Yes, the mobile version of Dead by Daylight is on the beta stage according to Sam from Behavior.
Sam:
DbD Mobile is available in select countries only during its Beta phase. It is slated for its full release before the end of 2019. We will make the Beta version of the game available to more countries soon, so stay tuned.

Firstly, if survivors are hook bombing each other. It would be a great idea to use DS (Decisive Strike) to prevent the killer from tunneling you, and you get a second chance if the killer tries to mori you.
If you get farmed, and the killer is tunneling you for the mori, just jump into a locker to force a DS (just don't make it obvious that you have DS).

Much Harder, they already cause my survivor games so many pips >:( (and some killer)
I don't know if it's just me, but whenever survivors or killers DC in my games, it doesn't really bother me anymore. I just stopped caring about why people DC, I don't know exactly why. Maybe because awhile ago it use to make me upset when someone DC'd, and I didn't want it to affect me mental health anymore.
However, there needs to be a DC penalty because everytime I down a survivor, I don't even bother picking them up on the first/last down. It's a waste of my time to go through a pointless animation.
1 DC = No Penalty
2 DC = 5 Minute Penalty
3 DC = 15 Minute Penalty
4 DC = 30 Minute Penalty
5 DC and More = 1 Hour Penalty
Escalation resets every 24 hours.

Oh, that means they are plugging up wires to fix the Exit Gates! The developers added this feature to bridge the gap between solo survivors and SWF! :)
Just kidding, but yeah, they definitely need to punish DCing harder.
-
If you're having trouble finding a killer lobby, that's probably because there isn't enough survivors to handle all of the killer requests.
There should be an incentive to play the other role to balance out queue times. Maybe a 50% BP bonus? Or 100% more XP, which can help out with the shard grind?

You can't really run from her either, or hide from her, or drop pallets on her, or juke her.
Come to think of it, if you're a good nurse, not even a great nurse there isn't really anything you can do against her, but sure - lets keep her how she is because that's so fun.
I like Nurse, your skill is reflected by how well you use her power. I do agree that certain add-ons need to be reworked such as extra blink range and extra blinks, but other than that, I prefer that her base power remains untouched.
Also, Nurse does have counter play, and I'm not going to say "Stealth" because we already had that discussion even through it's one of her counters. If you can read the Nurse you're going against, then adapt to her playstyle, you should be able to waste a decent amount of time on her until she adapts.
Here's a video of Tru3ta1ent going against a Nurse: He's using her counter!
https://youtu.be/39DCCqKabToAnti-Nurse Build
Dead Hard
Iron Will
Quick & Quiet
Decisive Strike
If you tend to get a lot of Nurses, I recommend you use these perks because they can throw off even the most seasoned Nurse players.
At the end of the day, if you don't know what you're doing against a Nurse, of course you're going to get destroyed by her. This also applies to killers as well, if you don't know what you're doing as the killer, you're going to get destroyed by the survivors.

XB1X runs the game perfectly, the only time it has trouble running the game is when it's on Haddonfield.

@ColgateAdvancedWhite - See that's a noob mistake. Top tier survivors use a Sega Bass Fishing Rod. Easy killer loops just by twirling the fishing reel in and out.
This controller will be even more suitable when Jaws becomes the next killer (here I go again!)

Yeah the notification is them going down in one hit
Just to further clarify since some of y'all are getting the personal exposed notification mixed up with the public exposed notification.
The personal exposed notification is what you see at the right side of your screen.
The public exposed notification is what EVERYONE sees on your health state, this is exactly what happens Ghostface exposes you. This offers more information to the survivors because it tells them who's exposed, and for how long.
-
Me and @Masantonio was playing together when our team got destroyed, and I was the last one remaining.
There are a few things you can do to increase your odds of survival:
- Memorize the killer's patrol pattern
- Progress the Exit Gates just below 20% and hide, so the first red light doesn't come on. Then come back and finish opening the Exit Gates with 80% left instead of 100%.
- Do the opposite of number 2, then book it to the other Exit Gate. The killer should waste enough time investigating the area that you escape via the other Exit Gate.

You already see an exposed timer at the right side of your screen. It counts down, the same as any other status effect. So I don't see any harm and having it at the bottom like with Ghostfaces. Though he'd feel a little less unique due to it
Having it on your health status makes it visible to all survivors, which means more information for everyone to use. For example, if you got exposed by MYC, everyone would see that on your health status. Survivors would now expect to be exposed, then play around it.

Lets buff myers because every exposed shows a timer?
that's an odd reason to buff a killer, lol.
We're buffing Myers because HIS exposed status effect is shown to all survivors. If HIS exposed status effect wasn't shown to everyone, he wouldn't need a buff in my opinion.
Btw, I'm not asking for HUGE buffs, just something to even out what's lost when the exposed status effect timer is shown to all survivors. That's what the developers have been wanting to do anyways, namely, bring solos together with SWF, then buff killers to compensate.
@Pulsar said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/604365#Comment_604365
What did you have in mind for buffs? Also, I feel like part of the skill with exposed is knowing how long it lasts for. I could see it with NOED or MYC but I don't see why it needs to happen.
There's many ways, such as bring back multi-stack, faster stalking, or making his base exposed duration longer. It's really whatever you think will even out what power Myers lost with this QoL change to solo survivors.
-
@Pulsar said:
As long as it doesn't affect Myers, I'm fine with it. Just seems like you should know the Exposed timers tho.
You basically get to see how long you, and everyone else is exposed for. Sorry to say, but it will affect Myers because it will show everyone how long they are exposed for. Through, he could get some buffs to compensate?

Oh, sorry, then that's perfect, that will by a direct number cut like the developers did with Enduring 2 sec => 1 sec. 320 seconds => 160 seconds, which isn't bad at all! :)

Here's my idea:
Brutal Strength:
You break pallets and generators 40/45/50% faster. Generators you kick regress at normal/150%/200% speed.
Normal regression is 0.25c/s every second. Therefore, it will take 320 seconds for an 80 second (or 80 charges) generator to regress back to 0 seconds (or 0 charges).
So, a 200% increase in regression will increase 0.25c/s to 0.75c/s. Therefore, it will take 106.67 seconds for an 80 second (or 80 charges) generator to regress back to 0 seconds (or 0 charges).
I think that might be a little to good, maybe the values should be 50%/75%/100%?
-
@twistedmonkey said:
I think it's certainly something that could be done and quite possibly should. I'd be down for it personally.
My only reservation is if they are capable of implementing it without breaking other maps in the process.
I think the developers can do that, and even if they mess it up, seeing how fast they did the Ghostface hotfix, they can immediately fix the problems! :)
Btw, I really wanna bring this topic back up because Bloodlust shouldn't activate on Badham Preschool, it's complete overkill in my opinion. :(

Why not both if the Killer hook camps then slow slow down the hook time. And if he leaves reward it. Plus it puts pressure on the survivors amping the game up
This can work too, but I would rather take small steps at a time to see how things roll out. Maybe rewarding killers cuts down on 25% of all camping, but punishing camping cuts down on 50% of all camping. We will have to see which is more effective, then use that, but hopefully, rewarding killers would be the better option.
-
In my opinion, yes they are. :)
However, you may get better results with Snares than from Fake Pallets, so that's cool as well!
-
@Rizzo said:
No worries 😉
Rizzo is da boss! :)
Anyways, yeah, we need a queue time penalty, and it escalates depending on how often you DC.
It could be as follows:
1 DC = No Penalty
2 DC = 5 Minute Penalty
3 DC = 15 Minute Penalty
4 DC = 30 Minute Penalty
5 DC = 1 Hour Penalty
Penalties will reset every 24 hours.
-
Snares are underwhelming, and pallets are lit! 😎
-
I think the easy solution is to do one of two things:
- Reward Killers
- Punish Killers
Number 1 is my personal favorite, just give killers a reward for leaving the hook. Maybe they get a 5% speed bonus when further than 32 meters from the hook? It could be anything, and killers would love to go after multiple survivors! :)
Number 2 is quite simple, we could just increase the total hook time by 60 seconds. This means 1:30 in both the Summoning and Struggle phase, which can allow survivors more time to gen-blitzkrieg the killer.

That's actually the correct thing to do, if you don't want to rescue your buddy TOO soon (e.g. if you suspect the killer is still nearby). I've done exactly this just recently... maybe it was you eh?
Oh, I see where you're coming from, but it's not like the situation you're prescribing me. Whenever a survivor is hooked, I will work on a generator until they are almost to their next hook state.
However, it was more risky because it came down to literal seconds to losing 2 hook states in a single hook. However, I'm not blaming the guy, I remembered when I incorrectly saved someone, and it went really bad. :(
-
Maps can also detect dream pallets with a Rainbow Map, assuming it's tracked.

The one and only time I'm downed in the match this potato just sits by the exit gates and waits for me to die....
Believe me, I feel your pain, namely, I had a survivor work on a generator directly beside of me when I was about to enter struggle. Luckily, despite my hook meter being at 50%, I didn't enter struggle because he finally realized there was someone hooked beside of him. 😂
But hey, I'm not judging, I make beginner mistakes as well. :)

That's Solo Queue Life
That's why I'll play Nurse, because I can do whatever I want. Typically, when I see a survivor taking one for the team, I'll let them live while the others die.

most common can be as little as 10% lmao, it means nothing.
Nothing you say is going to convince me that survivors are running anything close to 44 perks lmao, move on, you're flat out wrong.
Just get better at the game and you wont have these issues.
"Just get better at the game and you wont have these issues."
Yeah, it's all my fault, I'm just so terrible at this game! ☹
Jokes aside, I'm actually a great killer, and I also play survivor on a daily basis as well! 😉
Most common can be as little as 10% lmao, it means nothing.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Peanits said somewhere around ~20%. Furthermore, Spirit and Billy are also strong killers, but I don't know how often they are used (Maybe ~10%).
Since strong killers can actually kill, you'll get a 43% survival rate, but the opposite is also true, weak killers won't be able to do much against high ranked survivors. Sure, sometimes they might get a lucky streak of events, but as long as survivors know what they are doing, it's pretty harsh on weak killers.

"I will agree with you, to a certain extent, that perks are sometimes better than voice communication. "
Perks are ALWAYS better for giving information because that information when active is being given ALL the time, not one comment of "he's camping me".
I've come to the conclusion that you guys just refuse to get better at the game and instead would like everything handed to you.
Survival rate between 1st April & 7th of April at rank 1 was 43%.
Good killers are already killing 57% of the time.
Before we move on, there's a common misconception about the "Rank 1 43% survival rate"
The reasoning behind the 43% is because of the most common killer played at rank 1 through 4.
You guessed it, the Nurse, and we all know how God-like a Nurse can be if used correctly.
Now, back to the topic, yes perks are better, but you don't need to use certain perks because voice communications gives you almost the exact power of those perks. Therefore, this frees up room for SWF players to use more perk combos, and ultimately, give them more overall strength.
-
There will always be people who will try to get a negative reaction from you regardless of what the developers do to prevent such behavior. However, if I was you, just leave and move on to the next game. Or... when I get aggravated, I just take a long break because Dead by Daylight can be a very frustrating game.
-

Kindred gives information all the time, on the location of all surivors and the killer if he camps, it's simply not the same at all, just trying so hard, killer is easy, it's nothing like 44 perks.
I legit wish the devs would let us use 44 perks and you'll see how stomped killers get every match.
When Tapp said, "The killer is camping me" everyone knew until he said otherwise, he was camping him. Through, I will agree with you, to a certain extent, that perks are sometimes better than voice communication. However, this isn't always the case, and when you get information that you're not supposed to have, it breaks the game down. Dead by Daylight is an anti-social asymmetrical horror game, information is power in this game.

@Seanzu said:

You're just flat out wrong, lmao.
Survivors are not getting constant on the point information about killer/survivor location due to being in coms together.
Here's an example of what voice communication does:
Tapp: Ah, he's camping me, so just do gens. (Kindred)
Claudette: Alright, where's everyone at?
David: I'm at the Shack doing a generator for Tapp, and can someone heal me? (Bond, Aftercare, Empathy)
Feng: I'm outside the Shack right now, hold on. (Bond, Aftercare)
Tapp: Y'all, he just now left me for the Shack, but I'm about to go to struggle. (Object of Obsession)
Claudette: Don't worry I got you!
Tapp: Thanks, I'm going to start getting totems since campers tend to run NOED.
Claudette: I seen a totem at The Suffocation Pit, it's right at the entrance. (Small Game)
Feng: The killer is coming y'all! (Premonition, Spine Chill)
David: Don't worry, I have Dead Hard!
Feng: You should be okay because there's a ton of pallets around here, just run him to any jungle gym you see! (Windows of Opportunity)
I can go on and on, but again, to be clear, I don't mind SWF. The odds of you getting a 4-man SWF, especially a depip squad, is rare and even if I do, I'll just go tryhard with Nurse.
-

It is of my opinion that survivors on comms do not get an additional 7 perks as it would require constant communication.
An opinion is not a lie, the whole "44+" perk is a push to try and discredit and push how "op" SWF is, I've never dodged a lobby on DBD and I'm in top 300 tracked for kills out of 46,000+ players. It's weird how actual, good killers don't have an issue with SWF but people on the forum do.
An opinion can't be a lie no matter how bad you want it to be, I've never felt like I've been facing 44 perks in my life, that's utterly ridiculous.
An opinion can be debated, and proven wrong, just like how theories can be tested and proven wrong. Vice versa, when an opinion is proven correct, it becomes a fact and facts are always true.
I'm debating that your opinion is incorrect, through I do respect each and everyone's opinion. :)

To get the same advantages as those perks you'd have to be talking constantly with no breaks to apparently relay all of this information at once, which is what perks do and comms doesn't gg try again.
SWF is easy, once bad killers start to get better at the game we'll be fine.
You're hilarious bud, like imagine pretending all SWFs are 4-Man, and imagine pretending survivors have 44 perks per game.
It's not an assumption, I'm taking an educated guess that you don't believe SWF gets free perks with voice communication, or else you would've agreed with @SovererignKing.
My previous comments prove to you that SWF does get free perks. Also, to be clear, I'm not against SWF in anyway, but I do want the truth to be known about SWF.

I can tell from your comments that you don't think SWF gets a perk advantage, so I proved that SWF does get a perk advantage. 😎
I used reasoning and justification to prove that they do get a perk advantage. Furthermore, most of the community can agree that SWF gets a lot of perks with voice communications because you can just tell every what you see. Dead by Daylight is a game where you're not supposed to everything, so this information becomes OP.

I'll paypal you 50$ if you can quote and link a comment where I've lied, good luck.
Additionally, you're the one doing all this wild math insinuating that you're playing against 44 perks.
Also, never posted in the DBD Steam forums, and the only reason I'm disliked around here is because I've played more killer than the majority of the people who sit here and spout how weak killers are while I have no issue with where killers are right now.
"In every PvP game you always balance for the maximum potential of every character" - So every killer should be nerfed into the ground because the nurse is so strong. 4Man SWF is 5% of matches, FIVE PERCENT, it's negligible, you just want extreme nerfs because you can't handle any SWF at all.
People are mad because they refuse to get good and want everything handed to them.
"I'll paypal you 50$ if you can quote and link a comment where I've lied, good luck."
Challenge accepted! 😎
"You're the one doing all this wild math insinuating that you're playing against 44 perks."
Since I can tell that you don't think that's the case, well, you're wrong my dude.
Technically, when you're playing against a 4-man SWF, you're getting free perks from voice communications.
Bond, Empathy, Aftercare, Kindred, Object of Obsession, Alert, Buckle Up, and so on. After you account for the free perks, survivors can equip 4 perks of their likings, then you'll have 4 plus 7 (Let's just pick the 7 I've named off) equals 11. Now, multiply 11 by 4 since there are 4 survivors per Trial. You'll get a result of 44 perks that you're going against in every Trial, assuming it's a 4-man SWF.
Where's my $50? Just kidding, I don't need money because my reward is proving a point.
-
Personally, I'd like to see dropped pallets get destroyed because it would punish survivors who try the safe route, rather than continuing to loop him.
