That statement holds no weight in this debate. It is an extreme statement and is pointless. You didn't even try to make an effort and bring up points relevant to the discussion that would be productive and go against my argument. By just saying a non-sensical and unnecessary comment. Good bye.
Dude. People have pointed out your flaw in your argument multiple times in this thread. Just admit that you and your teammates eff'd up and the fault is on you. NOED is fine. I admit it is irritating when it activates, but the perk itself is fine.
Don't want to die on NOED? Then go find it and cleanse it. Or cleanse all the totems before last gen activates. End of discussion.
-
Why not go all the way, then? Let's remove all the perks from Killers. As they seem to be too much of a hassle for you. This way you can do all your gens in peace and get away from the trial. Problem solved.

I’m not entirely against the one-hit-handicap perks, the ones mid game, except for end game (Noed). My situation is that all gens were done, i was the last survivor, left on the ground, crawled away while everyone else died on hook. Adrenaline activated after hatch was closed and healed up with med kit. Got to an exit after Blight boosted away, then probably 5 seconds left while opening the door simultaneously, opened the door, ran several steps in and got one hit and died to end game collapse. If i somehow found the hex, my location would be discovered, and time was already ticking away so no time for that anyways. My argument is that if one survivor remains, especially if hatch gets shut/gates are open, then Noed should not activate. All that effort mid game, to make it to the very end to get one-hit is exceptionally frustrating. I'm simply stating why i personally would like Noed, re-worked, nerfed or preferably Removed and having a debate on this post regardless if people agree with me or not, it's a debate post and nothing more.
Since we are doing this, why not go all the way, then? Let's get rid of all the perks from killers. They make the lives of survivors too hard in this game.

Grades have nothing to do with Matchmaking. So it does not really matter if they are Iridescent Grade or not.
I know. But they do still have some indication to the rank. And I can see when players are above my skill.

With the DC penalty and how broken the game is; it's literally dying. People in fb groups don't seem as enthusiastic or excited about the game. My friends and family members won't even play it and went to other games. It's hard to find matches even with cross play on. It's sad how fast the game went down hill.
Funny thing is, this game garners more players now that it has ever been. So no, it is not dying. Maybe you need a time off.
"It's been making it harder for console players to find matches. And my one friend who dced twice went from 3-10 min to 11 hr."
That's on you. I'm playing on console and PC and haven't had any issues finding games.
And that DC penalty is your friends fault, truth be told. If he/she has a bad internet, then he/she should not play any online games. Not only does he/she ruin the game for her/him self, he/she ruins the game for 4 other players on the game.

Short answer: No
Longer answer: Hell no!

Just yesterday I had a Bill literally doing circles around the hook until the survivor went into struggle. Seriously, he wasn't looping or anything, he just stayed circling the hook waiting for me to hit him, but why would I?
Funny, how they usually are Bill's that do that.

How would you describe the DBD community in one word or sentence?
Well... Better than Overwatch community.

To be fair, it's not like half the kilkers are going leave the hook anyway.
But, you're not wrong!
Truth be told, there has been multiple times that I would've been saved from the hook, or could've unhooked myself. But it was impossible because some nitwit wanted to loop the killer around me and trying to make a cool looking rescue.
Newsflash, in my ranks, YOU'RE NOT OTZDARVA!! Like, literally! You are not that good of a player!

I'll agree that SoloQ is suffering, but MMR has a lot to do with it also it seems. For example, I don't consider myself an amazing Survivor and on top of that I rarely run meta perks. Which means most of the Survivors in my Survivor games look like this:
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/MP9K63FWCLBB/p1.png
(Yes I was doing a sabo Archive)
On the other hand, I can't queue up as a Killer without seeing something like this:
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/SB6M6EFYAIBD/p2.png
Every single game, no matter what Killer I play, it's three of those four perks on every single Survivor, with that one exception here and there.
This just proves that BHVR's MMR is not working as it should be.They should just shut it down, because it makes the argument "ranks don't matter" even more relevant. If the ranks don't matter, then why have any kind of MMR? Their MMR just makes it so that THEY. DON'T. MATTER!

Are you sure you've been in a chase while you dropped down? Was the killers music in "chase"-mode?

You must be new at the game. Dead dawg is a guaranteed win against solos for any competent killer.
Or, maybe you're just bad at this certain map. I can safely say that my win/lose percentage is around 50/50. Both, survivor (playing mostly solo) AND Killer.

@Hoodied said:
Keep it that way, maps too damn small
What map have you been playing? Dead Dawg probably is/has been the most balanced map in the entire game.
-
Ok. I can understand that he got buffed recently, but could BHVR make his bell so that it doesn't sound like it was always being played right next to you when he really is chiming it on the other side of the map? You know? The farther it is, the more quiet it is? Doppler effect?
-
Oh,
god no....

I dodge lobby only when it seems that there is a blatant, most probably would-be toxic SWF's. No matter what the platform is they are playing on.

As an Overwatch veteran... A lot!

Because they want to play a game

All about control and if you can take it.
All about your debt and if you can pay it.
It's all about pain and who's gonna make it."

Do people in this thread not realize that if SWF got nerfed or removed from the game, a lot of players would not play anymore???
If it would mean that the tbagging trolls, whose sole intent is to only cause misery to other players and especially de-moralize the Killer players would leave? Then yes.
Edit: Just ended a game as a survivor, where I was solo and the other 3 were really blatant SWF. They were all wearing the same outfit as Claudette. The Killer was rank 17 Hillbilly at autohaven wreckkers, I was rank 12. The other two were rank 18 and 20, and the third one was rank 5.
Those three did nothing but harassed and bullied the killer as I was just trying to get out as an adept Kate (just to collect my trophy). And not only, they had 2 map offerings for Autohaven Wreckers.
Not only did these three d-bags ruined the Killers game, they also ruined mine because the Killer had enough and he/she DC'd when we still had 3 gens left.
-
Holy crap! Has anybody seriously ever escaped this map?

Actually, that would be interesting to see him/her to team up with Ghostface to take on Entity

Yeah, on console (PS4), the lagspikes have returned when this double BP event began. Not as severe when RE was launched but still noticeable.

Well, I can see Freddy, Michael and Pyramid Head getting tired of following orders, but the ones who would truly grow a conscience and feel sorry for the survivors are the ones who went through a lot of suffering, such as Hillbilly and Hag.
Yeah. Actually, those two had a really sad backstory to them.

so they finally reactivated the DC penalty?
Apparently... Because I just got one. And first it said on the post game listing that the Killer left, but after that, I got the DC penalty. Even though I didn't left the game.
