As a survivor I like bloodlodge and sheltered woods (because pallet city) but I dislike Gideon meat plant and Lérys
As killer I dislike anything with corn (corn blindness is real) and bloodlodge and sheltered woods (because too many pallets) -
I also dislike this map! It’s barely any good with trapper and hag (emphasis on barely)
The only reason why I dislike it as survivor is because the map doesn’t look nice like I get it’s a swamp but Shrek lives in a swamp and his doesn’t even look as bad as backwater -
Wait did the devs finally do something right and gave a shadow nerf to DS?!

What rank are you?
because I’m rank 6 and it doesn’t take long but also I just had a killer message me and he said 9/10 games I’m in them.
Oh and in that match he is a rank 3 killer and I was rank 6, we had 2 rank 2s and a rank 20 (matchmaking am I right lol) -
Yea after you reach a certain rank it does get tiring but usually once I reach the red ranks I’ll stop playing killer and wait till next rank reset

To be honest I find it disrespectful when you unhook someone and I didn’t even take 5 steps away from the hook!
I remember i was playing billy and I hooked a Claudette and the minute I turned around I heard a Dwight (he was p3) trying to unhook her and I grabbed him and hooked him.
when I’m survivor and that happens to me I go straight to the killer because it’s like oh there goes your benevolence points! My favorite survivors are the ones that think we can both survive a leatherface chainsaw.
If i accidentaly do it, I’ll actually run into the chainsaw or take a hit. -
The adept trophies that took the longest for me were wraith (I decided to do it when scratch marks were bugged) and hag. Hag has to be played differently because you could end up playing a game with no perks.
the rest were easy I got most of them within one or 2 matches -
Ok I thought I was the only person who sucked with using him.
He’s definitely not easy but also due to rank reset I’m rank 16 and they keep matching me with rank 8s and lets just say I have a steep learning curve aka I’m getting bullied :'(
I got him to level 50 and I still have terrible perks with him :'( but I’ll still practice using him because just like the nurse and hag I’ll never give up! -
I never got to try out insta hatches (Machine gun build) :'(

The worst part is when you’re carrying an item and a person is on a hook but there’s an item below them and your character picks up the item instead of getting the guy off the hook (rip ace you will be missed)

Honestly it’s rare and random but I like when you can have a conversation (after the match) with either a fellow survivor (or a survivor you’re up against) and or killer and you guys joke around or give each other advice/compliments it’s nice! Especially on this forum some of the people are pretty cool and understanding of one another (emphasis on some)

Yep and make it to where killers will not be able to hit you or hook you which means they can only chase you around

They should create a perk for survivors that lets them bleedout faster

Oh I feel you! My personal opinion when I reach red ranks I stop playing till next rank reset because as survivor it gets boring going against only 2 (maybe 3) different killers. As a killer you can only enjoy being chasing in circles for so long (unless you’re nurse but even I get tired of looking at the floor being fatigued at times)

I know OP isn’t going to agree with this but to whoever else is wondering and thinking no tunneling isn’t bad! It’s a strategy! Remember as a killer you have to KILL anyway possible just like being a survivor you SURVIVE anyway possible so if the killer chases you when you get off a hook loop them to oblivion! If not, oh well, you died just find another lobby and boom you’re in another game!

I have to say I don’t really dislike playing as any killers because they all have different play styles but I do think hag is underrated

There are no “rules” you survive however you can survive and you kill however you want to kill! As long as you don’t hack, abuse/use exploits, no lag switching, don’t bully and or harass others in chat!

The titles were not always self-imposed. Anyone who dared say anything about Killer issues or nerfing Survivors was deemed a "Killer main", and anyone who dared say anything about Survivor issues or nerfing Killers was deemed a "Survivor main".

In my opinion I honestly think it started when the community started separating themselves calling themselves “killer mains” and “survivor mains” if people would just call themselves “fellow fog travelers “ or “deadites” because the game is meant to be played on BOTH sides and when everyone plays BOTH sides people will start to know the issues of this game and come to agreements

I was playing Myers and I was chasing my obsession (who was one of those flash light clickers and crouchers (what you guys call t-bags)) little did he know when I caught up to him boom, tombstone, he died and I get a message that says “f*ck you go suck a d*ck you f*cking c*nt” I laughed so hard

its unbalanced we get it but to me it’s like why not just leave the game and play something else?! Like it’s been 2 years and it’s not fixed. That’s like being in a toxic relationship for the same amount of time and saying oh it’ll change. Sorry but if you enjoy playing a different game go play it.
i get it some people may say oh he’ll lose viewers guess what? Oh well I mean is it really worth his sanity?! To me his loyalists will follow him no matter what. But also these streamers need to remember if you keep giving a game attention others will be drawn to it. So in the end DBD is still getting a huge playerbase regardless of it being unbalanced -

1) buff killers! at red ranks I shouldn’t only be going up against 2 killers!
2) some maps need fixing. Thompson house has that dumb exploit! And the fact that sheltered woods has over 20 pallets. Bloodlodge still isn’t completely fixed and I still see double pallets on maps.
3) I’d say nerf meta perks (still waiting on DS and self-care) -

When I’m killer I give the hatch up don’t care enough because it’s a waste of time I’d rather just open a new lobby because all that wasted time I could’ve been earning more shards and points.
when I’m survivor if I see the killer at the hatch I’ll do the nearest gen it usually baits them and then I’ll farm them for boldness points and then point at the hook and accept death OR if they give me hatch I’ll give up my item I figure it’s a sign of good faith and it’s a good trade off -
My only problem with his video is when he says maps are fine, which if basement isn’t in Thompson house and they go and get downed at the top of the house you’re screwed
Also the fact he says pallets are fine which again bloodlodge still has a significant amount of pallets and sheltered woods has over 20 pallets now I’m not saying take away all pallets I’m saying take away some (like 5) pallets on those 2 maps. By the way I still see double pallets which should not be a thing. -

TBH I know it’s asking for a lot but I don’t understand why they didn’t include how the hex totems work in the tutorial. That way they can take away ALL notifications for hex totems and make them (a tad bit) more effective

Ok might be unpopular opinion but I’m not much of a play to win type kind of guy. Like sure I reach red ranks but it’s like there honestly isn’t any incentives to be in red ranks so I take my time. Once I reach red ranks I’m like ok time to play a different game till next rank reset. So I’m just glad to get in a game and earn blood points and shards.
Edit: I have the thanos mentality: I’m rooting for the other team to win for example if I’m a survivor I root for the killer if I’m killer I root for the survivors (I know it’s weird but that’s how I play) -
I’m the same way! At first I thought lightborn was the equivalent to surveillance (aka trolly perk) but then I used it against 3 flashlights and OH MY GOD it was the greatest match against flashlights I ever had easy 4K

Well you guys are both lucky I’ve decided to run kindred because it’s rank reset and you know potato survivors and well I’m starting to see it’s a wasted perk slot because I’ve gotten farmed once and no one came to save me while the killer was chasing someone else on the other side of the map! And when a killer camps EVERYONE has been waiting next to the hook
but while I’m on the hook I’ll stay put unless the killer camps then I move my arms up and down and I’ll even struggle for the longest I can. But if there is one survivor left and the killer has bbq and the survivor is on the other side of the map I’ll give them hatch -
I mean I know Friday the 13th is dead but the forums are too?!
