Did the consoles not get the BP and shards? And what's advantageous about playing the PTB, exactly? You don't get anything out of it.
We also got the shards and bloodpoints.

seriously?

yeah but werent you required to use the rush before you could throw ur bottles? now that you talk about myers, im glad it was taken away
It was used for map traversal after you hooked someone or you use it in the to fastly close distance if you spot someone after you hooked someone.

@IlliterateGenocide said:
both addons were garbage, and with the blight rush addon that just made using ur power a pain
if you used them correctly, they were extremly good on some killers like clown and myers.

survivors tryes to ban killers for ANYTHING
i discuss with my own premades because they reported killers for the most stupidiest things
accusing from teleports when im seeing the killer walking normally in my screen
accusing from explots when a killer bodyblock a pallet/window before the survivor can use it
accusing from speedhack when a killer refuses to use it's power to get bloodlust
accusing from wallhack when the killer found them with any sound clue (crowns, blood, grass, grunts, lockers, steps, chest)
or simply making a false hack report because they are mad
When i played Hunt Showdown i used to play alot with a random guy i met in random queue and when he died he always screamed that the other players were hacking or the game was laggy and his shots didnt connect etc.
But i always watched his screen and it always were wrong accusations because he were mad because he wasnt good enough. Thats so annoying.
Same when i used to play DBD with randoms from Discord because i was tired of solo queue.
Most of them kept accusint the killer for hacks or whatever or called him a camper while he chased me on the other side of the map.
After a while i went back to solo queue and i dont miss SWF. (Atleast not with randoms like this)

I wish every killer had a special attack like Demo.

Tons of people dont even bother reading perk or addon descriptions.

Same here, i cant pip matched with potatoes
You gotta earn pips yourself, it doesnt matter how good or bad your mates are.
Even if everyone instantly goes down and dies you can still atleast safety pip if YOU play well enough.

@gendoss said:
I really don't think that's the reason. They still allow the firecrackers and new players don't report people for using event items they weren't around for.
I think firecrackers is a bit different than a myers using a blight rush.

Why? What did the addons do?
The addon gave you a blight rush for every killer.
Always when you hooked someone you got a token. It was hella fun.

Legend says there is no matchmaking= no need to fix

Only non secret offerings should be hatch and map ones. Everything else should be secret.

Like I said, I'm fine with the perk prevent Flashlight saves and blinds in general, but I disagreed with someone saying that flashlights are easy tools for making saves. Players don't understand how most setup it takes just to save a teammate from the shoulder with a flashlight. It's not just something you can do consistently, especially against a skilled killer.
It always depends where the downed survivor is.
As a killer you dont have time to always check every corner before picking someone up.

@Dino7281 said:
I really like it. It could work on princip of Pyramid Head's cages. When you get unhook, then altar will spawn where cage would (just corner of the map far from you).
I would keep it even during end game (time where killers camp most), but it will be same as active Pig trap. If you try escape, then you die, so you have to get out of it first.
I don't know about that teleporting, I don't think there is need for it. You have 2 minutes, that is a lot of time and there is no way killer can wait next to you that long, just to get another hook on you.
My guess is that if killer can't touch you, then other survivors can't neither.
So problem is that you have several useless perks- Borrowed Time, Decisive Strike, Off the Record, Resurgence, We'll Make It
these perks would be changed then, of course.

I was referring to the base-kit nerf itself, not Nurse w/ add-ons. The extra blinks could only be used with add-ons (good riddance for those add-ons though).
The cooldown is very short and doesn't do much to good Nurse players.
The cooldown doesnt do much to good nurses but if the cooldown wouldnt exist she would be waaaay easier to play.
-
You need between 50-70k per bloodweb on LV 50 and to get everyone to prestige 3 with every single perk you need waaaaaaaaaay more than 61 million.
-

That would do nothing. The base-kit rework in general did absolutely nothing from what I've seen, just made Nurse a bit less enjoyable.
The basekit rework did ALOT.
Before she didnt had a cooldown AND had more blinks which made it even for newer players pretty easy to land attacks.

Having learned the horrors of DS first hand and how long a minute actually is in game... 2 minutes is just outrageous.
And you could more or less just exploit this end game to escape with relative ease.
End game would deactivate of course and like i said, the survivor cant do ANYTHING while he got the entity on him.

So imagine chasing a blendette at Shack, and they round the corner and just crouch in the corner in-between the doorway and the first locker. That's corner tech.
Ahh now i get what you meant.

I was just doing a gen with a Jake. He heard the heartbeat and instead of finishing the gen with me, he ran and hid. I just let the killer down me because I wanted out of the game. The Jake stayed crouch, petrified, the entire time I was being taken to the hook, then ran farther away when I actually got on the hook. Didn't finish the gen or have the ######### sense to stop the gen that was 90% done from regressing. But yeah, people are so much more skilled than they think.
Your experience isnt the experience of everyone.
Yes, i also get bad mates but i also get good mates from time to time.
Besides that, i asked this forum, where most of the players are better then the average guy you meet ingame anyway.

Killers are ruining the event. They can’t win chases and use the hook mechanic for a free hit. Every single time. Rank 1,2 killers should know better. Take away unhook notifications for killer. Either they camp it anyway or actually gen patrol.

You probably don't do a lot of solo queueing if you think people are better than they claim to be.
I only play solo.

You never should've started playing her.. 😥
Blame the event, i wanted to waste her cakes so i can prestige her but now i discovered how fun it can be putting up webs just to lure everyone in it in the end.
I cant tell you how many times there was 3 survivors downed at once because i downed someone and a injured survivor instantly triggered another trap just to repeat the same thing again. ;(
(I am putting traps on the hook too btw BUT i ALWAYS go for the rescuer except they try to bodyblock me with BT)

I tend to have the problem I have with fighting games, where I know what I should do but the reactions aren't there. Then there's the times I just assume the killer will go for the smart option, but does the dumb one, but it works out because I was treating them like an idiot and walked right into a hit.
Mindgaming yourself is so painfull in Dead by Daylight.
-
How can you dare to try to win.
Not everyone is a pro player and can play without strong stuff and not everyone wants to spent tons of hours to learn it, especially when they know they wont be playing that much anyway.
Not everyone need to be the best pro player in the world who keeps giving others a chance over and over again.

Thats why escaping and doing gens should be way more rewarding.

@Piruluk said:

Doing gens you get the least bloodpoints, alone for 80 sec you get 1250 points.
For a totem you get 1000 bp, while doing a hook rescue you get 1000 points if it safe + 500
Thats the reason not doing gens, the game balanced around to not doing them, you get almost no points, solo q likes to do 3-4 on a gen, because then easy to max objective point, coop bonus, so yeah system arranged that way.
The game isnt balanced around bloodpoints.

Camping+smacking+nodding head+tunelling all because I ran her for gens it's not my fault they lost they made bad decision and they need to suck it up camping to secure kill and camping to be toxic are two different things
nodding head and smacking on the hook also doesnt neccesary means they want to be toxic.
Maybe they want to express their emotions with this.
,,Ooof i finally got you and i wont let you go anymore!
Not neccesary toxic.
Of course most of the people who do this ARE toxic and WANT to be toxic, but still.

There's a big lack of selfawareness going on here. People want to have fun, but you do things for fun that actively upset others, then can't see why others are ruining your fun.
If your big issue is getting death threats, then play on console or leave the game after completion, since you can't disable chat. If your issue is actually people expressing their issues with your play patterns, however, maybe you ought to think what it is about your playstyle that's upsetting people constantly.
I am on console and sont even dare to justify death threats.
I deserve to die because i play spooky tier 1 myers with a game offering?
Seriously?

Alot of strech res users i guess.

Camping isnt toxic especially if its to secure a kill in the end.

Reading Comprehension.
If you're going to run W/X/Y/Z build on Tier 1 Killer, knowing it's hated and others complain, you brought it on. I don't know where you get death threats as "complaining," but get off your high horse. Others like playing this game and having fun, so don't be surprised when people get irritable with your Slug-Happy Billy or 4-man SWF 4th of July Show.
You said it yourself. People want to have fun with this game so why tf do you complain about them trying to have fun?
I talked about death threats because you more often than not get them if someones complains.
