Am I the only one who genuinely likes it? I've already got multiple 4ks with Clown, and somehow a 3k with Nurse with the last guy escaping through hatch even though I've no experience.
Maybe it is unbalanced and Clown and Nurse just excel on that map, but we need to play it more to properly see.
-
If you played well, or your team were extremely poor, I'll let you go aslong as I'm not doing any challenges and you weren't my last BBQ stack. If you're toxic none of this applies.
Additionally, I'll make sure you keep your item by repeatedly swinging at it if you drop it.

Intentional sandbagging goes into disruptive gameplay/trolling, like I said depends on the situation but seeing what OP posted I dont think that Nea was trying to avoid a Blood Warden situation and instead being a troll.
Yeh I think we need more info to determine if this is intentional sandbagging or a tactical play.
Can we have more info OP?
-
The way I see it, it depends if its tactical or not. If you two are the only survivors remaining in the trial, then that's body blocking and is bannable. If the killer is right behind you and you'll get downed because of the Nea, it is bannable. If the Nea is waiting to see if any other survivor gets hurt or downed so you have a much longer period of time to make the save / to counter blood warden, it is a tactical play to ensure as many survivors can escape as possible.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong as this is something I wouldn't want to spread false info about.

So I can do this as a killer?
You can do it as both killer and survivor

Me: throws antidote and runs through it
Me: gains like 2.5 meters of distance
Me: finds survivor and has to reload earlier because one bottle already gone
Me: ends up losing distance in the end because of the necessary earlier reload
You're not supposed to throw it outside of a chase...

I dunno, all the ttvs i've gone against have been really nice and great sports
Same here, they're usually extremely nice and compliment me as killer after the match even if I don't type in chat.

I haven't experienced camping in ages, and tunneling is rare for me.
-
It adds the extra 1% regardless if it's a skill check hit with a token or not iirc.

its the opposite for me. I was playing customs with my friends and everytime one of us would play killer we would agree the hits looked good from the killer pov but not for surv pov
Whenever I'm playing killer it initially looks fine, and then right after they're downed it just inches them forward a bit too much to show where they actually were.
-
I like the new maps and the new animations, and other than the placement of the gens I like the new UI too. Clown feels fun and his bottles seem somewhat useful.
-
Clown is already a weak killer, and his counter is to drop pallets early.

The literal G-spot... My god, I thought I'd never find it..
I've also noticed it isn't the only map with a new fat shame.....All the crying about the new UI, but honestly there are much bigger issues, I mean even crotus pren now has a basic loop that's a fat shamble. There's always something new!
I'm actually 💕 ng the survivor animations at least. No more jumping squats from a downed survivor going into hatch, it was nice to see them actually crawl in like they should.
Haven't seen the one on Crotus but I'll be dreading it if I'm playing killer.
As for the animations, I'm also a fan of them, other than the running while injured model, because that just looks like they're running while they have a cramp.
-
@PeaceNGrease said:
Seriously, can't even enter the cabin on the side where the pallet spawns. You cannot get in from side, it's a full safe space for survivors. Don't know if it only affects wraith or certain middles, but it definitely affects him.
Every killer gets stuck on it and it's a god spot for survivors unless you're playing Huntress or Slinger (Its sloped so I don't think PH can hit survivors in it).
-
The only problem with animations is running while injured, otherwise they're fine.

literally everyone and my own literal mother has said the UI is bad and listed the reasons why
I'm mostly fine with it, other than the gen placement which might just take time to adapt to.

Did you really create an account JUST to try to get people to play a different game?
It's not even the first time in the last hour someone has made a new account just to post something pointless smh
-
Seems like a waste of time just for that, I know it's better to get your feedback out their but he could've atleast explained why he dislikes it while also listing things he does like, there are better manners than just saying "I hate it."
-
Did you really make an account just for this...?

I did not say it needs a buff I said it probably needs a rework. They should make the Hit Avoidance a bit longer.
Oh my bad, I assumed you did when you mentioned the bug that appeared in the PTB. I'd be up for a rework, aslong as they don't gut the perk entirely, similar to the Ruin or Decisive rework where it keeps the same idea (like Hit Avoidance as you said) but does it in a different way.

It's always been that way lol.
Before there were too many constraints imo, especially that alot of the loops were much safer where Clowns bottles wouldn't help at all. Additionally the middle being much more open allows for better pressure than before.
-
It seems it's one of his strongest maps now too. Small so it's easy to pressure, and he can hit the roof to spread his gas.
-
Dead Hard with steering made it without a doubt the best exhaustion perk in the game, with it already being up for contention for that spot. It in no way needs a buff, and if anything it needs a slight nerf.
-
I'm gonna admit, I like it for the most part, with my only problem being that the gens appear at the top.
(I haven't been exhausted so I'm not sure how that looks so that might be another complain when I get round to it)

yea and i have logged in from 2nd to 3rd february so I was even covering two days, but didn't get the reward for it just like the discord bloodpoints.
Well it's not the devs fault that you didn't find the code sooner despite you playing both the day before and on the day.

I saw in the developer note that they were working on MMR and Rank rewards. So is that going to be today or another time?
Although I can't confirm that it will be, if I had to take a guess they'll release it on the 13th when we would usually have rank reset.
-
The current matchmaking and ranking system can be poor at times to say the least. Often you'll be matched with people outside your rank range, but even then they can play extremely poor.
Regardless of both of these issues, it will hopefully be fixed with the coming patch, with from what I'm aware the second release of MMR is coming, which should be an improvement on the first.

Nerfing Pop and Undying: Feeding off survivors positive energy and feeding off killers negative energy
Nerfing DS and OoO: Feeding off killers positive energy and feeding off survivors negative energy.
BP codes: Feeding off everyones positive energy.
New hud: Feeding off everyones negative energy.
It's all adding up.
-
I'd say Huntress, takes a while to learn but a ton of fun even before you do.

I still don't see why some people have this level of entitlement.

SWF is boring. Everything is calculated in advance, you always know what's going on. No surprises, always the same games that repeat themselves tirelessly ...
That's definitely a reason it can be boring. There's no risk, and you've alot to fall on after failure.
-
Mostly fun, definitely much more fun than swf (although for different reasons than most would think).

Was this whole thread just to bring up FNAF's again?
Regardless if it was or wasn't, the creator of FNAF claimed there would be no crossovers this year.
-
No this isn't holding the game hostage, it was their fault for putting themselves in that position even if you did set up against it.
-
This is some 4d chess right here.
-
If it was Dead Hard than doc shocking you denies it, otherwise it's a bug.
-
We will never know if it will or won't effect the killers or survivors MMR, although I do agree with you that it shouldn't effect the killers MMR while it should effect the survivors.
-
Mains (The killers I play frequently): Pig, Clown, Legion, Pyramid Head.
Dailies (The killers I'll play if I have a daily for them): Trapper, Wraith, Hillbilly, Myers, Doctor, Huntress, Bubba, Freddy, Spirit, Plague, Slinger.
Other (The killers I either will never play or I don't own): Nurse, Ghostface, Demo, Blight, Twins.
On each killer I own I have a build I like, so if I don't play a killer it's because I dislike them, or in The Twins case, I don't own them.
-
I do believe this is a bannable offence unfortunately.
-
Although I had the complete opposite enjoyment from the game yesterday, I'm glad you had fun playing dbd :)
-
As a solo player, I only use DS in a Head On build, otherwise I've never really felt the need to run it.

Thanks for the response. It has been affecting gameplay, but not horribly. There is noticeable lag. It's intermittent, but not constant. The arrows seem to join me most of my matches. I just don't understand, because I run a test on my console and the wifi is good. That's why I ask if it's out of my control?
If it's ok with you, may I ask where you live? It may not be your wifi but rather you can't get a good connection to a server as you don't live near one.
-
This indicator does infact mean you are having going issues (White being 100-200 ms and red being 200 ms + iirc). Is your game lagging? Or is it just appearing for no reason while your game runs smoothly?

Although I can't speak for most of these, I can see if the four for me are accurate.
Pig: "You still think boop the snoot is still funny(it isn’t) and you think ambush is actually useful at loops(it isn’t)." I genuinely do think both that boop the snot is still funny (to an extent) and that ambush is useful on certain loops.
Clown: "Good clowns are very scary and will make yo reconsider where you put him on your tierlist." I don't like tooting my own horn, but I feel like I fit under this category of Clown players. I tend to 3k or 4k most games, and if I don't its usually a bad map for Clown, or simply put the survivors were genuinely great.
Legion: "You think they are a hidden gem of a killer." They are. "Can’t forget all joey mains are really chill I love you all." All Joey's are extremely nice, it's hard to hate them.
Pyramid Head: "You hate DS and think second chance perks should be removed." I dislike DS, although only because how some people can abuse it when I haven't tunneled them, so the new DS sounds great to me! "You probably thought his old 50/50 was fair and want it back." It's still a thing if you know how to use it, although I can't imagine how strong is old one was (I didn't even have that chapter back then). "Bring his butt back BHVR pls!!!" Too op.

Does this include the old woman as well?
Is she Yui, but old?
It could be that it's old memories, rather than an old Yui, but we'll have to wait and see for what this all actually means.
-
If I ever do it (which is a rare occurrence because ik how it feels on the side of a killer) its either because the killer was toxic, or I had an archive challenge to get flashlight blinds.
-
Unlike what most of the people above have said, I'm in favour of a Spinechill nerf.
-
Don't worry, I don't use self care. I'll make sure to let you get the heal unless I'm using Resilience.
