La prima clip è semplicemente latency, riguardo la seconda clip, il team è a conoscenza del problema.
Una piccola nota qui: per favore non taggarmi in ogni post, il forum viene controllato giornalmente, non c'è alcun bisogno del tag, grazie.

Wake Up crashed people's game, for that reason it has been killswitched.
We post this kind of information here when something gets killswitched:

Not Currently Enabled Haddonfield Map - Disabled until further notice whilst working on the visual design and level design of the map. Strode Reality Key offering -… -

You need to wait until the game is fully installed, if it's still installing in the background the menus will be locked.

Happy International Women's Day!

Let's keep the discussion civil and respectful, thank you.
People can have different opinions, this doesn't make them trolls, let's just accept that not everyone has to think like me or you and let's discuss constructively, thank you.
-
This is something only Support can fix, so you have to wait for their reply.

Thank you for this!

I'm closing this here, as I don't see this ending well.
People are not getting the Twitch shirts or the Fog Whisperer role just because they put the hashtags in their streams, the team checks the content creators and decides if they are a good fit.

Let's keep the discussion civil, there is no need to attack others over a different opinion.

Still no shards. @MandyTalk Maybe if you announced on twitter asking those who haven't received the shards to share their steam id's, gamer tags and etc to be proper compensated
We are not collecting the IDs anymore, those were needed at the beginning of the issue to collect information, the team is still working on giving the shards to everyone who still hasn't received them.
-
Closed as OP requested.
-
That's definitely holding someone hostage, so please in a situation like that record your game, report in game and open a ticket on the Support website: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I got my shards too today!

Please use the correct section to report this kind of issues: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/bugs
It doesn't matter if your post gets upvoted or not, the important thing for a report is that is being made and acknowledged by the team.

We do not talk about Carl...

Those skins were obtainable during the 4th and 5th Anniversary events, so you cannot currently get them.

Video proof is still required though true? How would I do that with just my Xbox, as I have no PC? How would our Switch cousins do this with their game recording turned off many patches back?
Video proof is required for specific offenses, you can find more information here:
Reminder: EULA Please remember that Dead by Daylight’s end user license agreement which can be found on https://deadbydaylight.com/en/eula (the “EULA”) governs your participation and use of the game and its associated upgrades, patches, and updates and related services. In case of conflict between the EULA and this page,…And you can find information on how to record your matches here:
@Ryuti said:
Hello, people of the fog!
When reporting a player, many offences require video evidence to help us investigate your report. Below is a list of bannable offences which may require video evidence:
- Working with the opposite team to gain an advantage or grief teammates
- Targeting specific users repeatedly in order to ruin their game experience
- Holding the game hostage
- Botting
- Lag switching
- Exploit bugs, errors in design, or undocumented features to gain access to what otherwise would not be available or to obtain a competitive advantage
HOW TO RECORD YOUR MATCH:
XBOX:
- Press the XBOX button to open the guide.
- Press the VIEW button, and then select "Record from now" . Depending on your clip's resolution, you can record anywhere from 10 minutes with internal storage and up to 1 hour with external storage.
- To end the clip, open the guide and press the X button . You'll get a notification when it's been saved.
PS4:
- Press the "Share" Button on your controller to begin recording gameplay.
- When you've recorded your match, save your clip, and trim as needed.
- After that you can upload the video directly to your linked YouTube account.
- Length, quality and etc. can be changed depending on your console settings for Video sharing
PC:
- For players using an NVIDIA graphics card, you can enable Shadowplay which will automatically record any gameplay while running in the background.
- To use Shadowplay ensure you have the GeForce Experience program installed.
- Open the in-game overlay settings found in the top right corner. From there, you can turn on "Instant Replay" and adjust settings such as clip length, quality, and audio levels.
- Alternatively, you can use OBS to manually record the incidents.
INFORMATION THAT WILL AID US IN REVIEWING CASES:
Opening your escape menu and viewing the match details tab.
This will allow us to see all of the Survivor characters in the match and usernames of who is playing them.
Visiting the tally menu once a match has ended.
This will allow us to examine player loadouts including perks, items and offerings.
UPLOADING YOUR EVIDENCE
Due to the small file size limit on ZenDesk, we suggest uploading your evidence to YouTube and "Unlisting" it. This will prevent anyone without the link from seeing it, and will allow you to upload without needing to compress the quality to meet the size limit.
For XBOX players,
- Open the Youtube App, and sign in.
- Navigate to the Upload tab. You may need to turn on "Enable Sharing on Social Networks" for your clips to be visible.
- Select your recorded match
- Enter a title and then select upload.
For PC players
- If you wish to cut down your clip, you can do so in the editing software of your choice. Otherwise you can upload the raw footage straight to youtube by navigating to your shadowplay recording folder.
Please keep in mind that even with video evidence, an in-game report is still required.
Screenshots are not considered valid evidence.
If the video sent does not follow our criteria or the quality of the video is low, it is possible that nothing will be done against the player reported.

Most console players play with crossplay on. If we do a report, how does in-game names help when they're on Steam where they can change their names anyway as often as they want? I know there is a site were you can find out their steamID (if they're actually on Steam ofc). Wouldn't that be necessary to do for a valid report?
Also, is it possible to upload and link evidence (screenshots or clips) from PC? I'm on XSX and we can do that with Microsoft Onedrive.
Of course if you can find the SteamID, that helps a lot, but once you report in game, that flags the match and Support will be able to find the player.

Of course, you can do that, as long as you give the correct information, doesn't matter if you file the report from this or that device.

It's a visual bug, it will fix itself after a match or if you reset the game.

First you do an in-game report. If you are on steam take their id. You can look up their id here to see if its altered https://steamid.io/. Honestly I have no idea how to find id tag if they are not on steam.
I assume you recorded a video of the cheater. If not sorry there is not much to do. FOr future always start recording when you encounter a cheater. If you have video upload it to youtube or someplace else, get the link.
Then go submit a ticket from https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
The section is "Additional player report". Fill out the information you are asked. Give them a summarize and the link of the video. Properly fill the ID sections. Yours and cheater's. Then you are good to go. Submit.
Honestly I have no idea how to find id tag if they are not on steam.
The SteamID64 is required only if you report from Steam, since it's the only platform where you can get to their profile by clicking on their name.
For the other platforms, the game tag is enough, together with an explanation in the description that you are reporting from a different platform.

@psychopain said:
I just went up against two cheaters and my friend recommended that I report them. I have a recording because of xbox's capture feature but mid way through the game I realized that I can't actually report them because I don't have their steam profile.
The steamID64 is only required if you report from Steam, as the other platforms have no way to do so, instead you just need to put their in-game name in the report and explain in the description that you are reporting them from a different platform.

I can't find anything in this official site that mentions reporting hackers. I have video evidence, where am i supposed to go and send a hacker report?
If you want to report a player, please keep in mind in-game reports are mandatory, any additional evidence must be sent to Support here: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Can you PM me? I can send you my cloud ID.
The Cloud ID is not necessary anymore.
They will look for remaining cases for the rest of the week.
I'm still missing mine as well, if that makes you feel better.

Yeah thx Mandy, resetting worked
it just took 20min and a few resets.
Good that it's solved.

It's a visual bug, if you play a match or restart the game, it will fix itself.

You will probably find more answers to that on a forum related to that game.

It's a visual bug, it's a known issue, if your rank "resets" just restart the game or play another match and it fixes itself.

Just a reminder that we do not have control over what happens on different platforms, and sorry, but swearing is not against any rule.

I wonder how many of us who still missing the shards are EGS users.
Based on my preconceptions of these companies if Bhvr has to get Epic to do something, I wouldn't expect the compensation to arrive this year.
I'm still missing mine and I play on Steam, so it has nothing to do with Epic.
I'm sorry for those who still haven't received the shards, but please be patient, I'm sure they are working on a solution.

I’ve been sitting at rank irri-1 (red 1) for around a week than out of nowhere on the 3ed it gets reset back to ash-4. This needs to be fixed because people don’t get the blood points from the reset when it hits in the 13th
