
-
@Gardenia said:
And why are all 3 tiers the exact same numerical values, of 20s for one basic hits?
There aren't any differences. This perk should be looked at
The difference is the length of the cooldown, which is missing in the perk description for some reason.

So now you’re insulting the devs because people disagree with you? You can’t expect people to take you seriously.
I don't. It's quite clear their agenda is to punish players for not playing the way they want. All that talk in the other thread about fixing the reasons why people DC, trying to justify DCing, and straight up admitting that campers/tunnelers would be taking karma hits.

Its truth. Idc what anyone says. The devs dont know what's best for their game. They're proven that much
So, again, you don't have an argument. It doesn't matter what your opinion of the devs and their rules is. It is their game to make the rules for and you agreed to follow them or suffer the consequences when you check, "I agree" to the ToS when you first loaded up the game.

Disconnecting from a game isnt always breaking the rules.
Oh no? Feel free to share where the devs said that and which instances aren't breaking the rules.
-
How is getting banned for breaking the rules unjust?

You think people disconnect purely for that reason? That's not very open minded or logical. People dont leave because they can. They leave because something is happening in the game to invoke extremely discomfort and unenjoyable experience, so much so that they bite the bullet of screwong their team and leave.
Yes. It is very logical. The chance that people will do something wrong goes up significantly if they know they can get away with it. If you and your friend continually shoplift, but then your friend suddenly gets caught and goes to jail for it, do you keep doing it? Is there not a single doubt that the consequence suddenly realized effects you at all?
People leave for the dumbest reasons because they can. Downed? DC. It's a killer I don't like? DC. Ran into the Killer? DC. Killer outplayed me? DC. Introduce some consequences and suddenly those issues don't seem so bad anymore.
Honestly, quit using DCs as an excuse for your agenda to get people to only play what and how you want them too. Accept that some things are just in the game and move on. Or don't and leave.
-
@MySpaceBarsBroken said:

Obviously that would be compensated by the survivors votes towards the killer holding less value. Banning is not a healthy solution when the reasons for disconnecting are so common and vast
The reasons for disconnecting are so common and vast because there are no reprecussions to DCing. If any little thing annoys someone, they can just leave because it doesn't matter. Once you start introducing penalties to weigh against such behavior, those reasons suddenly become less important.
-
It's a LF with two gens left, no ruin, and you are on your first hook.
Looks to me like he is salvaging the best he can from an already lost game.
-
Besides the obvious No Mither, probably Sabotage. Too much time not on gens.
I love seeing Autodidact, just when used properly. Under the hook with the killer coming back isn't the correct way to use it.
-
Why would we want justification for the ######### slow vaults that allow Coldwind loops to be infinites?
-
Steam already has Saw and Halloween bundles that have the base game and those respective DLCs.
-
*two weeks after release.

@Tzeentchling9 nah...I think we should still go with the OG of "Still plenty of time for Freddy to get "Freddy"ed
@LordGlint You are right, still plenty of time for that too. But the possibility getting "Plague"ed happens first. "Freddy"ed doesn't happen until two after the release.
-
Still have plenty of time for Freddy to get "Plague"ed.
