Clown's bottles should either increase, or he should have separate pools for bottles.

Having only 4 bottles base discourages frequent creative uses of your Tonic and Antidote. Yes, you do have to think wisely about your choices with a limited amount, but the current amount is VERY limiting base. Cheap Gin Bottle makes it feels just right.
