    That's why I ask.

ps: you will if you use addons. Also you don't see "new" blood atm, no?

You will be able to see blood when you use an ultra-rare addon. That all thing with "new blood/old blood" is a lie, devs confirmed it as a bug and said, they will remove it.

my only problem here is bugged scratchmarks :D

Bugged in what way? If you are talking about their delay/going in the different way, that they should, it is designed that way.

going in different way - no, they're designed to follow survivor. If they do (when they do) it's a bug.
delay is problem, yes, but I can see it being shadow implemented as buff to survivors. It should not have such big delay, but nothing I can't live with.

The bugs are numerous, but my concern is them simply not being seen on some tiles or under low grass for some random places. You run behind surv but see no scratchmarks - I always wonder #########.

ps: i hope for promised buff on predator

  • wow

played ps4 all event. Never seen killers camp gens. Lots of times seen sabotaging hooks (what for? killer won't come to it and will just pop you on closer one).

All aura reading perks does not work on her.

ok, what about other side? can you see her using OoO or do you see her husk? or do you see nothing when she's in spirit form?

  • hi, all killers are viable against solo survivors, wraith with good perks is terrible to go against. More so when new update will come up.
other killer have more "reliable" powers.

at low ranks people don't know most weaknesses and don't have all perks. Once they do you will be frustrated. I suggest you to switch to survivor until rank reset at that point. Learning curve in this game is insane.

Pig is fun but not too strong. First I suggest you buy chainsaw massacre's leatherface - he has BBQ and Chilli which makes grinding twice easier on killer. Also requires bloodwarden to do well. Did you manage to buy it last week?

I also suggest to find some pals to play it with, swf and not makes a world of difference. At the beginning you might want to stick to teammates that won't sandbag you for fun :)
but at ps4 right now it's going to be ok - lot's of fresh meat.

ps: I personally suggest you to get Myers first, as his most needed perk (Monitor and Abuse) is achievable with what ps4 bundle offers. For pig you'll probably need to buy Freddy, as his bloodwarden makes difference between good pig and scary as ######### pig.

  • If you didn't do gens and didn't help teammates who were hooked or injured = you won't pip.

The best way to farm points and pip is to do 2 gens with someone else and keep killer busy for few minutes. Getting on hook also counts, but more risky.
Doing 2 gens with someone else ~8k points.
    Escaping 5k
do totems and heal teammates or yourself
and run killer for one minute
    ~ 20k ez.

Why do gens? because it takes two minutes to farm 8k points and double that if you have "we gonna farm forever". Also adds points in emblems, afaik, making it really ez to pip.

ps: if you think you can't rank up with only doing gens - you're not correct. Emblems give points for simply staying in killer terror radius even if he does not find you. Even with 0 in those, you can pip and farm chase points by simply standing in basement.

You're not a female, are you? I don't know what's in your head, her small breast is boucing, even she wear bandages.

    Are you an asian female?
What being female has to do with anything?

White straight male. When I look at her I only see pale corpse. Dismembered, at that. Hair is cool and spooky. When you play her - you only see pale hands. When she uses mori, all you see is angry female trying to scream with no sound. How can any of the above arouse anyone? For normal people it's just a monster.

On your other argument - if girls look like bear (Anna) or rags (Lisa) = it's ok. If they look what you think is beautiful - it's suddenly bad? I don't see you make any arguments on trapper, but if you look at him like that he looks like a pro stripper - only lower half of the body covered, big muscles, etc. I don't think she's beautiful in sexual sense and if you do - you just might have a problem.

  • ugh
    the bait is real

ps: you really need 1 msg accounts for each bait thread?

  • Calculations : killer suppose after hit, survivor tuna in straight line for 2 seconds. Gains 12 meters (boost from injured) 4.6-4=0.6; 6 meters in 10 seconds.

Irl of course killer moves slowly, but normally not enough to catch up. Unless survivor takes turns or goes to pallet. Usually more than 10 seconds.

  • BT and urban evasion. If it's not open field, get as close, watch stupid teammate attempt save and wait for a perfect moment.
assuming you want to save teammate. SB is optionally good, if you're actually able to unhook with crouching.
normally even those do not facecamp.
If their at least little smart they will defend you from grab.

Otherwise genrush is best option. Too bad if it's survivor on hook when all 5 gens done tho

ps: remember, it's killer objective to kill you, and hooked survivor is perfect bait. 3 survivors is a loss to killer. With that strat, even if he dies, he will on average survive 75% games. more, if he learns to loop (or, preferably, break LoS and mindgames)

  • I would agree on time you get up to have some invincibility frames until you can move, since you don't even have chance to use deadhard if you have one.

Otherwise no, you ######### by being hooked, your team ######### up by being slugged. No free escapes with "enduring" BS.

In all games there's always a perk/skill which is used by everyone. And no, it's not the 99%. Many players rather bring a medkit and use that 4th slot for something else, which is logical if you are good enough to only need it around 3 times.

That would be true if it wasn't false.
I've seen players use both: medkit and SC, since SC increases medkit efficiency.

I won't argue on "many players". Maybe. I dunno the stats for that one. From personal experience: I see many claudette with both medkit and self-care and use it in such combination when I play Claudette.

And no, unless it's broken, it's not "always" used. In dota2 you see different compositions and items. Because they're balanced and used in different situations. In Starcraft you don't see everyone only play Protos.
You normally see "meta" but meta is dependant and CAN be countered. So they're used more often but NOT always.
But you see the combinations are used always if they're broken. PharMercy in overwatch, AWP in cs:go, Pirates in Hearthstone, etc.
You see it because it's imbalanced and so high off the power curve, that it MUST be fixed. Otherwise it will stay at top charts.

Going back on topic to the actual poster. I think that it's mostly so certain add-ons can't be abused for the killer. Mostly super and ultra rare items in multiple games. But also I think there is no real counter to them. Killers have Franklin's Demise to get rid of survivors entire item + add-ons. Well as long as they don't have a chance to go back for them, they've also at times seemingly disappeared from existence when going back for it. Also it may just be me but I think most of the killers add-ons have a much higher effect than a survivor add-on in most cases.

    ^ mostly this

Killer addons have much more Impact, the higher in quality they are.
While survivors have high impact with such items, it's only high because the matches are short. It's issue of game balance not the items itself.
And whatever Items they bring, it does not make it easier to survive the trial specifically for them. It makes it easier to finish the objectives or help other survivors, but in the end if exit gates are not opened, only 1 can survive. With odds like this, what would you feel if you bring purple toolbox only to be first to be found and facecamped?
For killers, on the other hand, the objective and thing addons affect is the same. So better addons = more chances to actually kill all 4.

I know that logic is kinda twisted there but it still holds.

ps: I would still prefer to have a way to farm those addons, for example by doing ritual in-match to keep addons or get new ones.

  • @powerbats

flashlight saves are still possible on console, where you don't have enough speed with maximum sensitivity on killer.

There is difference between meta and broken.
let's say in WOW, if there are 3 different classes as top = that's meta. If it's more viable to take 3 of the same class instead = that's broken.
Having top 10 essentially be the same perks, shows it's broken. It's broken beyond repair. That's why it's cheat, since with the perk the game is basically easy mode.

I'm not even starting on counters. There are none, provided are "soft counters" at best and can counter only 1 survivor at a time. Cannot counter 2. makes it useless to waste 3 perks to counter 1 out of 16. In asymmetrical it's beyond cheat.

ps: lol, show me where am I solely insulting?

  • That's a trick question.
Entity wants trial filled with hope and despair. The more "clutches" there are, the better it is for entity. It needs strong hope and strong despair.
While both can be achieved in a long session, it's ok if it's short session filled with tension moments: grabbed when doing gen, from locker, saved by borrowed time, gen rushed, killed by NOED and caught in the hatch to be moried. Session like these can be five minutes but would be more interesting for entity.
Compare it to long squadette immersion session, where they don't do gens and bleed out on hooks.

you'd think there is a problem if you bring 3 perks to counter 1 perk from survivor. what about other 3 cheat perks?

ps: like nurse's calling stops self-care in anyway at high ranks

So because you don't like the otehr sides perks they're cheats rigggghhhttt. So since survivors don't like NOED, RUIN, NURSE's etc that makes them cheats using your logic. The killer might have this perk well that means I need to bring this one and so on. Well then what if it's this killer, well then I need to bring this perk.

Also if you don't think nurses calling doesn't help with sc you're in denial.

    1) learn English.
    2) I don't like imbalanced perks. you like them? gtfo.
    3) killer perks have to change game. Survivor has to adapt. Not the other way around
    4) survivors don't like anything
    5) NC does not help. Survivors counter it OR survivors use it. It helps only against noobs who heal not under pallet loop. It does not stop/slow/hinder healing in anyway and if you are that close to killer, killer can hear you anyway. it's only useful on wraith, since he hears worse in spirit realm
    6) Survivors have perks that counter specific killer = ok. Survivors have perks that counter all killer + specifically counter few killer + change gameplay = cheats. If you don't see this, you're in denial.
    7) Noed, ruin = are balanced. Ruin should be buffed, tbh. Had problem with it only once, because killer was laggy af.
    8) you didn't refute this point:

you'd think there is a problem if you bring 3 perks to counter 1 perk from survivor. what about other 3 cheat perks?

    in any way

Talking about someone's English followed by the most atrocious grammar ever...

Also search the definition of cheating.. Using a perk isnt cheating you twat.

you don't know English too, apparently. Since you don't know how to read. I never talked about grammar.
    right back at you, twat

May wanna chill there on the insults/name calling, or edit it out. No need to stoop to another's level.

Technically, they are correct. It isn't 'cheating', per se. VOIP SWF, for instance, is cheating, because it's using a 3rd party software to gain an otherwise unobtainable in-game advantage via out-of-game software.
The term you're looking for is 'cheese', 'cheap', 'broken', or anything of the like.
Plus, why are you taking them seriously when they don't even do you the courtesy of reading your full posts and responding to your full posts, only nitpicking tiny inconsistencies?

    you're correct.
well, I mainly respond to see if they have any viable arguments. I'm kinda curious of balance in asymetric genre and what people think is balanced or not. Having constructed arguments is good for that.
Last few posts though were "you seem right, but it's already rebuted. - where? - in the past - where? - in the past"
guess this mine is exhausted for now

ps: the term I was implying is "cheat-like" which is "cheat" in it's short form. The way it brakes balance is beyond simple "imbalanced".
having perk in all top ten used builds and being at the top of use for years just proves it.

Besides, like I said, quit dodging the fact YOU as a Killer screwed up and LOST TRACK of your prey in the chase. You still get a small reward for injury by the Survivor having to waste 25 seconds of time healing.

With perk: you have to tunnel. Then you complain the killer was tunneling. Logic

without perk, killer can avoid tunneling to stall the game and actually hunt survivors like he needs to.

Also, you say that, but survivors are given 3 seconds of sprint burst while killer is halted while he looks at the blade. This mechanic should already tell you that killer is not supposed to always catch someone in chase. Given position of pallets, gyms, corners to hide from LoS, camera position, etc, it should be obvious that survivors have to use it to survive. It should be strategically possible to leave person and go for other prey and have strategic decision. But, alas, as long as there is SC, you must tunnel. or people will just instaheal.

And if you do, people will call you tunneler. And show vids where huntress tunnels people and then complain that NOED is OP, because she suddenly tunneled first person and others were not even hiding or using stealth, just relying on looping.

    ridiculous bullshit

Oh come on... I’m not complaining he tunneled. It’s literally the most optimal way to Kill someone. He would have been an idiot to not tunnel him. The fact is that even though he DID tunnel, and it took him roughly 10 minutes to do just that to kill ONE PERSON. If it takes you 10 minutes to hit ONE PERSON 4 times, you are doing something wrong. Most of all if you are a higher tier Killer like Huntress.

If that had been been other Killers, I’d have understood.

Normally? yes. But remember you're in autohaven. There are freaking props that bounce you back but not survs. What this means? you physically cannot catch survivor who's running around it. I'd not be surprised if this was that surv. I had seen many loopers, but some of them run exactly with speed of killer.
I was playing doc and meg was running around car 3 steps away from me. Not enough to hit with lunge. So we run until I get closer. 4 ######### circles. Because she was running around it faster then me. And simply decided to drop pallet otherwise I would not be able to ever catch her. And yes, I was running very close to borders, as close as killer can. Some survivors are simply faster than others, what can I say.
No, I believe it's possible not to catch those bastards in 10 minutes because of situations like this.

Your “counters” for NOED are just a paltry as Survivors whining that Enduring and Unnerving Presence are “counters” to DS.

So what? We just all hide while the dude she hooked slowly dies while we sit there with our thumbs up our arse? Just wait out our inevitable death cause “might have NOED!” That’s laughable. Nobody knew he had NOED because the last guy she hit down was before the last gen popped. Also, I didn’t say he camped, he tunneled. Even with tunneling the crap out of the first dude he caught, he still took all 5 Gens worth of time.

11 nearly 12 minutes of time is not a Gen Rush. Are you kidding me? You want Gen Rush, here :

    First one : 4 minutes 10 seconds

Second : 5 minutes 50 seconds (WITH RUIN!)

    THOSE are Gen Rush matches.

Also, no he didn’t use Bloodwarden or late game strategy.

Lastly, Play With Your Food is an obsession perk. Those perks are designed to be a risk/reward perk. You take a great risk with PWYF (Letting your obsession go, or not even finding them) in exchange for a great reward if you do. It is a hinderance if they SC. They waste time healing. Not as much mind you, but it’s a frigging PERK, it’s supposed to be good.

I agree it needs something to tone it down, limited uses would be a nice tone down so they can’t just blow it over and over. Over-reliant Survivors would fall to pieces just as well. Injuries would carry weight, 25 seconds and a self care charge. That’s 25 seconds of someone off Gens. Besides, like I said, quit dodging the fact YOU as a Killer screwed up and LOST TRACK of your prey in the chase. You still get a small reward for injury by the Survivor having to waste 25 seconds of time healing.

how in the world are they partly? They disable perk before it activates OR they disable it after it activates. You can also not get hit and avoid killer. You can help the tunneled survivor OR you can let him die. 1 kill is OK, you're not on comms. Should you let him die? if it means 3 get out - yes, since if you try - all 4 die. Overaltruism is bullshit.

If you want direct counter - use Hope.

And to compare DS to NOED is bullshit. If you say breaking totem (or all dull totems) is not counter, I don't know how to talk to you.

DS - escape killer grasp. No downside, no way for killer to counter. Enduring reduces time of stun. So, instead of escaping 100% of time and stunning for 4 seconds, they stun for 3 seconds. Which is what, counter perk 10%? laughable argument.

Unnerving is even more BS. It counters it how exactly? the effects are all up and hitting skill checks is not counterable by killer in any way. Making it hard is the same as using hex:ruin. At some point survivors just start to hit all great skill checks. Because, oh #########, they're not hard.

DS is more bullshit that NOED, I agree. Though that doesn’t mean NOED isn’t bullshit either. Killers can “disable” DS as well by Dribbling, or if they get lucky, hook them at the exact moment DS hits while they are in the hooking animation. Doesn’t mean it’s worth a damn really. You can also avoid DS by never chasing your obsession and avoiding them all match.

NOED is a bullshit perk, DS is an even greater bullshit perk. Doesn’t change the fact NOED is bullshit as well.

Hope is not a direct counter. It’s a soft counter. There are two types of counters : Hard Counters and Soft counters. Hard counters flat out stop it. Soft counters soften the blow, but help.

Dribbling and getting lucky on the hook animation are hard counters to DS. Enduring and Unnerving Presence are soft counters to DS. Getting rid of dull totems is a soft counter as you may not get them all. Getting rid of NOED Hex totem is a hard counter. Hope is a soft counter, it counters the Killers speed boost, but not the instant down.

Dont be so black and white about counter or no counter. Both have hard and soft counters. Both are bullshit though.

DS can be on all 4 survs, nothing new here

NOED is not BS. Never use it though. Simply because it's unreliable in my opinion.

Well, you told be about enduring, but you don't accept Hope. welp.
dribbling is no hard counter. It's not stopping DS, it only makes it activate later and is very situational, since you need to be near hook.
And lucky on hook... please, just, don't.... Like getting under rock to avoid being grabbed is counter to camping hook.
rid of all totems = hard counter. Not getting rid of all totems is not an excuse to call it soft-counter. It's like saying pizza with cheese is bad, because if you don't put cheese in pizza with cheese it tastes bad.

You want Gen Rush, here :

    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=8Kbtr4xM67o
    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=j9dM4oNPA18

The devs could come on here and post data points and yet you'd still claim those data points were wrong. The top ranked killers and survivors could point out the errors in your post yet you'd still claim them to be wrong.

I will answer later, since I'm busy, but this one point :D I just can't... :D

Ok, let me show you this.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S5ZvLlza6IM

    18:20

    top used perk: self-care
top 10 survivor load-outs = 100% use SC and SB, varying only 3rd and 4th perks.

also, could not find exact stream, but here is discussion from it:
    https://steamcommunity.com/app/381210/discussions/0/1700542332320207723/

simply put: 84% of survivors pick the perk.
You also have to remember that not all survs have it when they play. That would be totally different number.

So, now that we're done with stats, do you see that you're wrong on this one? :D

ps: and YES, they claims were, in fact, wrong!!! :D

    2) If everyone sees the perk is imbalanced than maybe it should be looked at. i've looked - it is imbalanced.
    3) No, survivor perks have to counter killer AND help survivors adapt; killer perks have to change the game to make game harder for survivors. Right now it's the other way around, it's imbalanced bullshit.
Where did you see me hate logic. refer to 1.
    4) I've seen survivor mains complain about everything. Per se, if you mean they hate everything at the same time - no. Each "group" hates it's own thing, and each survivor is in multiple groups. There is not a thing that survivor mains do not "hate" -___-. refer to 1
    5) 1. they don't. Since survivors started to assume NC, there is no reason to. 2. reread what I wrote (refer to 1) they heal when they're near loops. NC does not stop it, killer going for survivor stops it. At which point NC's kinda useless.
    6) Never seen killer perks counter anything on survivor side perks. You did? Also, for killer to use 3 perks to counter one (out of 16) - BS definition to me.
    7) You can disagree if you have arguments. Both perks are totems and have counters. What's your argument?
    8) Being imbalanced = cheat's to me. Having to bring perks to counter survivor perks is imbalanced. It's simple math 4 cannot counter 16. Especially if you need 3 to counter 1.

I read what you wrote but you're using the same flawed arguments again and when confronted with facts that refute you go back to more of the same.

Just because you claim something is imbalanced or a cheat doesn't make it so.

Barring the other points, as Powerbats said, I’ll tell you now that NOED is not balanced. Ruin could use a tweek to make it less susceptible to be made irrelevant that is true.

NOED is a crappy cheese, and the only perk I consider a crutch for Killers. It a cheesy “Comeback” perk that rewards failure. Sure, the game isn’t balanced and Survivors are too strong, thanks to Gen Rushing being too easy to pull off, thanks to Looping making it a nightmare to catch anyone. However that’s not justification for a perk like NOED.

Good Killers can be cucked by bad map balance, bad mechanics, unbalanced Survivor perks, this is true. However the opposite is also true. Killers who are legitimately bad at the game can easily get carried hard by NOED. Killers that absolutely do not deserve to get much can get a ton.

    Take this Huntress for example:

    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hwMKJtVdFeY

Couldn’t land a hatchet throw to save his life. Missed even regular swings. Spent the whole match just trying to tunnel one dude out. Got one other person... Then NOED. Snowballed the whole damn team. You may use the defense of “break the totems!” I did, but only a SWF can coordinate knowing if they broke all 5 totems. It’s really unrealistic to expect 4 randoms to make sure they got all 5 totems.

I for one would rather the balance the game and get rid of crutches like NOED. It’s just not fair legitimately bad Killers can get carried by one perk. Same as DS, it carries bad Survivors.

Side Note : Honestly when it comes to SC, they just need to give it limited uses. The whole reset to zero thing is kind of stupid imo. It’s the Killers fault in the first place the Survivor got away and was able to self care. YOU as the Killer failed to track your prey properly. The problem with self care really is how little it means to be injured while body blocking. The developers just need to limit it to 3 uses l, so Survivors have to be more judicial.

Lastly, Spint Burst needs a change that you have to be running for 3 seconds before it activates imo. That way it doesn’t just cuck Ambush Killers so hard.

Knowing devs, they probably going to implement totem counter or make the sound global for survivors. They were planning to buff solo, see no reason they won't do this thing.

DS is crutch - it has no counter.
NOED has counter - break all 5 or break hex once it's activated.

in the vid survivor obviously didn't do it. Did not hide and made mistakes during chase. getting one hit at this point is ok in my opinion. Hiding near exit gates when you expect killer to come is the strategy to use. (+1 more strat to use at this point) since the killer won't camp gates -_- Plus she did not camp hooks. Survivors healed when she had noed. under hook.
In that game, survivors could really up their skills and not make mistakes like that. Because of this pile of mistakes you get what you see. Expecting NOED at end-game is basic.

also, your point is basically: "bad killer allowed to do all gens so he should not be able to punish us for rushing gens". Which is.. strange, at least. What if he was using the strategy to kill one person and then use late game (noed/remember me/blood warden) to kill remaining 2/3 ?

your point about SC is also invalid. Why do we have "play with your food" in the first place?
Letting injured survivors go and focus on other survivors who are more threat (doing gen in your face/has toolbox, flashlight/ tbags) should be acceptable and should not be just "take 25 seconds to heal". Without SC it would take
    1) finding another survivor or medkit
    2) running to the said survivor or checking boxes.
    3) hiding away from killer when he passes by.
SC makes all of the above invalid.
No, as a killer I expect them to get healed. But I also expect them to be hindranced (not sure of the word to use, so "making up" words) by it.
With SC killer is FORCED to tunnel survivor. And so, survivor are complaning about tunneling, fully knowing that they are causing it in the first place. Because time to hit another survivor is, strictly speaking, bigger than 25 seconds.

    3) killer perks have to change game. Survivor has to adapt. Not the other way around

    8) you didn't refute this point:

you'd think there is a problem if you bring 3 perks to counter 1 perk from survivor. what about other 3 cheat perks?

    in any way

1.I know English just fine but apparently you totally missed the sarcasm where I stretched out right.

2.You mean you don't like perks because you don't like them. Just because you saw a perk is imbalanced doesn't make it so. also the only one who should do option 2 would be you because you apparently hate logic.

3, All perks are used to change the game, not just 1 side because you say so. Both sides have to adapt to each match since killers, addons, items, perks, maps are all different.

4 "That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.” – Christopher Hitchens.

Did you magically do a survey of every survivor player in the game to be able to back up that claim? We both know the answer to that one.

5.So if it doesn't help why do top ranked killers use it then? I mean if it's such a worthless perk why would they even use it. Again we both know the answer to that one so that's another false claim.

Also it doesn't stop that's true but if the survivor is within the killers terror radius the killer knows where the survivors at. So the survivor has to stop the healing thus NC does in fact stop, hinder, slow SC.

You also can be outside the killers audio range and not be heard while healing but if within the terror radius the killer will know you're there..

6.Both sides have perks that counter specific players on the other side or did you conveniently forget Hangman's Trick to counter Sabo Jakes or sabo anyone. That's just one example and if we use your logic since the killers have perks that counter specific survivors and perks that + cheating. So by your logic that'd mean you're in denial.

7.There's quite a few killer mains on here that'll disagree with you on that claim as well as quite a few survivors. I'll leave @SovererignKing to explain how the 1st part of your statement is wrong.

8.That's your opinion but so far I keep refuting you. Also perks aren't cheats no matter how much you want to complain about them. You don't have to bring 3 perks, I've seen killers run Nurses and do fine without any other debuffs. I've seen killers not use it and instead run other perks they like and do just fine.

Lastly the devs are already going to fix SC so that if you stop the heal the progress is reset to** ZERO**. If after that you still can't deal with SC then the problem is you not SC.

    1) but you don't read what I write. What am I supposed to think?
    2) If everyone sees the perk is imbalanced than maybe it should be looked at. i've looked - it is imbalanced.

Honestly reward proactive killers make being hooked as a survivor carry a permanent debuff for the trial that reduces action speed or gen progression. This make tunneling less optimum as you will be rewarded better for hunting other targets.

Every time devs try to come down on camping it's only made killers more toxic. This idea slows the game down which is badly needed. Promotes anti tunneling which this game could do with and plays better into the theme of the entity slowly devouring your strength and hope.

It´s not that killers become more toxic. But most killers are fed up to be called out on using non camping perks like BBQ and MYC and still be called a camper.

I don't know how often you play as a survivor, but i've seen MANY killers running BBQ and still camp really hard.

If survivors hide from the evil aura reading? Surprise! Killer will think they are all nearby.

if they camp the hook, it's their problem. There is also PGTW, OC to do something with gens, so there are options.

  • it's "balanced" because thanatophobia, mangled and freddy "slow down world" are doubling the negative bonus.

It's balanced. Not fair, but balanced (c)

The problem is not the perk. It's okay in my opinion. The problem is that killer cannot do anything about it: he can't stop you from healing in front of him. No SC during chase and 10 seconds after - good enough to make it much less annoying -___-
I mean, they did it to freddy =\

  • it's ok.

@JammyJewels I recommend you familiarize yourself with the current numbers so you realize how ridiculously OP your suggestion is.

The 9% increase in sprinting speed for Meg is the same value as one of the end-game focused perks gives. The 9% Vault speed increase is the same as Spine Chill, or near enough to it if I remember correctly. I'm just trying to pitch forth an idea and would happily see people make adjustments to those numbers. But these are focused on descriptions and the vibes I got from them.

Oh, you were replying to the other poster in my thread.

@Orion what speaking about the numbers I suggested or possibly the current in-game numbers. I tried to make the values similar to the values given to survivors by perks already present.

    lol
    wanna go through numbers then?

9% in sprint increase. killers have 15% (normally) compared to survs. add 7% hope
    killers cannot catch surv. never

Actually ,other numbers are too rediculous to even talk. 10% increase in repair speed? combine with all other perks = 54 second on generator :( solo. nice.

  • Play something else. Civ5 is good I heard

on fear factor: anything, if given enough time, stops being scary. Tension is this game created by difference in skill and this is what matters. Depth.
The problem with killers: they're very limited by game rules. But if those rules are released.. when they are released* killers are going to be way to horrifying for new players.
Until they find a way to lessen the curve they need to limit killers -_-

  • If you have limited time, I suggest you to take it slow and enjoy the games rather than think about farming. You do NOT need perks to win, although they help. You see, you might not like the game if you do it that way.

if you take it slow, you will eventually unlock all perks, it's not a problem. Rather, I suggest you to play the survivor/killer you like the most and switch, once you sick of them. Preferably after lvl 40 ;)
If you keen on farming tools: Leatherface and David are your first choice and anything works after that
