I'm certainly pretty excited.
Not only to see who the RE characters are, but also to see all the other stuff that's gonna be in the anniversary stream.
Unrelated to dbd, but I ordered a package like a month ago that's finally supposed to get here today; so I'm excited for that as well.

Killer: Lady Nemesis or Mr. Sex.
Survivor: Ethan's friend that he calls at the beginning of RE7.
Map: Volcano from RE 5, complete with Chris punching boulders in the background.

Probably Miles Upshur. He's the most well known of the Outlast protag's, and despite him never speaking in-game, by reading his journal you can tell he has a very fiery personality that'd work great in dbd. Blake is also an option, but I just don't think Outlast 2 was as good as the first one.

Outlast has a ton of options for who the killer could be.
Chris Walker, Richard Trager, Eddie Gluskin, The Wallrider, Marta. All of them could work.

The number of people playing him have certainly dwindled, but he's not one of the rarest killers for me.
People are most likely dropping him to go play Wraith instead.

The man stopped and grabbed S's face still not showing his eyes. " Watch your mouth you ######### brat!" The man growled. The man stopped and tilted his head up, and S saw his eyes. Those eyes, they weren't human, they irises of the eyes, were a pale glowing white. The eyes seemed to illuminate the rest of the eyes and S saw a very heavy red color in the eyes around the irises. " Don't worry, I'm here to celebrate with you, come now, lets have FUN!" The man cackled as he dragged S down the dark hallway
Now just what in the hell is this? A teaser maybe? Either way, I'm very interested.
I guess until we get more info, all we can do is speculate on who these two characters are, but I assume that "S" isn't Daniel? Or maybe it is, and you're trying to throw us off?

I wouldn't actually touch gen-speeds at all. But, I'd add some form of other objective the survivors must complete before they can open the gates. Maybe like having to run around the map and get fuses or something.

I actually think Ash looks pretty good. Maybe he could use some very minor improvements, but for the most part, he's fine.

Wraith doesn't even need to be tweaked. A lot of people like Wraith just the way he is.
The wailing bell might be a simple power, but that's exactly why a lot of people like Wraith. He's simple to use and not terribly boring for the other side. Just an all-around fun killer.
Fun is a subjective term. You may find Wraith fun, but I as well as many others think he's one of the most boring killers in the game.

Why on earth would you want to rework Wraith? He has always been one of the most well-liked killers in the game.
As I stated in my original comment, when I say "rework" I don't mean something like what happened to Freddy, I mean a change that's sizable, but doesn't entirely change the character like Bubba and Doctor's buff.
Now, on to Wraith, I want his power to be made more skillful to use; which is the exact same change I wanted to happen to Freddy. Both of their powers in their current forms take such little skill to use, yet give such a big output in return. Now I don't want Wraith (or Freddy for that matter) to become the next Nurse or anything silly like that, I just want a small change that could raise his skill-cap a little.

I don't think any killer should be reworked (I mean like a Freddy rework, not a buff like Bubba and Dco got), but if I had to change someone it'd be Nurse or Wraith.

@Weck came up with the idea. Basically, if you are wrong you must play a game of killer, with the killer you hate playing the most, without perks and addons and get a ruthless killer.

I'm placing a bet that Jack baker will either be the killer or a legendary skin for Trapper. And that Leon/Claire will be the survivor(s).

OP was talking about killers you hate as survivors, but I also hate playing as Wraith.
In fact, the only time I actually do play as Wraith is when I have a daily to do, because I don't want to put survivors through the misery that is playing against him.
I despise Wraith for the same reason people hate Freddy; because his power is boring and takes barely any skill to use, yet the reward is fantastic.
Now bare in mind, I don't think Wraith is op or anything, you can still win against him, it's just such a drag doing so however.

The game where Scott Jund got spun by Quentin for the first time in years and the game where Otz reverse chainsawed Quentin in a corner are both pretty iconic in my opinion.

Getting MoM to proc two times in one match while only using Ash's other two perks.

For both Trapper and Deathslinger imma go with either Steel/Normal or Steel/Dark.
For Trickster he's probably just a Normal/Dark.
For Billy, Huntress, and Twins I think Fighting/Dark could work.
For Blight I'll go with Poison/Dark since the Blighted Serum basically poisoned his mind.
For Hag I'll go with either Grass/Dark or Ground/Dark because she's basically just a glorified tree and the name of her chapter was "Of Flesh And Mud."
