All I ask for is Nurse & exposed perks be tweaked. Be it Blinks as special attacks or the idea that Alf guy put forward about only the first blink being considered basic.
Alternatively, nerf Starstruck so that it's based on proximity to killer and not terror radius so you can't change it's range with TR perks like agitation

If Starstruck works off proximity, then that becomes a problem because it automatically means the survivor knows the killer is in that distance, which also screws over stealth.

No it doesn't, outside of knock out or blindness being used - survivors always know where a killer who picks someone up is because of dying state aura reveals.
On top of that No Killer is undetectable while carrying on a basekit level without some very niche perks.
Starstruck being a permanent 32m radius around the Killer* seems fair to me.

There's all sorts of ways to game it currently. On demand timed stealth and then pick up to prevent Starstruck reveal till timer runs out, for example.

You mean a rare interaction that only memelords like Benjo use?
If anything proximity based Starstruck is a buff to half the cast since not all killers have a 32m terror radius. Might make the perk actually worth running on Killers that aren't Nurse. Would also work against survivors who are oblivious - another buff.
Nurse shouldn't be allowed a 44m exposed radius, It's just over the top.

Yes, great idea. Kill off gimmicky fun combos just to prevent a non-issue interaction.
She's a killer designed around when the game was still pretty new and there were infinites, bnps that completed gens instantly, flashlights that blinded you for 10 seconds, multiple pallets on a single loop and much much more. All these things were changed drastically, while Nurse got slight nerfs to her base kit while remaining the strongest killer in the game since her debut.
No killer should ever be able to freely ignore every defence a survivor has.
Any killer that singlehandedly bottlenecks balancing is a problem so there is no reason to even pretend that she'll be fine after omega blink gets nerfed.
She has the same problem every strong killer has, the addons. A weak killer, such as legion, has addons that barely affect their power and playstyle. Then we have nurse, or blight, or spirit. The stronger killers have addons that heavily modify their playstyle and their counter. I don't think that nurse is as strong as people tend to say without addons, as she has an alternative way of looping (tall walls, second floors).
You could also make her first blink basic attack and the second special, but definitly not both, because you have to remember she is the slowest killer and she would basically be unable to use so much perks and the meta on Nurse would be worse.

Possible small ajustments :
make her stunnable when fatigue and charging the blink
muffle all sounds when fatigue (like a reverse stridor) + darkened vision : could help survivors getting away more often when she is close

Torn Bookmark and range Add-Ons need nerfs.
Her base-kit is otherwise perfectly fine
Rework range and 3 blinks completely. Problem solved.
Range addons are being nerfed so

She's fine after the range travel speed nerf goes live.

I didn't expect anything else tbh.
Classic snark for no reason, all because my opinion is different to yours
Also not an argument really but you do you
Blink hit being a basic attack means making so many fun perks worse for all other killers. Blight lethal rush isnt basic. Why is teleport hit?

addon pass + blink hits are specials, she should be mostly fine after that
She just need a nerf to her addons.
