@Jack11803 These kind of features have been asked hundred of times to devs. Tbh as I stated above, the only thing we have left is to wait and see. We basically talk to devs on a daily basis on discord, and we're pretty much out of topic as everything has been told and they basically tell us to wait to see what's next.Supposedly, the next patch update should make some ppl happy. THey may even fix the hit detection on SB, not allowing that kind of stuff to happen :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjCOpo2TqhsPossibly fixing insta-heals too, for this exploit not to happen anymore :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r0P39oh3AAA(Yes, it's an exploit, devs clearly told me it's a bug exploit)
I just want no mither to be viable, and still start injured.
No Mither rework isn't planned so far.
The perks that are on the desk right now are :
DS
SB
SC
Possibly Myers Teachables (not the next update still, very likely) -
A similar idea have been tested in the previous PTBs.
And it has been so heavily abused that devs instantly removed it.Camping is already fine and fair : you're not supposed to get unhooked everytime. If you would, it would make getting hooked rather trivial, especially for a 1v4 game.
-
The "positive vibes" from the forum creation are starting to wear off, along with the fact that they removed the downvote features, so people can just go apeshit.
-
I used to always forget it too.
Now I only bring Moris to kill people that I know are toxic, so I quite don't forget them anymore. -

Looping isn't mandatory.
Survivors are actually the ones dictating how the killers should play.
Aka "Do not camp, do not tunnel, let the unhook happen" and such.Meanwhile, killers are just complaining about the BALANCE, which is very different.

~ 5 weeks as far as I'm concerned.
We will know because of the new PTB before it, which will include trapper/hag changes, a DS rework, along with a new hatch mecanic, possibly with other adjustment and fix, such as SB and SC changes. At least that's what devs told me on discord.
No promises tho, as usual, they're just testing this atm. When it comes to survivor perks, these are the only nerfs I think are needed. (Ds, only obsession can use, done, much weaker now) (SB, has a sprint startup so ambushes aren’t ruined, and a 3s exhaustion debuff to wraith too, as his start up would still be too slow.) (SC, just make it 40% instead of 50% speed, so it actually consumes more time than getting help, as right now it doesn’t.)
We did suggest a lot of things along these lines directly to them. Not sure what will end up live tho.
-
TOTH : You're aware that they actually nerfed TOTH before right ? So I heavily doubt they'll boost back the numbers. It used to be a 10% slowdown by totem, which turned into a 6%
-
+1
Ruin as a locked slot is kinda boring. -
Go Brutal Strength Enduring Bamboozle and Play with your food. Get the add-ons that remove the blinks so you cannot blink anymore.

No promises tho, as usual, they're just testing this atm.About the details :
Mostly faster animation for Trapper/hag
SB not recovering while running
SC losing heal progress if you interrupt it
DS possibly just stunning the killer in place, but not dropping the surv. It's just testing tho, nothing is confirmed

The counter is pretty simple : unless you get a pretty big advantage, don't go near these buildings. And if you truly want to, try to make yourself unpredictable, at least as much as you can.Why should survivors be allowed to have safe spaces? This is essentially what it is.
They aren't actually safe spaces. They're just overly strong juking spots that will ruin your match if you try to follow through, because, even tho you will eventually catch up at some point, it will be way too time consuming to be worth it.
Obviously, It's not very balanced, but killers had to deal with way worse back then, and I doubt devs will completely revamp great juking spots.
One of the main issue is the conjonction with Self-care, that allows people to just sprint to these spots and self-care directly there without any help if you drop them, which makes it rather riskless.

Freddy definitely requires a buff.
Devs were talking about making something along these lines (NO PROMISES) :
Reduce his dream transition to 4 seconds (from 7), and change the cube add-ons accordingly.
Make self-care skillcheck fails not to wake people.
And eventually make some interactions impossible while falling asleep (aka healing)Hard to tell what's gonna go live or not tho.
Next killers to get buffs are Trapper and Hag, since devs are working on these atm.
We'll see what they can do at the next PTB.Those seem like pretty solid ideas but he might still be looped to eternity.
Indeed, I would prefer my own rework about him, but it's not coming into play anyway since it would change him quite a bit :
Make him visible at all times.
Make him able to hit awake survivors.
He would still be able to put survivors to sleep
24 meter terror radius.
Heartbeat sounds when not asleep.
Lullaby when asleep, non directional, without sound increase if he's close to make it harder to read.
Make Freddy to "Blink" and disappear sporadically from the survivor's prospective when in dream mode, especially if the survivor stays asleep for an extended period of time.
Remove his Aura reading ability out of heartbeat. -

For all those people out there, no one cares it’s meant to be hard mode, it should get a buff. If devs says killer was unbalanced because it’s hard mode, you’d flip your #########.Anyway, I suggest 100% noise reduction, not 50%, 10% faster recovery, 25% crawling. Recover while crawling. No aura to killer while downed. No injured music. And less body sway from being injured.
Devs clearly stated they made that perk for the sake of making survivor harder to play, which is very different than making killer harder to play, since the game REQUIRES killer, while it doesn't require you to pick no mither if you don't want to.
Also, devs are also aware that killer is hard mode anyway.
-
The main issue was actually the stack of 3 hatchets + Babushka, that was making dodging very hard to achieve against an experienced Huntress. If you pair it with your buff now, you'd get 5 hatchets + babushka, which could prove super hard to deal with tbh.
The sad fact about the Iri hatchets is simply that it now forces you to use Infantry belt.
-
There's only one answer to that thread :
SoonTM. -
You need to escape the killer to get full points for this emblem.
If you get downed, you don't get anything. That's why you should work on losing the killer in some ways, instead of looping, at least if you want that emblem. -
They shouldn't.
The emblem system is decent how it is atm except for very few flaws. -
If your teammates are capable, try to save one, depending on the intel you got on the killer.
If they just kept getting caught again and again, hide in a corner and wait for them to die to get the hatch. -
Doctor is fine.
-
Wait, there's other hexes than Ruin & NOED in this game ?

Title: “swamp maps”
Me: “.......are AWESOME!!!”Grim Pantry is my favorite map gameplay wise. The 3 storied house (when the basement is in if) is like its own 1v1 minimap.
Too bad the game ain't 1v1, or else it would balanced.

Your life is pretty nice, as usual.

I'm training him to be one of my mains.
Direct hits do not slow longer. It makes the vision slightly more blurred however. The main way to play him isn't to direct hit anyway, but to force a survivor to go through the whole cloud.
-
Hold M2, release it and then press (eventually hold) M1.
If you hit, good.
If you don't, try again. That's pretty much all there is with Nurse apart from getting good perks and muscle memory.
-
Self-care for Iron Grasp ?

-
The point is : it's one of the only way to delay gens to play a proper round that is more than 5mins.
-
A penalty for drops would just make some spots, such as thompson house and ironwork facility to be unhookable areas again, which is not a desirable effect.
-
Sir, you sure are obsessed with reporting people.
Are you a Myers player or something ? -
I hate everyone equally.
-
120% is actually super strong.
LF just need better revving mecanics, add-ons and eventually a few tweaks here and there rather than a plain boring buff of base stats for no reasons. -
I don't think any killer deserves more than 115. 115 is just fine and is calculated to make pallets to be just safe enough if played right.
Trapper is gonna get buffs in the next PTB, along with Hag. Probably setting time at least, and possibly some trap tweaks. (that's what devs stated on our discord that is)
Wraith... I'm afraid he won't get any love before a while, sadly, and will possibly not be viable before a good amount of time.
-
+1, should have been a thing since they introduced SWF in the game.
-
Not high enough to get pidgeon poop wraith yet. (Yes, I call candle Wraith like that.)

When you play Nurse, the outcome heavily depends on the nurse's skill.
Isn't that a good thing?
I consider that it should be reliant on both side's skill. At the moment, most killers rely on survivor's mistakes nearly exclusively. And it's pretty much the same while playing Nurse : if the blinks right, there's pretty much nothing you can do about it but take the hit.
That is a fair point but i would argue that against a 2 blink nurse it is a skillful interaction between both the killer and survivor with each having the potential to mind game each other since the nurse has only one correction blink before she has to commit to a lunge or take the fatigue which if a survivor is good at making reads they can avoid getting hit. However if it is a 5 blink nurse that means 4 corrections before the nurse has to commit to a lunge and in that case i agree with what your saying. Not much a survivor can do in that case no matter the skill. The nurse will almost always come out on top unless they are horrifically bad at playing her.
Playing against Nurse in most maps (which have very low options when it comes to directions you can take) is basically like playing Poker against someone with multiple hands, when it comes to mindgames. And the fact she can actually get 3 blinks + M&A + extra range add-ons to actually teleport next to you from anywhere without TR, is actually really strong. Not to mention she doesn't have to equip pallet perks, and such.
Tho, as I said, she's as strong as survivors atm. As long as survivors are as much in control as they can be, she needs that kind of strength, especially since, as Marth experiment proved : you can pretty much power through most nurses by just focusing on repairs and not being overly altruistic.

Nurse as strong as survivors?Yes, I consider nurse to be the survivor of killers.
For one simple reasons :
When you play most killers (except for Nurse), the outcome depends on the survivor's skill for the most part.
When you play Nurse, the outcome heavily depends on the nurse's skill. -
There's not many things you can do except getting better and exploiting the few options that are given to you depending on the situation.
-
Nurse is too strong, so are survivors.
Billy is the most balanced killer in the game atm, even tho survivors are still too strong.
Huntress is pretty good, far from OP tho. -
Don't prestige unless you have a backup killer to generate BP with.
Make sure to use all BP offerings before prestiging, and eventually stocking up to 1M BP. -
Just don't let him setup and repair wisely.
It's not very complicated :
Try to repair the generators in the middle of the map first, as they're harder to manage lategame.
When repairing gens, don't forget to skip some gens to space them out. Don't run in circles and repair the first gen you see.If you do that, most of the issues should be fixed, and if the killer just camps the last 3 gens, you'll be able to power through easily since he wouldn't have hooked anyone before, which will give you way enough time to repair the last gen as he's busy hooking everyone and defending the hooks.

Why would it even be worth it ?
Just play the survivor you like to play. Leveling all of them is just if you have a lot of extra time.
Then, just level up the killers you want to level. If you play all of them, just go for all of them in their preference order. This makes sense. I dont know why i thought it was a good idea to try and go for every character maxed out. I legit only play Billy Willy and Claudette. The rest i only play when i have a daily for them.
I actually played exclusively billy (and survivor) until huntress release.
At the moment, I only have claudette P3 legacy (all perks), and do not need more. I didn't invest more than 1M bloodpoint into claudette since december 2016.I have most killers P3 with all perks, except the ones I do not play. Tho, before huntress release, I only had Billy P3 level 50 and got him to level 300+ just to get more add-ons because he was the only one I actually liked to play with.
Don't stress it and just put bp in the characters you like.
