  • It's a simple event and of course it could be way better. But it's quite fun going around kicking pumpkins and I like the Halloween rift. It doesn't deviate much from normal DBD gameplay which is a good thing since I actually want to have normal games.

  • Main build: Dead Hard, Borrowed Time, Spine Chill and Iron Will.

Borrowed Time and especially Dead Hard are almost always in my build. Spine Chill and Iron Will are slots I'll sometimes change. E.g. I'd probably be using both Boon perks right now if the healing one was working.

Oh, and for killer I always use BBQAC. I usually use Ruin + Undying too and the last perk is not always the same. For my last perk I might use STBFL, Tinkerer, Corrupt or... even NOED.

  • Killers can bodyblock in some useful ways, although admittedly in rarer circumstances. But it is an asymmetrical game. E.g. block survivors from unhooking in corridors (Hawkins, RPD). Bodyblock survivors in a corner with Hillbilly/Bubba. Bodyblock survivors trying to escape through the exit gates when the EGC timer has almost ran out and they're healthy.

  • Devs probably thought it'd be less complicated to just switch the perk names for everyone (and soon to be perk icons too). That way there aren't an additional 9 duplicate perks that do the same thing that the developers would have to deal with.

  • I think it should spawn when all gens are done. You know those situations where you can't make it to either exit gate for a variety of reasons but you know where the hatch is? Well, that situation doesn't happen anymore unless you're the last one in the trial.

I agree with the rest of the hatch nerfs and key nerf but would really like this change.

  • @ClumsyTrapper said:

I agree brutal needs a buff to 50% would shake up the pre drop meta and give chase power to killers that need it like pig and clown

Survivors would actually be better off pre-dropping the pallet since they'd still get more distance than if they were to drop it when the killer is very close. Yes, survivors could try and get a stun but it'd still be better to pre-drop, especially if the killer is also using Enduring.

Question: reading through this thread, why are so many people running WOO?

It was recently buffed and has no cool down so you can always see pallets and windows around you. Super helpful, I was running it yesterday and it was especially amazing in in-door maps.

  • To be honest I haven't done anything. Based off of what everyone is saying I tried to leave a negative review for the Hellraiser DLC on Steam but I realized I bought it via in-game auric cells, so can't. (It was a few pennies cheaper with auric cells!). And I've had a negative review of DBD since 2018*... so yea.

And I know this is quite to the contrary to what many people here are doing but I'm not going to be quitting DBD either. I'll still be playing.

Back then the bloodweb was bugged and I might be mis-remembering this but I believe you basically had priority to get tier 3 or ULTRA RARE perks before even getting a tier 1 common perk. They tried to fix this bug by removing ULTRA RARE (and I think common?) perks which is why you don't see them anymore.

If I'm remembering right, the rarity chance was backwards so rare perks would show up before common. By grabbing the rare perk, the very rare version would be in the next web and the ultra rare in the one after. It made getting perks like Iron Will impossible as tier 1 was common.

That lasted for so long. Remember how long it took just to select nodes? Took ages for those that lost saves.

Sounds right. Here's a screenshot I found in early 2017 kind of showing off the bug:

    image.png

Was only level 20! And of course you only got 1 perk per bloodweb back then, so getting tier 3 DS and SB was significant. Also, Iron Grasp, a must have perk started at common tier. I believe it was the VERY LAST perk I fully lvled up in my bloodweb for Hillbilly. The fact that I even took this screenshot and named it "About time..." really tells you how much I had been wanting the perk:

    image.png

I can't tell you how difficult it was for me to press the prestige button to try and get the mysterious "uber prestige" the devs announced after having spent so much time lvling to lvl 50 and beyond. Not knowing how much the grind would really be reduced. And yeah, part of the grind was spending BP at a snail's pace in the old bloodweb's as you mentioned!

  • To add to your list, I remember things such as:

    • Jungle gyms being infinites. There was no medium vault and you used to vacuum to windows and pallets back then.
    • No bloodlust, no windowblockers. When windowblockers were first introduced I believe it was 5 vaults until it blocked too. I had to DC or AFK quite a few times against exploiting survivors.
    • Gens could not be regressed for some time in 2016. No, not a bug. A feature. People would 99% multiple gens. Can't really remember why though... maybe to avoid NOED?
    • Machine build Unrelenting + STBFL
    • Hooks didn't respawn. I have no shame admitting I started off as a Sabo Jake. 1000BP for destroying a hook was A LOT back then!
    • I remember when Hag was first released DS didn't work specifically against her (A bug of course!)

I'm going to have to include this even though it technically happend in very early 2017:

    https://youtu.be/DI6dH85XxhE

Still proud of myself for that!

    Anyway:

    • Gen speeds were crazy and great skill checks gave a good chunk of progress.
    • There was pallet after pallet after pallet after pallet after...
    • Trapper took a year and a half to place and pickup traps.
    • Autoaim for killers was A THING! At least for a while, not sure when it was taken out. Trying to hit an injured survivor? Nope, you'll hit the other healthy survivor behind you.
    • Vaulting windows as killer took a millennium.
    • When Hillbilly was charging at you with a flash, you could stop him in his tracks by blinding him, hence stopping the chainsaw charge 😎
    • BING BONG! BING BONG! Yes, another friendly farming Wraith. Where quickly uncloaking and cloaking again near survivors gave you a bunch of BP. Lots of BP in those days, too.
    • Killer bring a Mori? You go down and you're getting moried immediately, no hook required.
    • Before NOED was made to be a Hex, once activated you had it forever. However it got nerfed to last 2 minutes and after that... well it became a Hex and the rest is history.
    • Common, Uncommon, Rare, Very Rare and ULTRA RARE perks were a thing.
    • Back then the bloodweb was bugged and I might be mis-remembering this but I believe you basically had priority to get tier 3 or ULTRA RARE perks before even getting a tier 1 common perk. They tried to fix this bug by removing ULTRA RARE (and I think common?) perks which is why you don't see them anymore.
    • Old mist + New Moon Bouquet offering made the maps really dark.
    • Who can forget the build up to the cut off date 24th November 2016? I P3'd Claudette at the start of that month and grinded for weeks to get P3 Hillbilly in time. Lost my legacies though in 2018 due to the loss of progress bug... it eventually caught me.
    • Steam region Toronto, anybody? 🤐
    • There was no DBD official forum! We used to "discuss" things on the steam forum (and some still do...) ... not sure how popular the DBD subreddit was back then.
    • @Beaburd mentioned a DBD strike group. Yea, the DBD mods back then REALLY didn't like that. I was the 5th one to join under the alias "Lemons". It's actually funny because the group still exists and I'm still in it to this day... and an Admin in it. You can see a list of everyone who originally joined it. @Doom_Punk originally started a long list of members in a megathread, still visible today in the group's discussions. I actually helped add people to the list too :). Sure enough, @Beaburd is there:
    image.png

Fun times! If anyone wants to check the full list of people in the strike group (as I'm not sure I'm allowed to link it) find my steam profile "Pepsidot" and check my groups.

Anyway to add a tiny bit more to the list:

    • The iconic 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 spam began in 2016 to get a jist of the killers ping.
    • If you were sneaky like me there used to be 2 different ways of looking at your "recent players" on steam to check the killers profile. They both got patched out eventually.

I'll stop now... but that was fun to write up.

  • My brother has crashed 3 times in end game, yet I haven't crashed once. We're both using Boon totems and it seems shortly after he crashes, the killer does too (or could be simultaneously).

He has been playing the character Meg and I believe crashes whenever he starts self-healing late game (when in range of a boon totem). Yet I've done the same thing as Steve and have had no issues so far.

Good news at least for the people crashing is that the DC penalty seems to have been removed. He's not being banned for the crashes.

  • You're probably having better teammates when you turn cross-play off because a lot of competitive players queue with cross-play off on PC. When I say "competitive players" I mean players who play in DBD tournaments. So cross-play off is not always used to avoid console players for many players but to simply play with/against other "comp" players. So you probably play against really good killers too.

  • The biggest problem with your argument is that... DBD is DBD. It has had, does currently have and will continue to introduce crazy bugs. For example your point about "Is a Survivor falling? How long have they been falling? Too long, ban" could easily cause false bans.

For instance these could get you false banned for falling for too long:

    • Have you ever bugged outside the exit gates before and fell off the map? Plenty of people have - it's been a recurring bug over the years.
    • There used to be space program Billy's flying in the air due to a bug (which isn't cheating, it was a bug).
    • You used to be able to get hit, Dead Hard, bounce off something and go flying off of buildings. A bug. You shouldn't be banned for cheating.

Now who knows what other bugs will be discovered that'll make you go falling for too long. What if a cheater intentionally decides to spawn you at a significant height to get you banned?

Here's another bug that existed that could get you falsely banned for "cheating":

    https://youtu.be/37D9TiuySAU?t=7

So this isn't really the best way of dealing with cheaters. But I do agree they need to be dealt with more effectively.

  • Very excited. A lot of very good changes and an exciting new kind of perk "boon totems". The two killers I dislike playing against the most: Deathslinger and Spirit are being nerfed. Spirit will at least have some feedback now and Deathslinger will have slightly less free zoning from simply existing. I suspect I still won't like playing against them but we'll see.

It's interesting to see that finally after all these years, Trapper is finally getting some kind of buff (even though its only a minor change to his base kit). Lots of decent perks becoming even better, such as Windows of Opportunity and Any Means Necessary etc. I'll enjoy using those. So yeah, very much looking forward to the changes. Hopefully there isn't too much bugs though... since it's such a big patch.

  • I don't think any realistic changes will stop me from playing DBD completely. I do get burned out or have assignments to do and thus have had breaks where I don't play DBD for months - but I always come back. It'd have to be a fundamental change that overhauls the game in such a way that ruins DBD's core mechanics to stop me playing for good.

  • I couldn't really say to be honest but The Twins, Pyramid Head and Cenobite springs to mind. A good huntress comes close.

I know that Pyramid Head mains almost guarantee a hit at every pallet/window and can tunnel effectively without the worry of DS. So PH is definitely a strong contender. I don't have any experience playing Cenobite and limited time playing against him. But if he's using Hoarder + Franklin's with slowdown perks and addons like Impaling Wire and Larry's Remains he's VERY strong. Meanwhile, Twins have good mobility, are great at slugging and can put pressure on survivors whilst simultaneously camping.

Too hard to choose. I wouldn't say Oni is in the top 5 though as he is reliant on an m1 hit before he can use his power. Good survivors will play as safe as possible to avoid this.

  • There's a certain thrill about trying to save survivors endgame or as killer trying to secure your kill. I think it'd be very, very boring for both sides if everyone were to just "accept that survivor is dead and just leave".

I think regressing exit gate progress is fine as long as its tied with a perk. Because base game, I really don't see a problem.

  • As soon as I notice a cheater my internet connection suddenly dies and I am disconnected from the game. No idea why this is. After a few seconds however, it suddenly works again and I wait out the 5 minute ban to play the next game. Quite convenient actually as I'd rather not play with cheaters.

If I happen to play against too many cheaters though I suppose I'll need to upgrade my internet connection so I don't end up disconnecting and getting banned too often.

  • When the community complains about there being more and more bugs every update:

    RDT_20211014_0144055573654863116887527.jpg

  • PC advantages:

    • You can use a filter to make the game brighter, e.g. NVIDIA filter.
    • You can have better fps (if you have a decent PC) and can get all the way up to 120 FPS. Current gen consoles are capped to 60fps.
    • Keyboard + Mouse is an advantage for killers you need to aim with. Has a few other advantages too.
    • PC players can currently stretch their resolution which provides an in-game advantage. Judging from the fact no one's been banned for it, it seems like it's in a grey area (although of course the majority of the community think it shouldn't be allowed).
    • You can chat with random players in solo queue (if their PC too) before the game starts (not sure how easy this is on console). Generally not used as an advantage but you could easily communicate something like "I need unhooks for a challenge" or "I have BT :)".
  • In the end game as killer or survivor, I don't like the pressure. As a survivor I don't like the pressure of searching for the hatch and getting there first. Or trying to open the gates the killer is patrolling. My go to strategy is searching chests for keys and if that doesn't work I cleanse totems and find a spot to slowly die at.

As killer, I will look for hatch but I don't really care about finding it first. If I do find the hatch, I'm only going to patrol the doors if they're close. Sometimes I'll just stand at one door, body blocking it. The survivor is free to escape through the other door.

I just really don't like those end game scenarios.

  • Quickly tap a gen to see if the killer has Ruin. Except I tend to do this throughout the match, when I already know they have ruin or even when it has been cleansed.

Why. Would. Anyone. Try. To. Increase. Their. MMR?

Everyone keeps saying "there's no incentive to play fair because you can increase your MMR by playing cheap for easy kills/escapes."

But increasing your MMR does nothing for you!

    You're all insane.

Well I suppose the main reason to increase your MMR is so that you have supposedly better teammates, not the equivalent of rank 20's at low MMR. Another reason would be to play against more challenging opponents and to feel like you're progressing in terms of skill.

I used to watch Tru3Ta1ent and with the old emblem system he always wanted to pip, seemed to always check if he had. If he didn't, he'd be disappointed. He's competitive. Some people are competitive like him and will do whatever to increase their skill level... in this case their MMR. Hopefully this answers your question.

  • The developers have enabled NVIDIA Filters - they don't have to. For example, I don't think CS:GO allows NVIDIA Filters.

If NVIDIA Filters were disabled people would just configure their monitor to brighten up the game more (which people already do anyway). NVIDIA filters do offer a few nice things though like the sharpening option, so it's be sad to see that go.

  • No. But mostly just because they for some reason revealed how MMR works. But... why? I can now expect more survivors to leave instead of going for end game saves just so their MMR stays up. That's boring. Immersed Claudette's that do nothing and die last are better rewarded than someone being chased for 4 gens.

Honestly the old bloodpoint system would probably work better. I can't remember the exact BP you needed to black pip, pip and double pip but let's just go back to that system :).

Perhaps adjust the BP pipping threshold a bit if needed and change the rank reset to a colour above your current rank and you're good to go. (I genuinely wouldn't mind the old ranking system despite some of its problems).

Edit: I'm actually now remembering the issues with the old BP pipping system such as killers which gain BP easily being used to pip easily. And a few other issues... but yeah...

  • I wouldn't stop at just window vaults or sprint bursts though. Survivors also have an easy time pressing M1 when cleansing totems, opening exit gates, unhooking survivors, unlocking chests, waking others up, etc. They literally have no skill checks for any of that. We can't forget pallet vaults, pallet stuns, lockers or flashlights either.

These changes have to be made because as you suggest, survivors have it easy. They aren't skilled unless they are skill checked.

  • I'd say easily another 5 years, but hopefully a long time.

  • 20180131014049_1.jpg download (1).jpg 20200802222429_1.jpg download.jpg download (2).jpg

My last screenshot was well named: "Don't facecamp."

  • I've got this tome's level 1-4 challenges all stacked up and ready to be claimed. I intentionally didn't claim them for the new killer out of anticipation that the new survivor would be released soon after. Glad I did so because her perks are really unique and a nice change (Albeit slightly OP?). So yeah I'll also have 3 daily rituals ready to be claimed and 1 mil BP saved up before her release too.

  • Quite excited. Despite concerns about Boon totems being a bit OP and the fact that there are so many changes (meaning so many more bugs), I haven't looked forward to an update this big in a while. Boon totems are very interesting so can't wait to try out those.

In fact the update is so big there's even going to be a few surprises for me since I haven't even checked out all the new/updated addons.

  • Thanks, very interesting stuff here

I prefaced my statement saying I don’t care about Legacy being kept exclusive or released to the public, so you can drop the argument that I’m saying what I’m saying because of envy - thanks!

To your other point, I think you missed what I’m trying to focus on here. Even if the devs said Legacy would be exclusive, if they decided to release it to everyone after a few years that’s perfectly fine. They own everything (non-licensed) within their game so they can do what they want with it. The problem people have here is thinking “oh I played DBD during <X> and they devs said <Y> so no one else should get <Z> but me!”. Uh, no - you have no say over what gets done with cosmetics you don’t own. It’s not a “slap in the face” either, all you did was play a video game so quit acting like you’re entitled to something special because you’re not.

Please know I’m not directing the above paragraph to you, I’m simply saying “You” directed at those who my statement applies to.

I don't really understand the point of your arguments. Yes, we technically don't "own" anything in this game. But we're not talking about legal mumbo-jumbo, we're talking in simpler terms. The fact is that the devs promised to keep legacy exclusive to those that earned it before the 2016 deadline and they are morally obligated to keep that promise. I feel like you're making this topic way more complicated than it needs to be. The developers said they'd keep it exclusive, that's that. End of story. It doesn't matter that we technically don't "own" the skins.

If legacy skins were re-released to everyone, the reason it'd be a "slap in the face" is because BHVR would be breaking their promise of their exclusivity. Arguing that it wouldn't be a slap in the face because we don't actually technically own the skins is farcical. They must've repeated that legacy is exclusive/not returning probably THOUSANDS of times because of threads like this (see example from MandyTalks).

I don’t agree that playing during a time when the game was in a crappy (crappier?) state should merit an exclusive reward.

I mean, you could argue that modern DBD still has ridiculous things. Hatch is barely getting fixed… moris and hatch updated to an acceptable state, the syringe and styptic are more tolerable (but not perfect). Bloodwebs are still ridiculous if you want all perks on all characters, even worse if you’re P3’ing.

It doesn't matter what your opinion is on the matter. The fact is the devs promised legacy would stay exclusive. The problems you mention with the game now are absolutely nothing compared to the problems there was in 2016. They're not comparable and even if they were, it doesn't matter.

    @Rey_512 said:

I don’t care if Legacy stays exclusive or if it’s released to the public, but I do have an opinion about the entitled mentality some have around here.

Just because you play a video game during a certain timeframe does not mean you “deserve” anything special. You didn’t “work” for it, you just sat on your butt (or stood) playing a video game. You didn’t “earn” anything that no one else should be denied. Heck, if the devs wanted to they could throw a kill switch on Legacy cosmetics (or any cosmetics for that matter) and you’d never see them again - and you can’t fight it because you signed their EULA.

The only exceptions I tolerate are of the kickstarter/pre-order variety. You support a game before it comes out = you get certain stuff. I will admit that if something was given to kickstarter supporters (like a cosmetic) but then released shortly thereafter to the public then that would be a jerk move by the devs. However at this point for DBD, the game has been out for years and non-legacy survivors have probably put in more hours than those who do have legacy.

In response to your last paragraph: How can you possibly write all the stuff you have including downplaying legacy and its exclusivity status but then still tolerate exclusives for "kickstarter/pre-order"ing games? Do you mean to tell me you'd retract all of your arguments above if we had gotten legacy from pre-ordering DBD instead of earning it 5 months after release? How does that make any sense? We were still early adopters of an extremely unbalanced, buggy and grindy game (albeit fun and unique) that didn't even have SWF on release, or dedicated servers or any core mechanics you are accustomed to today like Bloodlust, Window Blocking, Exhaustion, EGC. I could go on about things like, old vacuums, old pallet numbers, killers lag switching everyone out the game, old infinites, old BNP, old Mori's, a common loss of progress bug, the fact you had to ready up every 5 seconds in a SWF because of a bug and spend ages queuing only to be dodged by a killer and sent back to the lobby, re-invite your friends and repeat.

People who played in 2016 were essentially supporting a game that should have had the name "Dead By Daylight [ALPHA/BETA]" so, again, your argument doesn't hold up. It would only hold up if you actually supported legacy staying exclusive.

This last guy I was with didn't want a 5 minute match.

He wanted to drag me and this Leon for over 20 minutes. Leon eventually just told me to just kill him and get the match over with.

    I obliged.

Conveniently for me I for some reason tend to lose connection every time I notice there is a cheater in the game. Very convenient that it happens as I'd prefer not to give them any attention they desperately crave and the 5 minute ban is much better than staying in that game. I'll just grab a cup of tea and play the next game.

But yea cheating has soared and the process to report them to get them banned is extremely poor and in some cases not even possible. Which is part of the reason why there's so many cheaters.

  • I wouldn't want to communicate with random players via VOIP or hear them. I'd rather the devs add existing perks like Kindred as base kit and a few other improvements such as :

    • A built-in totem counter
    • Revealing other survivor perks. At the most basic level it could be shown near each survivors name when they press ESC and in pre-game lobbies. DBD Mobile shows other survivor's each other's perks in the loading screen.

There's probably a few other things I've missed. But that's the gist of it.

  • Because it's so unique and I have fun playing it. I can easily go and play 10 free to play popular shooter games or battle royale games, but there is only one DBD. No other games are like it in the slightest.

  • Editing game files isn't encouraged by the Devs but many, many players have uncapped their FPS (or capped it to 120) over the years and I have yet to hear a single person being banned for it. There even used to be a mod a few years ago telling players how to do it on the steam forum.

Me and my friend group have played since 2016 and have had our FPS uncapped since at least 2017 with no problems whatsoever. Hope this helps.

  • I quite like the perk buffs, especially Vigil. Will be even better in a build surrounding Sprint Burst in a chase + Fixated. Plus, reducing other effects durations is nice too.

  • Can't remember why but my biggest break must've been just before the release of The Legion. I can't remember ever playing against old legion that everyone hated. I came back from my break a little while after Plague was released and by that point I think Legion was changed significantly.

So I guess the break was pretty good timing.

  • The main advice to give is to not take the game so seriously. This game can be unfair no matter which role you play, so don't just expect to win even if you make no mistakes. But be glad if you do. Take a 5-10 minute or so break after a stressful game so your anger doesn't boil over into the next game. Change things up and play a few survivor games.

Personally when I used to play a lot of killer I got quite caught up in this game's us vs them mentality and it made games less and less enjoyable. I didn't usually DC but game's became quite stressful since I would want to "win" and beat those cocky survivors. However I took a step back and realized this game really isn't worth the stress and now 95% of the time I just play survivor. It's A LOT less stressful. You don't have to think constantly, you have downtime to chill on gens and even have time for a little bit of goofing around if you're lucky.

Survivors making basic decisions like distance or stun would just complicate the role far too much. They already have enough on their plate needing to do 5 gens when there are only 4 of them. Who the heck is supposed to do the last gen? Casper the friendly ghost?

I know you're joking but pre pallet hit validation hits like this were still possible:

    https://youtu.be/1sAbc-RM6r4

And actually they still are possible if the killer somehow avoids being stunned by the pallet. Those hits were in no way fair. I know they didn't used to be that extreme in most cases but you can see how bad it can be without pallet validation.

  • Because as the game has progressed throughout the years, there's less pallets, there's more unsafe pallets and a lot of killers with anti-looping powers. Holding W would have been the best strategy years ago too. But back then there were double pallets, 2 vaults at jungle gyms, vacuum pallets/windows, old DS, etc the list goes on. Now the game is more balanced than ever, players have adapted (even though it is literally just by holding W more) to be more optimal with their pathings.

It's not particularly an exciting strategy but it's often the best. If you loop a decent Nemesis or PH like they're an M1 killer, chances are you're gonna get hit. If you pre-drop and hold W you won't be hit and they might end the chase then and there since it's not worth the trouble catching up to you.

If you want to make the hold W meta less effective there are still killers that can negate it. Namely: Blight, Wraith, Nurse, Spirit, Hillbilly. Honourable mentions: Clown and Pin Head.

  • Lately I've felt pressured to use Spinechill. Just because Wraith's are common and I really dislike being hit for "free" as I can't see the Wraith approaching, particularly on in-door maps.

  • It was back before the hatch spawned for last survivor regardless of gens. They were either extremely immersed or griefing. I basically searched the entire map multiple times before finally finding an urban evading Nea around a tree that I had to loop twice to see her. It took me 30 minutes to find her on Suffocation Pit. So the game probably lasted 40-50 minutes.

It wasn't uncommon for survivors to grief killers back then by hiding like that (although not usually as extreme) which is why I always felt vulnerable without Whispers. So glad the hatch mechanic is the way it is now, including EGC.

  • Funnily enough the Nurse's animation/visual bug I was talking about just happend to me:

    https://youtu.be/KCdWZjCNCFw

In a couple of months I'll be reminded that it exists again... probably.

  • Yeah they are a lot more common now, you'll probably see a few more. There's less obvious cheaters like progression cheaters but the ones cheating the game to spawn as a second killer or using speed/wall hacks are becoming more noticeable.

Just yesterday I went against a cheater that knew how to avoid having their steam64id known. It wasn't even a case of linking to someone else's profile. Their steam profile did not correlate to any steam64id - it couldn't be found. I was recording everything but didn't bother sending an additional report ticket because I couldn't get their steam64id.

Cheaters are a lot more emboldened by the fact that they can use multiple techniques to avoid being banned and even if they're caught, the support team (at least in my recent experience) doesn't ban them very quickly. It took 20 days for the last cheaters I reported to be banned.

This is a client side issue and its been around for some time. The survivor client will show the Nurse charging or fatigue when she really isn't. One way to tell is if she instantly goes into fatigue after a blink. In reality, there's always a time window after blinking before Nurse goes into fatigue.

Thanks for clarifying. I presumed that albeit rarely, some Nurses took advantage since the last time it happend a few months ago the Nurse was nodding her head in glee. Suppose she was just happy to catch me.

  • I should've mentioned it happens when they are charging their second blink but just as they are about to be fatigued from holding it for too long, they can M1 and are then fatigued. And to clarify, they do not actually use their second blink.

  • Not sure if I'm talking about the exact thing you describe. But I believe there's a nurse bug that lets nurses M1 as they're about to be fatigued from their second blink.

Occasionally reminded that this bug exists every few months.

  • Yes. But only because I saw this on reddit a few weeks ago
