Like I said before, it's impossible to differentiate between the server kicking you off due to issues and you actually disconnecting. No game can do that. That's why the first ban is only five minutes.

Scourge hook hunters vail seems extremely fun and it'd be a perk I'd consider using, albeit it may be on the weaker side against a swf.
Malicious Trap would most likely outclass Infectious Fright, a very similar perk, hence I wouldn't want it to be made.
Last Laugh would probably be weak but far from the weakest end game perk.

The issue with Left For Dead is that it doesn't fit modern DBD's game flow. You're not meant to complete generators as the last survivor, and if you try, hatch closure can stop you - if not, actually popping the gen tells the killer where you are, which makes escaping out the gates much trickier. It's also fairly rare to even get the circumstances where the achievement is possible. Took me 2500 hours to get that one, and like most people, it was with a killer that more or less let me escape.
Item of Obsession is pretty stupid and encourages terrible gameplay, but AFK or memeing killers are frequent enough where it's not an impossibility to get it without trying.
Left for Dead certainly is harder after the hatch rework, but after I set up a build for it I got it within a day. Requires a lot of luck but still better than this RPD achievement imo.

Atleast Left for Dead was one that you could get done in one match. Sure it was heavily luck based, but you could make a build around it and escape with ease.
Same goes for Item of Obsession, except you need a bit less luck for that.

There's no way to possibly differentiate between this and an actual dc. The first ban you receive is only 5 minutes long for reasons like this.

You are saying yourself that survivors plays against Billy less cautious because of he is so weak compared to Oni and Bubba. Once survivors are play with their best, Billy player will cant use his chainsaw. Also his addons are laughably bad compared to other killers probably they are worst addons in the game along with the Freddy's addons.
I'll agree that he has extremely bad add ons except four (those being lopro chains, engravings and tuned carburettor which I find heavily underrated).
The fact that survivors play less cautious against Billy means he has more opportunities to catch them out. But we can agree to disagree. I said this on an unpopular opinions thread for a reason :p

Watch a good Billy player vs good survivor player. Spoiler: Billy player will cant down survivor and most likely he will forced to M1.
And people won't vs a Oni or Bubba? People play even more cautious against those two than they do a Billy. Also no need to watch a good one, Billy is one of the few killers I feel like I'm great at. Obviously Im not amazing in every single sense, but I'd definitely say I'm well above average.

To me the add on is too strong cause it creates lose-lose scenarios. I do think he needs add ons buffed alongside...but I feel like his strongest one being nerfed was more important than his weakest being buffed.

She's a killer designed around when the game was still pretty new and there were infinites, bnps that completed gens instantly, flashlights that blinded you for 10 seconds, multiple pallets on a single loop and much much more. All these things were changed drastically, while Nurse got slight nerfs to her base kit while remaining the strongest killer in the game since her debut.
No killer should ever be able to freely ignore every defence a survivor has.

Billy's overheat mechanic is fine and his rework was, other than his roar and lopro chains, one of the best things that has happened to him.

Threw Legion in just to add Joey is also a character I simp for...and I've just realised four of my top five all have J as the first letter of their name.

Maybe they were unaware, but that's on them for not educating themselves better on the topic before making such commitments.
Generally I like BHVR a lot and I feel like people bash them too often, but I always felt like the crosses the line with nfts regardless of how clueless they were.

Not only is this poll biased like others have mentioned, but I love being forced to play my best. I live for those close matches that go right to the end, both sides making smart play after smart play.
Easy 4ks/escapes are boring af. I'd much prefer a hard worked 2k or last second escape over an easy 4k or escape where I sat on a gen the whole time.

All Hillbilly needs (coming from a Hillbilly main) is his roar removed and his lopro chains nerfed. Maybe a few add on buffs and collision fixed on a few maps, but otherwise just what I mentioned above.

I haven't played the game in a few months, but the only time I've ever dcd is over frustration with my teammates, usually frustration that has built up over many games.
The one main instance I can recall was when I was playing on RPD against an Oni. The game prior was extremely frustrating as it was a Nurse who focused on slugging while running double range add ons and four slowdown perks. Anyways I'm looping Oni in the building left of the main hall and he keeps on trying to use his dash to catch me out. It keeps on failing so I'm just wasting his precious time. This would've continued to work up until our villain of the story, Felix comes, who has other ideas, as he comes running into the room out of nowhere, drops the pallet on the loop blocking me as I can't vault it during the drop animation and downing me in the process. Claud then comes running in and fails the flashlight save completely and Kate is in the basement.
At that point I just decided to call it quits that match and I'd hop onto something else. Otherwise I don't think I ever dc, even if its a tunneling killer running broken things or if I'm playing killer myself against sweaty survivors.
Is it childish? Probably, I get agitated and annoyed quite easily. Maybe that's why I haven't played dbd in a while.

Honestly I'd just give her a complete rework from the ground up. A killer like Nurse shouldn't have existed for the past few years.

I'm still unsure, however I'm 99% sure this is something to do with Microsoft and Sony rather than BHVR as it seems like something they want too.
While I'm unsure why Xbox would be against it, it isn't completely unknown that PlayStation has never really been one for working with competitors.

If it helps in any way: It seems that the Pinhead NFTs are not using the BHVR model after all but the artwork of a completely independent artist. And BHVR seems to be not mentioned on their website regarding NFTs at all anymore.
also iirc BHVR has deleted their twitter post regarding NFTs.
The fact that they originally made the decision to use NFTs is what has me against buying anything for the time being.
Considering how much negativity and backlash they received afterwards, alongside with this info you have provided me, I do presume that they regret their actions and won't make the same mistake in future, however I'm standing my ground just in case.

I do get the silent slugs rather frequent, I would say maybe 1-2 slugs every 4-5th game.
Maybe I don't slug often enough or don't pay attention to it, but if you are right then 3 years definitely is over due.

I swear this has been fixed, or atleast fixed to the point where it's a very rare occurrence because I can not recall experiencing this in a long time.
As for your comment where survivor bugs get fixed quickly, one thing that is important to mention is that in both cases you mentioned they were killer specific and there were very few variables to go through, while for any bug that effects all killers there's a ton of variables to go through.

It would be a bit too niche of a killer for my liking. Many people (including me) don't play dbd with friends so making a chapter around a co op killer would be quite literally unplayable for some of us.

Blight is already the second best killer in the game without it, and the original creator of Blight has said it's unintended.

I’ll be honest, I can’t imagine it not being Trapper. He’s the closest to a normal human looks wise out of the three, and rocks a pretty basic mask making it immediately obvious that he is the killer. The other two are a bit more complex looking without a doubt.
However, the fact that Billy has his map based on a farm and himself being based around a farmer, albeit deformed, I feel he would better represent the game than Wraith for eeriness.
