I’m sure they can work with it. Even if it means charms clipping through the string of lights
-
It’s always been this way for me since I got the game. Killer wait times are about 20 seconds to 5 mins max and survivor wait times are 5 minutes minimum up to 50 mins even
-
I often use Hex: Ruin and when that fails I use the good ol trusty never lets me down uninstall.

Full gen gentap w/ high frames + 0 ping (tutorial) [recorded today]:
That is the most inefficient way to gen tap. No wonder it took you 2 minutes to do.
Youre supposed to hold it for at least a second. And let go and repeat so you spend more time doing the gen and less time doing nothing. The way you showed it, you spent more time doing nothing than actually working on the gen.

Casual players can finish it, just requires more work than usual
If it requires more work than usual it’s not casual anymore

The store didn’t have a Leatherface mask D:
Why buy one at the store when you can use your neighbor’s face

Because I think a challenge should be a Challenge. And not become super-easy by some bypass so that everyone can get it without putting any effort in (playing a game as Survivor or Killer is no effort).
Just imagine you play a videogame and have a difficult Boss. I will simply use my Nemesis: The Fume Knight in Dark Souls 2 (I hated this guy). Now imagine, you try it 10 times, and afterwards, he is automatically gone. Kinda cheap, eh?
Or to use a DBD example - after failing the Daily Challenge 5 times, you get it for free. Yay?
If you want a challenge they are there for you. Your rewards will become available for anyone after the rift pass ends anyways so no one but you will know what you got for the challenge. Why make someone else that doesn’t have time for those go through the same. I’m not saying give it away easily but at least have some limit where you have to get a certain amount of challenges done to at least guarantee you finish the rift pass. The rest can be done by daily tier skips. That way its not screwing casual players over. And everyone has a fair playing field.

some of these challenges seem so situational.
like flashlight blinds? I play both killer and survivor. Red ranks in both and I don’t remember the last time as a killer I have been flashlight blinded because I know better to be aware of survivors trying to get flashlight blinds or just staring at a wall or object to prevent it. Other times I bait the flashlight blinds and 80% of the time I always get a free extra hit or down on the flashlight saver.
On top of these extra tedious challenges you also have to wait for queue times. A lot of people including myself only have the weekends or maybe 1 hour a day to play which is like 2-3 games. Making it impossible to make any real progress.
Im all for the rift pass but making it more casual friendly would be great.
if for example there is 70 tiers. And the change of 1 free daily tier skip for a daily challenge is implemented. Then may give us 60 days to do it. That way we still have 10 tiers to actually grind for.

Hag or doctor. Doctor is just for meme builds and Hag is just Hag. Don’t like anything about Hag so I completely skip her.

Yes. Pretty good marketing honestly. We invest $10 in return for 1,000 Auric cells, cosmetics, blood points and unlimited battle passes as long as you don’t spend the auric cells. Fornite did the same thing. Keeps players occupied and coming back while they release new dlc and cosmetics outside of the rift pass that people will buy. People that wouldn’t have been there if they didn’t come back to complete the rift pass.
-
Really hope they increase the time frame I’m going to be gone most of the week on the week it releases. I’d have like 2 days to do the event for both full cosmetics.

I play nurse on console and I dominate every game. Nurse is difficult to learn took me a couple months of trying to learn her and giving up but eventually I stuck to it and once I did it she became extremely good. This is definitely a nerf.
-
Just need more practice looping and he’ll be no problem. Majority of the time I play against Myers I loop him long enough for his Tier 3 to expire and make him waste it just chasing me. He is not pay to win. He is not even the best killer. Every killer seems overpowered when you’re still learning the game. If you do everything you possibly can and you can’t win against a killer. The killer is better than you or your teammates are bad or both. Just keep practicing and you’ll be able to destroy killers.
-
try following the streamer you saw it on and asking if no one here knows. I tried googling and couldn’t find anything.

I remember being excited about this a year ago and still nothing. They’ve made some improvement but no 60 FPS

They could think of something. I was thinking maybe something with tracking survivors with anyone who hears his whistling (terror radius), a berserker rage of some kind, maybe even getting random buffs the more pallets you take as stuns or something, etc, etc.
Whistling terror radius would be great lol.

Rick Grimes confirmed as Stand alone survivor
Perks: CARL! = When hit shows his and the killers aura.
STAY BACK! = Kicks Survivor trying to unhook away from the hook if hooked.
This isn't a Democracy = Rick is unhealable by all other survivors, but can heal others 33% faster with or without a med kit.
CORALLLL!!!

Probably leather face. And do basement builds.

I think they are really just trying to throw ppl off at this point. they learned last time to not follow ppl to early as to not give any indication for the next chapter
I figured they would stop doing that eventually but why make Tony Hawk public instead of a private DM. Maybe they like to tease? I’m sure Daryl as survivor would be huge. We’ll just have to wait and see I guess.

Or they just like walking dead?
Pretty good timing since the new season is out in a few days. PUBG just did a cross over with TWD. So it’s not too far out of reach.

I waited to collect 1 MILLION BP to prestige my meg for the 3rd time, I had her originally at level 16, then I used all of the million BP and got her until lvl 45 lol, I was told if u get a million you can prestige, I guess it changes once you prestige once
Nope. 1million will get you to like 30? I think I used to know the level but it’s around level 28-32. You need about almost another 1mill to get to 50 after that.
To get from 0 to P3 50 you need a total of around 5million and some

On release day it was like every other game for me. Without offerings too.

Devs finally reworked a killer that is decent. Let’s not put him in the list of unused killers.

Horrible? Not at all, who cares about gens when you can harvest spook juice?
Horrible, especially when the killer would see you so you make a run for it and loop the killer for 10 mins and by the time you get hooked no gens done and other survivors are making use of your offering for spawning flowers and sucking them dry leaving you to die on first hook or using all of them while you are being chased and hooked. You either end up dead on first hook or dead on 2nd hook with no flowers to use. Offering wasted :(
-
And to mention no one did gens since they were all searching for those flowers, horrible time to play solo survivor.
-
Legion, Plague, and Ash
-
If you really really want him, buy him with 9,000 shards. Legion is not in a good place right now.
If you stay around green ranks and below you’ll be okay otherwise I would advise against it.
-
My friend was spamming the ready button and it crashed me and my other friends game on PS4
There was 3 of us. The friend spamming ready didn’t crash.
-
The general advice I’m getting is just save portals for mid-end game. I’ll try this out tomorrow and see how it goes.

@Larisa said:
set up one somewhere near your spawn if there is anything importnant like a gen or exit gate and move on finding prey. lol. you don't have to place all portals in the beginning. doint it would be 10 iq move. it's not like portals benefiting to the chase or anything. so you need to use them as the means of tranportation to hook, warm gen and so on.
a lot of survs still don't watch behind their back while running away so shred is working good against most survivors. even some red ranks forget to look behind/ just play more
My games every survivor has been looking behind while running so baiting it makes them turn left and right causing me to catch up and it makes for an easy regular hit everytime. Lol.

@HatCreature said:
I don't think you're doing it right, you don't waste nearly as much time placing 2 portals as you do traps.
My strategy has been not to activate my portals in the beginning and only use them later on when a few of the gens get done. Unlike most Killers Demogorgon benefits from the Gens being completed as his pressure gets tighter. Placing and using the portals around the Gens that are left are where his strength lies, that and near hooks but not necessarily near hooks but near the popular loop next to the hook.
I had a great match on Springwood, not sure which one lol they had gotten rid of the hard to reach Gens in the school and the house making the only ones left the ones out in the open. My portals were already set up by them so it worked out perfectly when they had little places to go between the gens and the hooks I was placing them on; it wasn't impossible for them to get away but the map made it difficult.
I can see Corrupt intervention being good on Demo for this reason, place your portals near the blocked Gens and then teleport to them when it looks like they're one of the few options left for them to do.
My first couple of games playing with demo I forgot about his portals and I got 4ks and once I started using portals it went down hill with 3ks but barely like all gens got done and just barely got the 3rd. I feel like it’s more of a hassle to use them than it is to forget about them and just M1 everyone normally while walking around the map. It gives me the same feeling legion does, the “why even use the power if they’re injured” type of feeling from legion. But in this case it’s why use portals when I can easily find and track survivors.
