So one of the biggest topics of discussion in this community is whether or not Legion is in need of attention by the developers. Personally I have been playing a lot of legion lately and I have found they are still a very viable killer that rewards aggression and generator defense. Survivors have trouble hiding from them, because once they have found one survivor then he has located every survivor, and they have a very high awareness of exactly which generator they need to focus attention on. A lot of players are focused on their deep wound and they seem to forget the very viable killer instinct. Are they meta? No. Are they viable? Yes.

They're better than people say but they're not good by any stretch, 0 power in chase is an awful thing to have and you will feel it in the red/purple ranks unless it's a map where you can pull off some sick mind games with your small size. The most recent change did pretty much nothing to their overall stats the devs said so that's cool. They are fun when they work though I can't lie.

He's not -that- strong. Not so strong he needs that dreaded word "rework." He's stable. You have to learn how to finesse with that chainsaw, otherwise he's just as useless as a day 1 trapper main.

He has been the same practically since the game came out? So whats with the NERF BILLY, REWORK BILLY talk? Honestly it's starting to seem like people are grasping for straws almost like knee jerk posts where "OMG I DIED TO A BILLY HE MUST BE OP!"

    So whats the Deal Community?

Kinda hilarious how you get the "Who's asking for him to be nerfed?" Lol this forum gets that ######### every other day what do you mean nobody is asking for it. In all honesty he's in a fine place and I don't think they should touch him much at all. Bubba on the other hand needs love and bad, he really is awful killer wise.

Legion is semi terrible but some of legions add ons are borderline useless

Not even borderline useless, Frank's is actually pointless at the moment, stab wounds study is beyond negligible, and the detection range addons are a double edged sword that isn't even good.

I really love the Susie sweater paired with neon Joey weapon and the Susie mask with a slight pink tint. :)

I'll have to take a look at that, you do have a killer fashion sense (pun intended)

What i heard was that they are monitering their performance and if they need adjustment they will adjust them

I know it's probably a bit optimistic of me but that doesn't mean no more changes are coming right?

No you're right, it's a mix up because of what was said. I'll summarize, they said they are wanting to buff/change him in the future but at the moment they have no plans to do so at the moment. Meaning it's gonna be a couple of months before they figure out what they want to do exactly.

  • Idk man that Joey sweater looked great, but I love bright red with black so idk if I'm just biased

  • @Sonzaishinai said:

    No further plans for Legion?

    Was that on the stream?

I won't stop maining them but that's sad

It was said on stream at 1:09:00, that's the timestamp on the latest QnA

  • @The_Second_Coming said:

They literally never said "no further plans for Legion". What they said was they had no further plans for deep wounds because it's in a good spot, and will look at adjusting other things about Legion, even citing that Legion is below mid tier.

1:06:00 was the timestamp for what you heard but I'm talking about 1:09:00 where they said they have no plans for changes for the Legion.

I think where we're mixed up is they are looking to buff him in the future but at the moment they have no plans to change him yet.

    I honestly think they're good.

    Like, 7.5/10

They cant do anything against optimal survivors, but who really stands a chance against optimal survivors?

Only Spirit and Billy, but they're gonna black pip at best anyway.

The thing is with having 0 power in chase it just makes him that much more susceptible to being bullied by optimal survivors. I won't lie when his power works it is fun but nobody has fun losing against teabagging survivors who think they're the best players on Earth because they ran a killer with 0 chase power.

  • @kate_main said:

Because Legion is not bad at all, super fun to play and rewards skillful decisions.

However, the cooldown being 4 seconds is way too much.

Ngl he's bad, the only thing he has going for him is decent stall. He has 0 power in chase, every other killer in the game has that, even Bubba can break pallets faster than normal/uber punish people for being the big dumb. I do agree though he can be fun when his power works well.

  • @beatddb said:

I feel bad for legion mains, how are they still playing?

Well the best thing I can say about him is he's kinda fun while not being that complicated, that's just enough to keep some people going but I know a lot of players who have completely lost faith and threw in the towel. I'm starting to feel the same way but maybe that's just rank reset doing its thing of making dbd a hellscape, dunno at this point.

  • @Umbrae_pk said:

There are 17 killers (I think) in Dead by Daylight currently (if you let me include The Oni, who isn't officially out yet, but still) and only 3 have their own unique chase music. Myers with the Halloween theme, Demogorgon with some Stranger Things theme, and The Oni with some intense Japanese beat. While the others (Trapper, Wraith, Billy, Nurse, Huntress, Hag, Doctor, Leather Face, Freddy, Pig, Spirit, Legion, Plague, Clown, and Ghost Face) have to settle with the default chase music.

Don't get me wrong, I like the chase music, but I really expected unique chase music for the following killers:

    Doctor- Trippy electric sounding

Leather Face, Freddy, and Pig- The movies these licensed killers came with had a soundtrack that could have been altered into chase music

    Legion- Edgy punk rock

Clown- It 100% should have and SHOULD be the circus theme but made into something creepier (and I know y'all can do it! Remember that Christmas event with altered Sleigh Bells song?)

Ghost Face- Throughout all 4 Scream films when someone, mainly a female, is being chased there is music accompanied by that. Which fits PERFECT with Dead by Daylight!

Hey good news from the most recent QnA, here's the quote if I remember correctly "We will be updating the killer chase music so they will all be unique". Hopefully that means new songs for certain killers and not just "well we have the soundtracks let's just see which one fits each killer the best and leave it at that".

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/927815#Comment_927815

Its not that this game is actually rewarding hide and seek tactics. Most maps get generated with open spaces where you can see survivors across 75-80 % of the map since the engine change in 1.4. And back then generator times where even shorter than today. Most of the games I see when I play random end with at least 3 survivors dead on the hook at ranks 10-4 so I do not see how and why generator times should be extended even more. I would rather like to see a lot of design mistakes revoked or reworked, for example that killers can actually see survivors over most obstacles like boxes or hay cubes for examples. And for my taste the ultimate crutch for killers, the scratch marks, have completely lost their justification to still even be in the game at all.

You talk like it was even remotely balanced back then, double pallets in one spot, pallet vacuum, double open windows where there's no need, shorter gen times, even slower vaulting if I remember correctly, old DS being the biggest crutch perk in the game by far. Not to mention nobody was even talking about hide and seek/stealth, I don't wanna be rude but if you wanna talk about that make a different post.

  • @Pokino said:

But the fact is a fair killer without camp or tunnel has to get 24 hits to kill everyone, which means 24 surv mistakes... as killer, even 3 or 4 mistakes could mean a complete defeat and gg ez for survs.

Exactly, that's why I want to reward fair play by adding a small secondary objective but not just make playing against people who play scummy even worse.

  • @Sheldor said:

Of course not. A gen should take 45 minutes to repair and constantly be visible in yellow while being worked on for the killer. Also all survivors who worked on it should show their aura to the killer constantly for 30 minutes. Also in the next round possibly. Remove all pallets. Remove all windows. And still killer mains will find something to whine about...

Not asking for an easy win, why not read and actually see why I said what I did and then add to the conversation. Is punishing toxicity and rewarding fair play such an awful idea?

  • @DBDIT said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/113593/were-not-gonna-act-like-gen-speeds-are-fine-as-is-right

Nerf gen repair speed? No. Adding a second equally objective? That's cool. They can't keep nerfing survivor defenses, perks etc in favor of some killers complaining about whatever, but you have to look at both sides. Do you know how annoying it is to see the devs little by little take away from survivors?

No I totally understand, my original post is flawed, I tried to change it to fit more what I think would be fair to both but it was too late and I made it a ######### flinging match. Just making gens take longer is dumb, nobody wants to stay in a game longer vs a killer who face camps and religiously tunnels after hook so I went for rewarding decency and making tunneling/facecamping less viable (my solution would be add a small secondary objective like making dull totems worthwhile like 2% slowdown per dull totem active but giving survivors a solid bonus to healing and repair speed when the killer is in a proximity to the hooked survivor after 15 seconds of being hooked)

  • @SafetyOff said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/113593/were-not-gonna-act-like-gen-speeds-are-fine-as-is-right

Came into this thread thinking it was gonna be more bad ideas. But if you nerf both killer and survivor like that. To nerf griefing in exchange for more gen time, I think that would be good for both sides.

It was at first but that's because I forgot a lot of killers act like ######### so just making it harder to get out of a game with someone who face camps and tunnels wouldn't be good, so I went for more of a give and take. I used that video to show that playing fair isn't rewarding thus he lost horribly despite getting very quick downs most of the match. Just making gen times longer is abysmal so why not a give and take, punish toxicity and reward decency.

  • @Nutty_Professor said:

I personally always seem to play better when I am playing solo compared to when in SWF. I believe it's because when I'm playing solo I'm more focused on the game, whereas in SWF I'm often talking about stuff unrelated to the game and not really paying attention.

SWF is often related to gen rush, but good survivors don't need to know when to work on generators. If I'm not being chased I'll work on a generator (I ignore ruin). I've already pre-planned my chase route in case the killer disturbs my gen progress.

Where SWF is strong is the location of Hex Totems and saving time when making hook saves. Even with hook saves there's perks such as bond and kindred that tell the solo survivor if there is already another survivor going for the save.

Another factor with SWF is Matchmaking. Since the Strange Things chapter the matchmaking bases it on the highest ranked survivor in the group. The majority of SWF groups I see are one or two high ranked survivors with the rest being of low ranked. I'd rather go against one red rank survivor with three low ranked survivors with comms over four red ranked survivors without comms.

This is just my opinion, people will disagree with my opinion. With the rift challenges I have more confidence in completing them solo then I do completing them in a SWF.

Honestly even as a killer main I don't think Swf are that big of a problem, I think they just make the real problems this game has worse.

  • @Peanits said:

I'm not sure if I'm watching the same video, but I saw the generators done in about 7:20, with the last survivor escaping roughly ten minutes in. That's not exactly a short match. You win some, you lose some. The killer lost in this one.

My issue was how fast gens were done once they were started but then I remembered a fair amount of killers don't play fair/decent (tunneling from the start, facecamping) you get the idea. I added a bit after addressing that and what I think should be done about it but not many people saw it I guess, oh well what can you do.

  • @VincentRedfield said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/927311#Comment_927311

Per devs statistics 4 man SWF has average 49% escape rate.

How about you provide something meaningful besides a Tru3 video? Oh I forgot killer mains don't do that.

Damn that's crazy bro I wasn't talking about Swf, glad you pulled statistics that show nothing that happened ingame aside from people died lol. Did they die from getting mori'd after first hook, did they completely throw, or did they get face camped to death? I won't lie my original post was flawed but I edited it to make it more reasonable, check it out it's at the bottom of my original post, lmk what you think after. I dunno why you're so angry though, are you feeling ok?

  • @twistedmonkey said:

It took 7m24s for the gens to be done That not really a gen rush TBH and a Nurse should do better at controlling the game but Swamp isnt the easiest with any killer. Also not everyone plays geat every game and mistakes do happen, The Nurse player could just be having one of those bad games.

Now look at this video from Zubat as a counter to your one.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZzzmNMkgyk

High rank play, Nurse no perks on road to rank 1 series.

I watched the first 2 games and here's what I have to say, first off this is old Nurse which I have to say without addons is far better than new Nurse without addons, the map control possible with old Nurse was amazing, new Nurse is much slower in comparison. Second Zubat intentionally camped people and went after people who just got unhooked, that Nurse player did not, he played nice (I'll get to that in a bit). Third the maps were much more favorable for Nurse, swamp is a nightmare for most killers. The Tru3 game wasn't a complete gen rush I have to admit as well, and I should've elaborated more on what I was thinking. Here's how really I want the game to change, I want the game to reward killers for not playing like #########, I don't think the way Zubat played should've been rewarded and if I were the survivor being camped to death I definitely wouldn't have had an enjoyable experience. I'll have to think about that, I'll edit my original post and mark what I added.

  • @VincentRedfield said:

God forbid killers have any rounds that aren't 4k stomps. They need a mode where the survivors are bots that just walk slowly through the map. That might make killers happy.

Lol ok yellow ranks calm down. Barely even worth responding to, add something meaningful and then talk.

  • @Waffleyumboy said:

Gens were so fast they were done in 11 mins? I don't get what's wrong here.

Gens were done at 7:22 bud, the problem is a killer as potentially good as Nurse while being as good as he was with her couldn't come close to cutting it even with pop.

  • @Karltastisk said:

Who thought it was a great idea to have a longer stun on a power than getting stunned by pallets? Eveytime i try to play legion im always thinking to myself "why don't i play legion? I must enjoy the fast paced gameplay with jumping trough pallets and hitting people left and right!.." And then i go into a game and am like "Ahhh... Thats why. I get stunned for ages, i feel slow even though im supposed to be a fast boy and unsafe pallets become safe since my vault is so goddamn slow now...

    #pleasedosomethingaboutthelegionandbringbackendgamepiggythankyouverymuch:)

Honestly Legion's 2.7.0 rework was a travesty, it's undefendable how sloppy and not thought out it was with the only argument being "It wasn't the biggest thing to worry about" which funny enough makes it look even less thought out, 80% of the killers addons were nerfed into oblivion being made unusable in every situation except for the Blades (which weren't even good after 2.7.0 but hey let's nerf things that nobody on Earth asked to nerf), Iridescent button, and duration addons). It sucks how the one time they touched them in over 7 months was a buff with unnecessary nerfs (reduced mend time and nerfing builds with perks like sloppy and STBFL for the moronic excuse of consistency meanwhile half of the other roster has far better abilities and doesn't have to worry a damn thing about "consistency", and the purple blade which was already a mediocre addon that existed to exist 3.5 seconds to 2.5 seconds). Overall I can't deny the latest patch came with necessary buffs but there wasn't a need for a give and take, he's not even good lol.

They need to reduce the stun duration and everyone knows it even the devs, there's 0 reason for it to be so forgiving at 4 seconds. I'd make a list of other necessary changes but everyone else has already done it.

  • @FastestVirginia said:

I mean, they approached Netflix and got rights to one of their biggest shows off all time. I wonder if there were any talks with them regarding something like tv series based on certain killers each episode? It could be really intresting to see tv show explaing more about world of entity and their killers because some of them could be really cool to see on the screen. Episode in which huntress is hunting down survivors across forest, Hag eating alive her prays and many more intresting things.

They really do like trapper a lot so it would probably be focused around him, specifically what turned him into a monster I bet. Or maybe Clown as well, they went in when they wrote his story but I don't think they'd want to scare people away from clowns even more for no reason. Legion would be completely hit or miss, I can already imagine twilight but with the Legion lol. The Oni's story was honestly my favorite though, he'd be my number one pick.

  • Seeing a squad of stupidly fancy looking Ace's all running items sends shivers down my spine lol. The harbingers of pain

I can't even be happy or feel stress relief after getting 4k or 3k because of the amount of ######### this game throws at me, auto aim, loops you can't mind game, god loops, gen times etc etc

I had to play a red mori game just to make myself feel better

They are killers for god sakes, not a test dummy for survivors

Honestly it is stressful but that's because it's 1v4, if they made it not stressful survivor would probably be nerfed into oblivion. Of course they can make some quality of life changes like a toggle for that Godforsaken autoaim (and don't tell me it does nothing, I've swung at people so many times only for it to turn my camera and hit a haybale, hit an odd rock, or just have a spasm and slap the air when I'm literally stuffing my knife down the dudes spine, if I could upload proof I would.) One more change would be to add a small secondary objective for the survivors to do like make totems add a small slowdown effect for each one active, it would reduce the need for Ruin and ease up the gen rushing a little.

  • @Waffleyumboy said:

If playing red mori makes you feel good no change in the game can help you. Dbd is a horror game and horror games are meant to be stressful. Am I wrong?

A horror game but the killer is the one being scared and tortured lol.

  • @beatddb said:

The perfect example of a balanced map is probably Springwood, with eight hundred variarions that feels the same.

I hate playing on those maps, they're boring and uninteresting as #########.

And I see other killers saying things like "oh, I hate coldwind, the swamp, wreckers..." what? Those are the best maps in the game, they have their own feel and are interesting.

The only maps I hate are indoor maps (specially Hawkings, because ######### you Hawkings), Haddonfield and Ormond, I hate Ormond with every single cell in my body and if I had a wish it would be to completely erase Ormond from existence.

IMO, if they keep doing "balanced" maps (square shaped, more but shorten loops, etc.) they're going to end up with pretty boring realms, and Badham is the perfect example of that.

The only good think I can think of of those maps is totem placement, but whatever.

The only thing I don't like from other maps are really strong loops, but I have no problem with normal strong loops and I believe every map should have a pair of those.

I don't hate Springwood at all, honestly I see it pretty positive because it is balanced, I don't feel like I'm just going to get infinited into the dirt like Ironworks/the disgusting window on the slaughterhouse or just get ninja'd on Yamaoka's or the gigantic, empty corn maps like Thompsons and if I lose it's because I didn't play good not I got cheese'd by a god loop/the immersed squad. Sorry for if it sounds jumbled just tired.

  • @DeanIcity said:

I keep hearing about how the complaining doesn't do anything, It's not warranted, constructive criticism is much more beneficial. I agree. It's hard though when things are so unbalanced as a whole.

So I was thinking about my interaction with this game, where do I feel frustrated, where do I feel like I'm having the most fun, etc...

Which got me thinking about this question.

Which role is more stressful to play... Survivor or Killer?

Which SHOULD be more stressful to play? In the sense of what this game is, and is the current result appropriate?

I just feel like a dialogue should be had in this regard to identify where the true frustrations lay. I would imagine fun is the ultimate goal for all, It is a game after-all.

    Thanks.

Is this even a question lol, in all seriousness though it is killer. The second part is more interesting though, I do think killer should be more stressful than survivor at least seeing as it's 1v4 and I don't see how you'd make it not stressful without nerfing survivors into oblivion and making it one sided. Of course some things need to be tweaked like DS (JusT dOnt TUnnEl LoL, and don't worry I can give you all the reasons in the world why it's bs as it is and why the devs don't know what they're talking about when it comes to that, just ask.) and buffing weaker killers like Clown, Bubba, Legion, and Doc (where it that doesn't feel like you're at a large, permanent disadvantage in comparison to Freddy or Hillbilly, sure some need to be better than others but come on Hillbilly vs Bubba we know who will have the better game).

  • @FriendlyGuy said:

  • @symptom101 said:

The funny thing is if those stats mentioned a kill rate of 25%, then people would have complained that survivors are OP and that those stats are legit, but since the kill rate is high, of course, they're unreliable!!!

This depends on what you see as victory, 4k=automatic victory is flawed because anyone can stoop low enough and play cancerous builds like insidious, mad grit, Ruin, Noed bubba and face camp someone to death from the start and get an easy win especially if people sacrifice themselves for the save. Ranking how good a killer via the ranking system is more effective specifically the emblems "how good did they do in chase", "how well were they able to slow the game down/prevent gen progress", and the hooking emblem will be abysmal if they just camped people to death for freebies. It kinda keeps track in how the game went, a 4k is meaningless if the survivors turbo threw, that's not victory but you can't tell if that happened or not just by judging kills per game but if a rank 1 killer gets a 1-2k consistantly sweating his nuts off there's obviously something wrong with it seeing as a killer can't get carried to rank one by 3 other people while a survivor can.

Lmk where you disagree and we can talk that out.

  • @w_sohl said:

I play both sides.  Everyone that complains that the game is survivor sided, how do you figure when every killer has better than a 50% kill rate?

Because stats don't account for idiots, big difference between a real rank one survivor who can loop for days, knows when to save, and when to settle and do gens and someone that got carried there in a squad and decided to play solo and proceeded to get dumpster'd because he waits at pallets and still gets hit. Rank one killers on the other hand can't get carried by 3 other people, when they get to rank one with a specific killer it usually means they're playing at their best. (Albeit some get lucky and got potatoes every game).

My point is more often than not if there's gonna be someone who's trash/brings everyone else down in a lobby it's gonna be a survivor thus skewing the stats in favor of killers.

I like how people complain about the person that gen rush, like what do you expect people to do? just stand still in the corner of the map? It's literallythe only objective in the game.

Not asking for you to sit in a corner of the map doing nothing, nobody is angry at the survivors for playing the game and if they do they're dumb. We're asking for bvhr to either reduce gen speeds, increase regression, or add a small secondary objective for survivors like for every dull totem up reduce the gen speed by 2%. Play an average 115% killer without ruin and watch how fast gens melt, don't even joke with the whole "apply pressure" garbage you can't be everywhere at once especially on gigantic/easy to hide maps like Yamaokas or Omega corn not to mention most killers don't have any good mobility tools.

I shouldn't have too play scummy just too win. It's why I don't play Gen Slow Freddy. It's boring, unfun, and takes way too long too finish games. This is a band aid fix for a massive problem.

Yeah in all honesty I was being serious and sarcastic. Serious as in it works and sarcastic as in its not a fix. Just something you can do to dumpster people for 0 reason

  • @BunnyTheHutt said:

Title. It feels like every other game has a survivor team who just holds M1 and does all the gens in 5 mins. The only counter I found is being Gen Slow Freddy, but it's such a boring build IMO that I just loose all fun playing it. Tru3 on twitter even said he's done playing killer because of how bad it's gotten. I shouldn't have too play a boring build just too have a chance at red ranks.

Something needs too be done with gens too make killer actually fun again. You either run a super gen slow build and make them game lasts 10 years and become bored out of your mind, or play a fun build but loose after 5 mins. I don't know what exactly needs too be done, whether it's more gen time or nerf too toolboxes and Prove Thyself, but something needs too be done so red ranks don't feel so miserable.

Honestly just run Bubba with Ruin, insidious, Noed, and Mad Grit. Get one person and try to bring him to basement and if you can't just face camp him until someone is dumb enough to try and unhook in your face and rinse and repeat till they either die or end up in the basement where they are guaranteed going to die. As scummy as it is it works consistently especially with groups, nobody want's to let their friend die. I was Rank one and I'm Rank two now after 10-12 games of doing just this.

To net the first down either roam around or camp a popular gen by hiding behind something and dumpstering whoever goes there

  • Demogorgon with the ultra rare detection addon is honestly incredibly scary. With Ghostface I'm looking out for him but I'm not expecting an undetectable Demogorgon to creep up behind me.

  • Obviously it's the Legion. Just look at how many "Buff Legion" posts there are

If I hook someone, leave to go find someone else, hook the guy I found and then find the first dude again and down him quickly. Should I get punished for being good at the game and get stunned into oblivion, lose all of my momentum, and he's basically gone or because I already downed and hooked someone else should I get rewarded for doing good?

  • @alphaholic said:

The fact that some survivors have exploited bugs in the past—while equally scummy—is not an excuse for killers to be freely exploiting the basement bug... and acting like it's their God-given right to do it at that, just because they got hit with a DS their last game. (Pro tip: you can literally counter DS by not tunneling. Wild, I know.)

Stop making excuses for cheap exploits. It's garbage *no matter who does it* the end.

"Not tunneling" *gives the survivor an entire minute of near immunity with the only punishment is getting downed and left there because if he waits for it to end a gen can easily be done in that time.* I've been screwed over by this perk countless times specifically after I already downed and hooked someone else then found the guy playing like an idiot only to get dstrike'd. The perk needs tweaks don't act like it's fine as is, it needs to go away when you down and hook someone else

I just don't understand it, it seems to me if the developers actually talked to and asked the community on pressing issues via the forums the game would get a lot better and things would go a lot smoother. But community managers seem to cherry pick on the topics they intervene on, and mostly stay away from the pressing issues that cause much backlash or have controversy to them. I'm never went to school for public relations and all that but it seems pretty obvious to me honesty and clarity is the way to go, but is seems BHVR's dev team disagree's, I just am asking an honest question and would like an honest answer without any fluff speak.

Part of it feels like they don't wanna say anything they'll regret, it'd look bad if they said one thing and did the opposite.

  • Do you plan on reworking/buffing the rest of The Legion's addons because as is they're abysmal, way too many do next to nothing and are entirely not worth running.

(Not the question just info. Frank's mixtape is useless, Stab wounds study is useless, the blade addons are laughably weak, the detection addons are at best incredibly niche, and the Cooldown addons are mediocre as even with running both of the top cooldown addons it still feels like an eternity, and fuming mixtape is the biggest joke of an Ultra Rare addon ever)

Since DW is no longer TR based, survivors who aren't mending or running will have their timer deplete.

That means Deep Wounded survivors who attempt to do generators, heal, open the Exit Gates, and so on will have their Deep Wound timer deplete. 😁

But that already happened, unless you were in chase with someone right next to the gen their bar went down. Now you can run across the map, go for a save, and then get healed in 8 seconds. Not to mention if the Legion hits someone else in frenzy that person who didn't bother mending won't even be seen by killer instinct. It's not a positive change for Legion whatsoever. If someone is about to pop a gen and they get hit with the frenzy it's not like they have to stop immediately, they have 30 seconds to do gens/heal/open a gate.

@Almo @Peanits @not_Queen @MandyTalk @Gay Myers (Luzi) (Community Managers, Rely this to the Devs. Not blaming the community managers at all. Just tell the Devs what they have done.)

I can't believe you did it. Good job. You have successfully made me lose all faith in BHVR and any hope that you listened to your community. All of this feed back and what do we get? The Deep Wound Changes... the Legion getting all that taken from them with just some movement speed to try and make up for it... even the Oni nerf in a small way, since you gave him no time to settle in like you said you would. Giving Legion the movement speed while removing all threat of Deep Wound... what? It's like you are giving us maggots to eat and expecting us to be happy cause "At least it's something." Are we supposed to be happy about the movement speed cause "At least it's something"? All these "Buffs" are just nerfs you slapped on Legion for no reason and are reverting. The Add-on changes are negligible.

Survivors can get hit with Feral Frenzy and just run around. Something that is supposed to be them bleeding out from a wound deep enough they have to put pressure on it to stop the bleeding... and they can run around no problem. Survivors run around anyway in matches so this is literally harmless, it's basically a free health state. You didn't even reduce Deep Wound Timer, You didn't even revert the reduction to mend times... You made Legion even weaker, cause none of you know how to handle their power or the Deep Wound mechanic which was flawed to begin with. You couldn't just replace Deep Wound. No, you just made Legion's power literally a punishment to ever use. You made walking after people and M1ing the best strategy.

So yea.... You did it. You made me give up. You killed The Fanatical Legion Main. Congratulations. I no longer want to play. I no longer want to support this game at all.

In my mind they need a full rework, or at least Deep WOunds being replaced with something else so we can avoid this in the future.

I agree, I wanna hope that in the future once they get some down time they put some serious thought into making Legion better. After all this time all I want at this point is a 3 second cooldown and addons that aren't complete garbage (Frank's, Stab wound study, the blades, the detection addons, the saddest excuse for an ultra rare addon: Fuming Mixtape, and even the cooldown addons are crap).

  • Man how did I know who it was gonna be, I guess I'm just a psychic.

I'd like to inform those unaware that, pre-nerf, combined Filthy Blade and Nasty Blade addons increased Mend time by 5 seconds.

5 whole seconds was deemed too much I guess, considering you're completely safe mending against Legion. Mending is hard I guess
